Good ski condo and location

I look for a condo close to the ski slope. This is not ski in-ski out, but was for us an easy 6 minute walk to the base area. There is a new large, beautiful boot locker space at the base ($20/day for two boots/shoes in 2024) that we took advantage of for an easier walk. There is a Christy's just a couple minutes walk and a little grocery store if you don't wan't to drive into town for the Safeway. There is a shuttle one can take to the hill. Great hot tub. The two bedroom condo was very comfortable. The beds were very good. Everything worked. Both a coffee maker with a supply of filters and a Keurig with a supply of K-cups. A little odd there were no wine glasses but that's an easy work-around. I would stay here again. Both the facility and location are very good.

Property was spacious and updated. Very close to the base without paying base prices. Free shuttle made life so easy to get around stress free. Would stay again and recommend!

It was all on one level and roomy. Had everything we needed. We liked the underground parking but on busy nights couldn't be guaranteed a spot.

Wonderful place to stay.

Nice, clean, safe property. My only complaint, and it is only because of COVID precautions, is the process for scheduling the pool. We could only sign up 24 hours ahead of a time slot between 10am and 5pm. So if you wanted to swim tomorrow at 2, you had to try to sign up at 2 today and hope you got signed up before everyone else trying at that exact time. Needless to say, we were there for 4 nights and were only able to take the kids swimming once. Otherwise, the place was great and we would definitely stay again!

I would have given this 5 stars, but the beds were awful, very uncomfortable, they need to be replaced. I would not stay here again with the current beds. Aside from the beds, everything was great, very nice condo, great location.

Long Weekend in Steamboat

This property actually surpassed my expectations based on pictures. Very nice and well laid out. Larger than I expected too. Close to a small market and easy walk to gondola. Heated garage was a nice touch too.

Great Labor Day Stay

Beautiful condo that provided everything we needed for our stay. It did get a bit warm Labor Day weekend, so thank you to the owners for providing fans! Nice to have a king bed for us, and twin beds for our boys who won't sleep together. Great weekend!

Convenient location

Our family stayed here in August. Clean and mostly stocked with necessities (needs olive oil, salt/pepper, new spices). Very convenient and walkable location to the Resort, Mountain and happy hours. Condo was mostly quiet. Pool and hot tub were very nice and super clean. Would definitely stay again.

The two stars are for the Retreatia, the management company. After having confirmed the purchase of lift tickets through their website (and receiving a receipt and confirmation e-mail), when I arrived and tried to pick up my lift tickets (at a very good discount with them), they informed me that they did not have the tickets and were going to cancel my order. They informed me on the DAY of arrival, the day before my family was to ski. The management said the tickets were not purchased within the correct number of days before arrival. However, Retreatia had NOT cancelled tickets prior to arrival or informed me of the issue. Instead, they confirmed ticket purchase and charged my credit card. The staff person admitted it was their mistake, admitted she would be upset too if it had happened to her, yet her management did nothing to make it right. They could have honored the tickets at the discounted price or offered another way to receive discounted lift tickets. Because of this mistake, I lost hundreds of dollars. If Retreatia had informed when I made the reservation, I would have been able to buy the tickets within Steamboat's seven day discounted period. This is just bad, bad customer service. I will work hard not to use Retreatia's services again. Their management is horrible.

Perfect weekend escape

Great Location, Great Accomidations!@

I had an opportunity to stay here as a guest of the owner between October 5th and October 9th. This was in the shoulder season and we went fishing but I would love to come back during the ski season. The place has lots of great features. First off it has an underground parking that is really nice when youā€™re getting started on a cold morning. There is a remodeled kitchen that was really comfortable to make meals in. The bar makes a nice gathering area. They even have boot dryers that were really nice. Right next door is a grocery store and a pub. This place is just a block from the lifts where all the action is. I cant wait to get back!

Great weekend get away

Canyon Creek was a lovely place to stay for a fall weekend getaway. The furnishings were nice, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. We grilled up some steaks one night on the patio grill and had everything we needed to make a nice meal. Thank you, we would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic property - excellent condo, amenities and location!

We stayed here at the end of summer and couldn't have made a better choice. The condo was clean and well furnished and the pool and hot tub were great. The vacation rental company that manages the booking was very helpful and prompt with communication. I can't recommend this property enough and would 100% stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable and highly recommended!

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend with three of our teenagers. We all had a wonderful time and the condo was well-equipped and comfortable. The complex was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing ! We didn't want to leave.
