Fabulous Location

This is a spacious, well equipped villa in a brilliant location. The lake is almost at the end of the drive and the small beach is about a 5 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return next year.

Fabulous holiday in a much loved family home in a gorgeous location. This villa could not be better situated within a minute or two of the lakeside at Veyrier and three great bars/restaurants and easy access into the lake for swimming etc The views from all the windows are amazing.4 very good bedrooms and three bathrooms.Parking is up a steep drive but then lots of space.Fabienne and her son were so helpful.Pool was gorgeous and a great umbrella for shade.

Beautiful property with incredible panoramic views of Lake Annecy. We spent a wonderful week in Veyrier-du-Lac. Very comfortable and well-equipped property with beautiful swimming pool. Fantastic communication from our host Fabienne and her family and prompt help from them when we encountered a couple of problems. The lake and village were just a short, steep walk from the house, so it was easy to enjoy all the local amenities - swim in the lake, take a boat trip, hire a pedalo, buy fresh bread, eat in a local restaurant, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Spectacular views!

Large sliding glass doors on main floor and bedrooms provided stunning views of the lake and mountains. The pool was a welcome relief from unexpected very hot sunny weather in June. Host Fabienne was very responsive, kind. And helpful. Great location as base for exploring the lake region, but be prepared for very steep driveway and up to shopping street.

Beautiful house

The house is just perfect. Beautiful views of the Lake and mountains. Good accessibility to the lake and shops. Had everything we needed, really felt like we were at home. In addition, My baby (17 months) was really happy and comfortable here which made it easier for all of us! The one and only comment and it did not effect our overall enjoyment of the holiday was that it was hot and it would have been good to have another aircon unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms! We highly recommend this beautiful house, thank you for the memories, we would love to come back.

Lake Annecy at its best

This is a great house in a beautiful and convenient location. The view from the terrace is spectacular at any time of day or night. It’s a five minute walk to plage de la Brune and a 5 minute walk the other way to the shops at Veyrier. Boats and pedalos can be hired near the beach to explore the lake. For road cycling, getting around to the base of Semnoz is easy and the turn off to Thones is just 200m up the hill from the house, from which you can get to the cols of Colombiere, Croix Fry and Aravis. The house itself is very spacious with a lovely pool and a good bit of lawn (where we played a lot of cricket with our 6yo son). Fabienne is an excellent host, great communication, and very welcoming. This was a great family holiday for us and the house was exactly what we wanted. We hope that other families enjoy their stay as much as we did.
