Kona’s Best Golf and Beaches

Beautiful 1,950 SF three bedroom two and half bath townhome, with ONE parking space.

Located at the picturesque Fairways of Mauna Lani, a tropical paradise situated on 20 acres. This exclusive gated community is set between the 4th and 12th fairways of the award winning Francis I'i Brown North Golf Course. Conveniently located 25 minutes from the Kona International Airport.

This gorgeous townhome is a private and cozy retreat for you and your guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the 12th fairway or take in unbelievable sunsets on the lanai while unwinding from a day of exploring.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, granite counters, and stainless appliances and fully equipped to prepare your meals. Don’t feel like cooking inside, the lanai has a Viking grill, prep sink and counter. The kitchen opens to a large comfortable great room. Also on the main floor is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a powder room.

The large master suite with king sized bed is located on the main floor with a huge master bathroom and walk in closet. The bedroom opens onto the lanai.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located upstairs and share a bathroom. You will want to crawl right into the elegant comfortable queen bed after a long day of sun and surf in bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 is a soothing tropical retreat with both a queen and twin bed.
If a day of rest around the complex is what you are looking for enjoy the large pool with waterfall, and hot tub. Feel like exercising, there is a fully equipped exercise room. Want to go for a stroll and morning coffee. The Mauna Lani shops are just a ½ mile away where you will find coffee, groceries, Tommy Bahamas’ restaurant; and fun shopping.

Ready for the beach? You will have access to the Mauna Lani’s beach club. No need to bring chairs, cabanas and loungers are available for you. The beach club is a short 5 minute drive from the condo. Also nearby are Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches. Drive south and you will find Waikola Beach Resort with famous ‘A Bay’ beach.

This was our second time staying at this townhouse, and we hope to come again. It worked very well for our group--4 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 10). It is very well equipped--it may be the best equipped place we ever stayed. Great location with easy walk to pool, and nice view on the lanai where we ate all our meals on the outside table. The owner was very responsive when we had a slight problem with the refrigerator. Five stars.

Better than advertised!

Our host Wendi was so attentive. We appreciate her sharing her wonderful home. If you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind or a base camp for adventure we would recommend this property. Mauna Lani beach club is the best for families, especially the kids. We would stay here again without even a thought!

Perfect stay for my family

The location was wonderful and the house was situated with everything we needed to be comfortable. The AC kept the house cool and the kitchen was fully functional having everything we needed to make meals at home. It is also equipped with everything we needed for beach days. 5 Stars !!!! I would stay here again

Spectacular getaway

This place is a home away from home. There are basic amenities to start a vacation off right. The decor is lovely and the instructions on various things are very clear. It was fabulous to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

Great place.

Great place, and location, it needs a bit more thorough cleaning, 2 things to note are the AC is capped at 76, however the fans helped a bit. and the garage had car in it, but there were parking spots available outside, other than that it was well appointed and had the basics needed if we wanted to cook.

Absolutely stunning unit!

We loved staying at Wendi and Jim’s beautiful townhouse! It was very clean, super comfortable beds, gorgeous view, and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals at home and the kitchen was very well appointed and functional. The layout of the place is perfect, with the kitchen opening to the dining and living areas. Wendi always replied quickly to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Mauna Lani!

Beautiful and Comfortable

The property was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The house was spacious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Access to the pool, kids' pool, jacuzzi, and short drive to the private beach club made everything so convenient. We have stayed in this complex several times and this was our favorite house so far. The property manager quickly responded to all inquiries. Highly recommend!

A True Gem!!

Our family of five throughly enjoyed everything about our one week stay! We've been vacationing at the Mauna Lani resort for 15+ years and this is the best residence we've stayed at for its amenities, decor, view and convenience to several of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. Wendi P. our contact was so responsive to any questions. Everything was so perfect we really didn't need to reach our to her. Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

Great stay in Mauna Lani

Our family spent five nights at Fairways at Mauna Lani. It was amazing. The condo is very nice with all the amenities you'll need. They even have everything for the beach as well: beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, etc. All the beds were very comfortable. We also loved spending mornings on the lanai listening to the birds. However, the best thing, in my opinion was access to the Mauna Lani beach club. A short 5 min drive gets you to a private-access parking lot within a few steps of the beach. The are cabanas available (first come, first served) and many lounge chairs too. The beach offers nice white sand and plenty of shade. One bonus that we weren't expecting was the snorkeling was excellent. You just have to get outside of the main swimming area to the left and the water is clear with lots of coral/fish. I highly recommend staying here. Wendi was great to deal with and the condo was even better than the pictures indicate. Oh, the pool/hot tub area at the condo was great as well. We often had it to ourselves.

Lovely Place, Superb Location, Supportive Host

This is the second time in Mauna Lani and I love it here. This is a lovely home in a superb setting. Coffee on the back patio, lanai, is beautiful overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is well appointed with very nice cutting boards, pots, pans and great chefs knives. Wendy is thoughtful, she turned on the AC as she knew I was bringing children. She also helped when I had to ship something via Amazon. For this price of a home a new TV seems appropriate. The Apps did not work well and each time we went to choose to watch Netflix, or any other App the TV would show an error saying it was communicating with hub etc. We would have to wait for XX minutes, watch regular TV and keep checking back to the Apps to see if they were done “communicating”. We had already logged into our Apps so it was an error from the TV. It would be nice to add a page to the welcome book to ship packages to the main office suite # as that is what the office staff shared she recommended to vacation guests. Overall this place is a gem and I highly recommend for your little slice of heaven!

Absolutely amazing Hawaiian getaway!

My stay at this stunning VRBO property in the Fairways of Mauna Lani was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the beautiful townhome, I was enveloped in luxury and comfort. The spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome felt like a private oasis nestled within the picturesque Fairways of Mauna Lani. The location, set between the 4th and 12th fairways of the Mauna Lani North Golf Course, offered breathtaking views and a serene ambiance. Plus, being just 25 minutes from Kona International Airport made it incredibly convenient. The interior was exquisite. The kitchen, a chef's dream with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped for any culinary adventure, made cooking a delight. And the lanai, with its Viking grill and stunning view of the 12th fairway, provided the perfect backdrop for morning coffees and evening sunsets. The main floor's master suite was a highlight—a spacious retreat with a king-sized bed, huge master bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the lanai. Upstairs, the cozy bedrooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable queen and twin beds, ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Beyond the townhome's elegance, the amenities at the complex were exceptional. The large pool, complete with a waterfall and a hot tub, offered relaxation and leisure. For those inclined towards fitness, the fully equipped exercise room was a boon. Can't wait to return!! Host was very reponsive! Thanks!

Comfortable and well appointed

The condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed including the beach chairs and a couple of noodles to float with. It is very close to everything you need. The beach club is a short drive away and we spent most days there. This is our 8th trip to Mauna Lani and we always stay in one of the resorts so we have access to the club. We spent our days there and then come home, shower, hit Tommy Bahama's for happy hour and go watch the sunset at Holoholokai beach just down the street. Take a beach chair and your camera. To get there turn left out of the complex. It will be a short way down the street and the entrance will be on your right before you get to the Orchid's entrance. Tommy Bahama's is down the street in the other direction. Happy hour is from 3:00 to 5:00. The frozen Mai tai is awesome. The sliders and fish taco's were a favorite too. There were 6 of us that stayed for part of the time but most of the time there were just 4. The 3rd bedroom beds are not Queen and twin. It was more like a double and child size bed. I marked down the accuracy of listing because of that. My daughter who is a thin 120 lbs, and usually sleeps on a twin, did not fit on this bed. It also has crinkly waterproof mattress covers which she said was hot and noisy. The lanai was very private. We were able to have coffee in the morning in our pajamas without neighbors seeing us. It is a very peaceful place. The master suite is massive. We enjoyed the huge bathroom and closet.

Thank you Wendi and Jim for being such amazing hosts! We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home! The property has everything you need, with all the comforts of home. I don’t think the pictures truly do it justice. Wendi went above and beyond and was very responsive, we very much appreciated this as we were travelling with 3 young kids. This was our first time visiting the big island of Hawaii, and I know that all of us are looking forward to returning one day!

Excellent Stay

This place has everything!! The beds were comfortable, and we (3 of us) had an excellent stay. Very close to the beach and within an easy walk. Communication with owner was excellent! You want a great place to stay, this is it.

Great stay

Loved the location of this condo. Great complex. Was wonderful having access to a private beach. We loved our stay at this condo. Only complaint was it was warm weather and it stayed pretty hot upstairs.
