DETAILS:
This home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private pool, an outdoor shower, a short 5 minute walk to the beach, bike or golf cart ride to the beach and wonderful accommodations for up to 16 guests!

Its industrial interiors paired with high ceilings and refreshing décor set the stage for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The second floor’s open-concept floorplan welcomes guests to relax and enjoy time together. The living room offers ample seating for your entire group along with a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

As you enter the home through the carport, there is one bedroom with 4 twin beds and a ½ bath. If you continue to walk through the hallway to the other door leading outside, you will find an outdoor shower within the fenced-in front yard.

On the second floor, there is a Master King suite which includes a daybed with a trundle pull out for kids who need to be close to their parent(s) or just want to have a sleepover. Also, there is a full attached bath and a private deck that overlooks Defuniak Street.

Off the kitchen, on the other side of the second floor is a beautiful outdoor deck which is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, enjoying a home-cooked dinner in the evenings, or watching the kids play in the fenced-in yard.

On the third floor, there is a queen master bedroom with a full bath attached along with two other queen bedrooms with a full bath in the hallway. This floor also has a full sized pull-out couch in the common area suitable for two guests to sleep on.

Guests in this home will love the sparkling private pool and spacious pool deck with lots of seating. There is also seating for 6 if you’d like to eat down by the pool or you can take a short stroll to enjoy delectable bites and delicious drinks at Chiringo or Red Bar—two of Grayton Beach’s best local spots.
