You want this condo… here's why: Brand New $70K Remodel completed - straight out of an HGTV episode. Everything is BRAND NEW!!! New LVT flooring throughout, custom décor - no cheap condo package here! Custom art, brand new sofas, furniture, bedding, mattresses, pillows, custom cabinets, new appliances, and lighting. If it's in there, it's NEW. Comfortable, new bedding for a restful vacation sleep. Two king bedrooms, both with attached baths. The 11th floor is the perfect floor! Enjoy great views from the living room and master bedroom on the 24' balcony - above street noise with amazing views of the gulf, coastline, and sunsets. We are local with over 25 years of experience and thousands of happy guests who return year after year. Multiple units available! Warren Beach Rentals manages over 40 units at Calypso alone and can accommodate large groups. We are the LARGEST offsite rental agency at Calypso. The West Tower is the prime location - fast elevators, near the pier, close to sunsets and Pier Park. You won't find a better unit. This unit is loaded with amenities - everything you need for a great vacation: Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and all new appliances. King master bedroom with commanding gulf view and ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 with king bed and adjoining bath. Bunk room with custom bunk beds: full bed on bottom, twin on top. (NO TV). Two bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with toilet and tub/shower combo; Bathroom 2 with toilet, tub/shower combo, and dual sinks in master bath. Rental Details: Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Max Occupancy: 8. Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25. Children Welcome: No Parties/Events: No Pets: Non-Smoking Only: Parking: Parking is managed by Calypso Resort. Starting February 10, 2024, parking is $60 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Rates and policies are set by the HOA and subject to change. We strongly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season (June - September). Please note: Stays longer than 14 days require a non-refundable deposit.

RENT THIS ONE. Best Unit at Calypso. Thank you Warren Beach Rentals!

We called and wanted a nice unit and Warren Beach Rentals recommended this unit to us for the bunk room. WOW. what a nice unit. My kids did NOT want to leave. Great views, Best location, and the condo is immaculate. Go.. Trust me.. You will not be disappointed.

fabulous vacation

This condo was perfect. Most importantly it was clean. It had everything needed, the beach was beautiful, we had perfect weather, convenient parking, comfortable beds. We had five adults and two children so the space worked out really well. We have used Warren Beach Rentals in the past and everything always goes smoothly. Final note - we were able to eat at one of our favorite restaurants, Salty Sue's.

Great place!

Excellent condo and value. Our family had a wonderful time. Also, PCB has done a great job reimagining for family friendly. We recommend PCB for families and highly recommend this condo!

Great stay

This is our 10th year staying at Calypso but the first year we rented from Warren Beach Rentals. We were very happy with our condo. It was clean upon arriving and everything was as it was presented on VRBO. Cleanliness is my top priority when traveling and this condo was very clean. No black feet from dirty floors as we always experience with other company’s. Ive stayed with another owner my previous trips but I feel like there’s always an issue of some kind with the other company so I will definitely use Warren Beach rentals again on our next trip.

Family Friendly

The only reason we couldn’t give this property 5 stars on cleanliness was that under the beds and tvs was quite dusty and needed swept or dusted. The property itself was perfect for our family of 6! We enjoyed our stay here!

Condo is simply stunning. Everything from the super clean beddding to the modern appliances and the super cold Air Conditioning. The view was breath taking from the balcony with ample seating. The 11th floor is the perfect height to see everything but not being too high. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Wonderful stay and great location

Wonderful condo looking out at the gulf. Everything was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and new. Loved being on the 11th floor. Beautiful views of the gulf, beach, pier and the pool below. So much to do within walking distance. Pier park is so close as well as the fishing pier. We would definitely come back!!

Great condo, great view

This property is beautiful inside and out. It is a wonderful size for a small or large group. It is extremely clean, taken care, and newly remodeled. The view is gorgeous with full view of the ocean, the dolphins and the white sand beach. This condo has a nice location, everything you need is in walking distance. We had a great time in Panama City Beach and were thankful to be able to stay at this condo.

The condo on the website stated 3 bedrooms and all bedrooms had TV's, the one with the bunk had no TV no dresser to put clothes. The refrigerator had only one side shelf on the door and the other was badly cracked. The Condo was very beautiful! I would definitely book again but I think they could put a dresser in the bed/bunk bedroom so that guess can store clothes. Great location!!

Great Location!

Very comfortable and updated furnishings. Super easy check-in process. The only issue we encountered was the primary bathroom toilet malfunctioned and created a virtual lake through the bath, bedroom and living space. We called and left messages and texts to the property manager but did not get a response until 2 days later. We cleaned everything using the provided towels, but then the drier would not properly dry them. We turned off the water to the toilet and did not use that bathroom for the duration of our stay due to the delay in the mantence of this problem.

Family Spring Break

The property was clean and as pictured. However, the elevator situation is a pain. During spring break, you can wait for 15-20 minutes to get to the floor you need to get to. Being the room closest to the elevator on the 11th floor was a blessing and a curse. There was a lot of exterior noise, but it was nice to be close to the elevator for walking sake. Calypso is also overrun by teenagers. There were hundreds of teens and young adults on the beach each night and were broken up by police for varying reasons more than once. It is a beautiful beach; the water is clear and the sand is like fine white sugar. Calypso is walking distance yo pier park, but that is also an epicenter for teenagers strolling and loitering. We enjoyed being close to the beach and the amenities Calypso provided, but if you’re looking for something more family friendly during spring break, I’d say go back towards Destin!!

Gulf Front and fabulous. 11th floor is above any mosquitos or biting flies, so sitting out on the balcony is always a joy.
High enough for views and to get away from street noise, but not too high as to be uncomfortable.
