The premier Corner Unit in the West Tower at Calypso. We are not a management company, we own our units and vacation here too. So you can rest assured that we continually update and maintain our units at the highest level for you, our valued guests.

'KNEE DEEP IN THE~WATER~' - is an upscale vacation paradise. This sunny and light-filled corner unit was recently freshly painted and features quality updated furnishings. All new wood-look tile throughout, no carpeting anywhere - three spacious bedrooms with (3) three PRIVATE baths, no tiny bunk rooms. The expansive windows face both the Gulf and a western exposure to showcase gorgeous sunsets and miles and miles of beachfront views.

This unit is on the *11TH* floor in the WEST tower (TOWER 2) which is BEACH FRONT - DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH (not across Front Beach Road, like Tower 3 with the balcony over looking noisy Front Beach Rd.) and is on the WEST OUTSIDE CORNER (looking at open beach and no other buildings). We love this unit because of the fabulous panoramic, unobstructed beach and ocean views for miles in either direction, with magnificent sunsets! - directly on the Gulf, miles of beaches, sunsets, the City Pier with fishing, holiday Fireworks, Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park and even the Frank Brown ball fields.

This Platinum rated unit - features high-end, quality appointments throughout - including upscale furniture, granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar. There's a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

In the Living Room, we've added a BRAND NEW 55" 4K/Smart TV with direct access to Netflix HD, YouTube and others.

The dining area comfortably seats six with three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The large dining table can accommodate a wonderful meal or place for games!

The Primary bedroom suite features a king-size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, 40" television, large bathroom with walk-in closet, oversized soaking tub, separate shower, and private water closet.

Bedroom #2 (almost a second master) features a King bed, wonderful Western exposure/ocean views, television, and connecting private bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a new, king-sized bed, television, and another connecting, full private bath with tub/shower.

There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

We have also added balcony furniture which features six heavy-duty, Polywood, balcony height chairs, and tables - this allows you to see over the balcony railing for even more spectacular views. Check out our photos!

We also provide FREE BEACH SERVICE FOR FOUR GUESTS. That's 2 SETS of lounge chairs, and umbrella - a $560 value! (Avail. 3/1 - 10/31. Contracted through 2025) Reserve your chairs once at the beginning of your vacation, from the nice beach staff, located just at the bottom of the steps to the beach will help you with your chair location.

Sit back and enjoy those fabulous sunsets! In our laundry room, you'll find a small cooler, and a variety of floats, boogie boards, and sand toys.
Note: Beach Service lounge cushions and umbrellas are picked up between 4:30 - 5:00 p.m. Many like to end their beach day up on our balcony with their favorite beverage in hand. It's your vacation - relax your way.

This Caribbean influenced resort is in the family-friendly west end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy a tropical beverage from the resort's Tiki bar, surrounded by the two Gulf front, lagoon-style pools with tropical landscaping.

Calypso Towers is THE CLOSEST PROPERTY to PIER PARK! We are located right next to unspoiled beaches, and beyond that is the Russell Fields City Pier - over 1500 Feet! The longest pier on the Gulf of America- offering breathtaking views and inexpensive fishing tackle rentals.

You will be renting directly from the owner. This allows you to avoid long lines to check in at the front desk after a long travel day! Park your car, go directly to your unit and RELAX! We encourage our renters to call us directly with any questions or needs to ensure a wonderful, relaxing, stress-free vacation experience. We want this to be one of your best vacations - EVER!

Please Note:
-This is a NO PETS / NON-SMOKING property, no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
-Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian who must stay in the unit with them.
- Guest Registration at Calypso is $60 and includes parking for 1 vehicle (one time fee valid throughout your stay). This is paid to the HOA. Parking is in a gated garage connected by a breezeway on the 3rd floor. We can add a second pass for $60. We are limited to 2 passes, but if you need 3, please let us know. We also have a PREMIER, RESERVED SPOT available in the PRIVATE garage UNDER THE BUILDING for an additional fee. *Ask us about pricing!*
- This condo has a maximum occupancy of eight (8) guests per the Fire Marshall.
- There is a video doorbell on the front door of this property. It only captures video outside the residence, but we do reserve the right to count the number of guests staying in the unit. Please do not take the luggage carts in the unit as they can damage the walls.
