The apartment is located on the first floor (without lift) of a typical modernist building, and leads onto a private courtyard.
Completely furnished with original parquet flooring and high ceilings. It includes:
- Room 1: a spacious living room with one sofa, one single bed and a large built-in bookshelf.
- Room 2: a large dining room with a piano.
- Room 3: a very big double bedroom with a king size bed, very large wardrobes built in and an office space (perfect for remote working).
- Room 4: a bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe.
- Room 5: a big storage room which can also be used as a working room.
- A kitchen equipped with oven, micro-wave, fridge and washing-machine.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
- A balcony.
The style and decoration of the flat is typically Viennese.

The neighborhood:
The apartment is 5 minutes’ walk to the VolksOper.
The neighborhood is very nice and safe; you are basically very close to the center and at the same time close to green areas. The 1st district can be reached in short time.
The area offers plenty of restaurants, terraces, as well as shops of all kinds. There is also a wonderful market 5 minutes from the apartment.
If you wish to enjoy nature there is also an amazing park (Tuerkenschanzpark) within a 15 minutes walk from the flat.
It is very well connected with metro, bus and tramway (1 metro line, 1 bus line and 3 tramway lines at VolksOper).

Our apartment is really spacious (it measures 135 m2 i.e 1455 sqft) and would be very comfortable for a couple (who enjoy/need space like remote workers, retired people) or for a couple with a child (separate bedroom with a single bed).
Ideal for people who prioritize space over modernity, people who intend to spend quite some time in this typical high-standing neighborhood of Vienna. People who prefer to be away from the tourist crowds of the 1st district and who still want to be very close to the city center.

The storage room can also be used (apart from storage and drying/ironing clothes) as a working room (equipped with a desk, a chair and it has heating).

Rental include all utilities (gas, electricity, water) and Internet.
