Just out your front door you are steps away from all of the fun shops, restaurants, and pubs on Galveston Avenue. Walk to 10 Barrel Brewing Company, the hub of the Bend Ale Trail, Ariana's Restaurant, El Sancho, or grab a fresh salad and juice at Mother's, the locals fave. Meander through the historic Bend neighborhoods to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, the Deschutes River Trail, and the Old Mill District. Cross the street to Drake Park and walk around Mirror Pond to arrive in the center of Downtown Bend in minutes.

Located in a quiet Bend neighborhood, this Craftsman style bungalow was taken ā€œdown to the studsā€, fully restored and updated with all of the modern amenities.

Enjoy the sunny and open layout as you cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room, enjoy a good book, watch a movie on the Smart HDTV with family and friends. The comfy, upscale decor will make you feel right at home, and creates the perfect setting for lasting memories to be made!

The Cascadia Craftsman features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gorgeous hard wood cabinetry, and brand new stainless steel appliances. There is a bright and sunny dining nook for you to savor your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful patio and gardens out back, or share a sit down meal with family and friends.

The master bedroom features a new, high quality King bed with European style bedding, high thread count linens and a clean, fluffy down duvet. There are gorgeous linens and down duvets in the Queen bedroom, as well as in the Twin bedroom. The 2 twins can be pushed together to form an additional King upon request.

After a day of playing in the hills, come ā€œhomeā€ and experience the true down-to-earth Bend lifestyle! Cook out on the gas grill on the private back patio. Relax and unwind on the large front porch and watch the day go by, swinging in the porch swing, Bend-style!

Great house in a perfect location, walkable to downtown and Old Mill district. The house was clean, and was a good layout for families or friends traveling together (it was just my wife and I this trip, but it was still a great choice). The hot tub was clean and the property is very well kept. Loved the porch swing out front and the seating area out back. We will definitely rent this home again for our next trip to Bend!

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with our son that lives in Bend. Our rental was in an excellent location to walk to near by restaurants after a day of skiing.

Great location!

We stayed there for a quick weekend getaway and could not have asked for a better location! So many places to check out within walking or biking distance. We will look to rent this place again when we come back to Bend.

Great Stay

This was a perfect place to stay with my husband and 2 boys. It's a great location. We walked everywhere. We loved the breweries close by, Mother's restaurant and the fresh farmers market.

The location of the property can't be beat. The house is small but well equipped with everything we needed. When we arrived the heater wasn't working, but the property manager was very quick to respond and arrived with space heaters and tools to work on the furnace. No luck, but the space heaters kept us warm enough for the first night, and they sent out a repairman the next morning. Small things could be improved - there are almost no hooks for towels, and the primary bedroom mattress was a bit lumpy, but overall we had a great stay.

Location was amazing. Family that likes to cook was disappointed with the kitchen supplies. Pans are old and on the cheaper side, grill was nice but dirty, and kettle was unsafe and broken. Overall, nice house but Nedā€™s some updates for the price point.

Incredible Location and Cute Property

We had a very comfortable stay at the Cascadia Craftsman. It's just a short walk to coffee and great places to eat, which we loved! It was very hot in Bend during our stay, but the house was equipped with swamp coolers that kept the house cool most of the time.

Amazing location

Amazing location, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Quite even though surrounded by so much. Perfect place if you want to float. 30 minute walk to jump in and the exit spot us around the corners. Rental company was very attentive even on a Saturday.

Excellent stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for walking distance to many breweries and restaurants. The bikes in the garage were a hit with our kids and allowed us to ride over downtown Bend and see the beautiful scenery. The accommodations in the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed. The house was very clean and we had nice parking in the back off the street. We would stay again when we come back to bend. The hot tub was also enjoyable.

After leaving the Air Force, I got a job as a Seattle firefighter and my wife tours the west coast as a make-up artist. We both love the outdoors and the great aloha vibe that we have found in Bend. I like to bike and snowboard or SUP the river. My wife loves snowboarding, yoga, and cooking. We both love having an afternoon pint at 10 Barrel or any one of a great number of breweries here in town. We wanted to share the great feeling of community and belonging so others can come to love and enjoy Bend like we do. After staying as guests of so many different other vacation rentals run by many different companies, we knew that we wanted to work with Bluebird Day. Theyā€™re locally owned and run, and so positive in all their interactions. Their concierge level interest in making things just right completely represent the Bend community and vibe we know and love.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

Iā€™m from the desert SW and my wife is from the Pacific NW, so Bend was a natural place we found ourselves drawn towards. I moved around for years while I was in the Air Force, and when I finally set roots down in Seattle, we decided to create a place in Bend that allows us to be laid back and completely relax while taking in all of the things we love about Bend from the mountains to the river and the community.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Being able to sit in the afternoon sun on the back deck, or swing on the front porch swing and watch the world go by, this house is all about fellowship and relaxing. Take your bike up Skyliner to the world class Philā€™s Trails, or one of our cruiser bikes for a ride around town, or load your snow gear for the short drive to Mt. Bachelor and shred one of the biggest vertical faces in the USA. You can walk out the back door and in seconds be in a yoga studio or 10 Barrel Brewery. The house is also just a short walk from the Deschutes River and Drake Park, both icons of Bend. The house has recently been completely renovated and features a very modern but rustic feel with a fabulous updated kitchen for those that like to cook.
