Welcome to Once Upon A Tide, a beach house with a private pool that’s been totally remodeled from top to bottom, front to back. Here, you actually get two separate properties in one, with loads of outside space to enjoy, stunning views of the Gulf, and just a short walk to the beach--less than 450 feet away!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 20)

• MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITE
The ground floor is a mother-in-law suite that’s not connected to the rest of the house. This means this can be a great choice for a big group who wants to be together but also needs some separate private space for up to 6 people.

The suite features a living room with its own smart TV, plus a gloriously comfortable sofa that converts into a queen sleeper. There’s a kitchen too, so you can cook meals and tuck away snacks whenever you want to. The suite features two bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed (limit of 100 lbs).

• SECOND & THIRD FLOORS
Accessed by a set of stairs to either side of the house, here is another totally self-contained apartment with an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen that’s a great space in which everyone can gather.

There are a trio of sofas in the living area (1 of which is a sleeper sofas), all offering up great views of the smart TV. Nearby is the dining table, an ideal space for meals (of course) but also card and board games and even work if someone has the assignment to complete during your stay.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master having a king-sized bed plus an ensuite bathroom. There are two guest rooms too with 3 beds between them. What better way to start a new day than opening your bedroom doors and letting the fresh air of the morning in?

This section of the house connects to what’s sure to be a popular feature with everyone - a crow’s nest room up on the third floor. As crow’s nests go, it’s a very large one, with spectacular views of the Gulf that photos don’t really do justice. It’s great fun sleeping up here too on the twin day bed or the trundle that’s underneath.

• OUTSIDE
Huge porches at the front and back of the house, and plenty of deck space give you room to relax in the shade and enjoy the views. The balcony has yet more seating, this time out in the open, so ideal for sun worshippers.

What’s sure to be the most popular feature outside the house is the private swimming pool which can be heated upon request. Enjoy a dip first thing, or a relaxing cool down as the day heats up. There are plenty of recliners around the pool on which you can dry off and maybe finish that book you picked up at the airport.

**Pool heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

• PARKING
Big groups are going to need plenty of parking space. And you get no less than 5 spaces here, all close to the house so you won’t have far to carry your bags when you get here.
