A beautiful home in Seagrove. The pictures do not do it justice. Home is on a quiet tree linEd street a short 5 min walk to beach. So close to everything. Perfect for our group of 10! Nice shopping and restaurant across the street. Also a nature preserve!

Roomy, with excellent bathrooms. Very well furnished and plenty of kitchen utensils. Bikes and beach supplies with a very responsive host. Would certainly rent again.

Wonderful Stay on 30A!

Sea-esta was the perfect vacation home for us, our kids and grandkids! Plenty of room for everybody, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of beach toys. Bill was quick to communicate and answer questions both before and during our stay. The neighborhood is lovely and so close to the beach!

July 5-July 12, 2025 Vacation

Our family has been visiting the Seagrove Beach area for over 30 years, sometimes coming as many as 3 times per year. This was the very first time that the property owner called me after my booking to see what he could do to assist us with preparing for a great trip. He offered many recommendations for restaurants, happy hours, amenities, and events in the area. He asked about our party to ensure he could provide everything we needed for our trip. Check-in was smooth. I have never stayed in a home that is better stocked with dishware and kitchen tools, puzzles and games, beach items for use, extra towels and bedding. We had one little question that we texted to Bill. He got back with us almost immediately. The home was spacious, comfortable, and convenient to everything in the area. The pool was right down the street, and the beach access was a short walk. We enjoyed every second, and we look forward to spending time at "Sea-esta" again!

Slept 8 very comfortably. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen so we didn’t eat out at all! Plenty of beach toys and equipment. Would go again! Lovely owners!

Family Vacation with 3 generations

We had a great week staying at Sea-esta. The house was great for the variety of ages we had, grandparents down to a 3 year old. The pool wasn’t far and the beach was beautiful! Bill (the host) always responded to our questions very quickly and checked in on us as well.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Sea-Esta was the perfect home for our family vacation. The house is fully equipped with anything you will need from bedding to kitchen needs and games and even beach toys. Every room is comfortable and the set-up of the home allows for privacy and quiet as well as family dinners, games, and hanging out together. I would recommend this property 100% to anyone traveling to the Santa Rosa area!!

Great house, great host, great beach, great vacation!

From the moment we walked into this beautiful property we knew we had picked the right place. The communication with Bill McCracken was excellent. The kitchen had all we needed and bikes, boogie boards and other beach toys made for much fun. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home in the best neighborhood

We have been staying in Summers Edge neighborhood for 15 plus years and this is by far one of the best homes. Lots of space for family and friends as well as all the convenience s of being at home. The hosts have provided well stocked kitchen, bikes, beach chairs etc. We will definitely be back!

Family Getaway

We can not rate this beautiful home high enough! The location is perfect! You are central to all the restaurants/beaches/etc on 30A! The home is beautifully maintained and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay exceptional. We rode bikes, used the beach chairs, grilled out and had a wonderful time! We will be back again. Thanks again to Bill for being a fantastic host!

Excellent family home with great amenities

Very welcoming owners and thanks for the Sunday morning donuts and coffee! Easy walk to the beach and pool. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Only criticism would be the 5th bedroom was not in a private location, but we made it work. Plenty of space and loads of storage! I want that master closet! If we return to Seagrove would definitely stay at Sea esta again!

Great House for a Girls Beach Weekend

The house was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and even larger than it looks in the photos. The beach and pool are really convenient, and it was really nice to have bikes and lots of beach items provided. The neighborhood is lovely and close to shops and restaurants. Having 4 bikes to get around made it very easy for our group of 7 girls to get around. The owner Bill was super helpful, and communication was great throughout the whole process.

Sea-esta-tastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sea-esta! This home was exactly what we needed for a great family vacation at the beach. We have never stayed in a home where the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need to cook, especially since we use large pots to do a low country boil every year. The homes many family games were also enjoyed by our kiddos. The entire home was very clean and comfortable and the walk to the beach was an easy one! Lastly, the owner was extremely responsive, kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect property!

Bill you sir are amazing! From when we booked until checkout. The communication and you checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. It says alot! Thank you for the nice little surprise for breakfast! The property was amazing and it slept 12 very comfortably. The beach equipment you have helped a lot from us not loading up the car with our chairs and wagons. Super close to the beach short walk down the street! We will definitely be renting here again!

Excellent home and property owner/manager.

One of the best VRBO properties out of a dozen we have used. There should not be any concerns. Represents description. Was impressed with the kitchen equipment, outside gas grill, beach equipment, electronics, entertainment, and owner availability. About a city block from the HOA pool and beach. If you rent umbrella 2 chairs from the recommended beach service they will set them up each day right where the beach access area is located. Will rent again when we go back to Seagrove Beach in Santa Rosa.

Wonderful rental experience

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sea-esta. First of all, the small neighborhood of Summer's Edge is ideal because there is such a short and easy walk from the homes to the pools or beach. And the sidewalks and cul-de-sacs provide a great place for the little ones to bike or ride their scooters. Also, the location is so close to some of the best restaurants in the area. As for Sea-esta, this home was roomy and comfortable with a large well equipped kitchen. So clean, too! In addition, we have never had a more pleasant experience with an owner who was so available and so eager to assist in any way!. Even sent us donuts on our first morning! You will have a delightful stay if you choose Sea-esta!

Sea-Esta Spring Break

Our group included teenagers as well as two young families. This beautiful home is in the perfect location. It is within an easy walk to the pool and beach or a quick bike ride to Seaside. The home is gorgeous inside and out and has incredible views from the top porch. The owners have thought of everything you will need to make your stay at the beach easy and comfortable. It was easier for our crew to cook then eat out and this kitchen was fully stocked, even a pot large enough for our low-country boil! The gas grill came in handy and was so convenient to use. We had a wonderful stay at Sea-Esta and will definitely be back. I have rented several homes in the area and this home is by far the best.

Wonderful Vacation Home - Everything you need and more

We had a wonderful time staying at Sea-Esta. The house is stocked with everything you could ever ask for, wonderful kitchen tools, pots, pans dishes, appliances (extra ice maker!). Also fully stocked with Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, toys galore and even a beach cart to get you to the beach. The rooms were all extremely comfortable, very spacious. Top deck is great for reading and watching the sunset. There is even a partial gulf view. Quiet street is great for kids riding bikes and neighborhood is great for walking. The owners were great, so thoughtful, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. The beach is just a short walk down the street. Wonderful house we will be renting again in the future!

Perfect Home for extended families!

We have just returned from a week at Sea-Esta and it was fabulous! In our family group were 7 adults and a 6year old. Everybody loved it here. This home is incredibly spacious and lovely. It is easy to get to the beach and the 2 community pools. It maybe takes 4-5 minutes to be on the beach. The hosts have made it even easier by providing really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, balls, and 2 strolling beach carts to get everything there. The home is in a quiet development on the beachside of 30A. Great layout with a bedroom on the 1st floor, 3 on the 2nd floor, and 1 on the top floor that was perfect for my college age son. The owners are very easy to work with and very accessible by phone. No doubt they care about their house and their guests!

Great Family Vacation Home in perfect cozy neighborhood on beach side of 30 A

We took our 3 adult children and spouses and one grandbaby here for a family getaway. There were 9 of us in all and it was perfect! The house is extremely well maintained, clean, and overall very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped better than any kitchen we have ever stayed in..and we love to cook, so it was great! The appliances are all top notch too! Loved having the separate ice maker, especially for filling our coolers for the beach everyday. The large TV's in every room was great too..especially during football season :)) The beds were comfortable and we all had our own space and privacy! All the bathrooms are awesome..very nice upgrades, and well appointed! The upstairs deck was awesome every evening for drinks and relaxing. A great bonus was the use of the beach chairs that had "back pack" straps for carrying, and bikes for our use. There is also a canopy in a case there too, but bring some spikes to attach to lanyards to anchor down. It wasn't windy for us so we didn't need them. Oh, and donuts and some coffee to brew the first morning sent by the owner was such a treat! Our only complaint is we didn't stay longer!! Didn't have time to go for bike ride through the path and nature walk area off of 30 A. Loved it and loved this beach and clear gorgeous water!

Over the years, we periodically vacationed in Destin, Panama City and Rosemary Beach. We have also vacationed at beaches all over the east coast, but nothing compared to this area. We fell in love with the 30A area and hoped one day that if we ever would have a second home it would be on 30A (if the opportunity ever presented itself). In 2014, we were fortunate enough to find the perfect home for us close to everything! We have traveled the world and there are very few beaches that are as nice as the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. Add the small town feel of 30A and you have a setting unlike anything in the USA or abroad.

We take great care of our beach home and keep it impeccably maintained. It is wonderfully appointed and tastefully decorated. Sea-esta is 225 yards from one of the two community pools and about 350 yards from beach access.
