6 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath meticulously maintained yard on 2 acres on a dead end street, minutes from beaches and restaurants. Enjoy a cookout on the enormous back deck or venture down to the jacuzzi before going for a swim in the pool. You can take a nap in the hammock while listening to the waterfall spilling into the pond while the kids play in the enormous back yard. Feel like going out to eat but don't want to fight the traffic? Walk down the end of the street and hang a left - a couple hundred more feet and your are at a wonderful cafe serving 3 meals a day overlooking a 9 hole golf course. Finish off the day by having a few smores at the campfire in the back yard. 4 of the 6 bedrooms have either a full or queen size bed in them and the master bath features a double vanity, shower and a unique, large airjet tub. This property will be one you'll want to come back to for sure. Let the pictures do the talking.

Great home for extended family to gather for our summer rendezvous. Lot’sOf room to spread out. Beautiful garden and the pool was great to have. Very relaxing stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed the house and grounds a great deal. The large flower garden adds to the pleasure of sitting on the deck looking out to the yard and pool area. Very convenient house and area for children, both to spend time at the house and also to visit the many nearby attractions and restaurants. This is a beautiful property and the owners were very attentive,

Exceptional property

The house is amazingly beautiful but comfortable at the same time. There were 9 of us including 3 children and we had plenty of room! Great setting nestled back into the forest where we saw deer twice to thrill the kids! Excellent pool and decks to relax on. Outdoor fire pit for s’mores was used every night. Plenty of room on the back lawn for athletics. Owner very responsive and helpful at all times. Highly recommend.

Beautiful

Beautiful home and grounds. Impeccably clean and had everything you could need for a week in Maine. Close to everything, but we often just stayed in to enjoy the pool and fire pit. Would definitely recommend.

He had a fabulous time

The house is gorgeous! And there was plenty of room for the 11 of us. We did have to childproof a little due to the active 2-year-old. There was a good size lawn out back for the kids to play in and of course they enjoyed the pool. Ken was quick to respond to any questions I had. We all had a great time!

Fabulous Family Getaway

This gorgeous house was perfect for our large family vacation. Huge kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful backyard & pool. Close to Drake's Island Beach, but far enough away to have peace & quiet. Ken responded to questions right away. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location with a quite setting

The perfect spot for a great family vacation with the grandkids. Very beautiful property in a quite relax setting. Located a short drive to Kennybunkport ,the Kittery, Oginquit and Marginal Way. Close enough to even catch a minor league ball game in Portland. Enjoyed sitting around the campfire making smores after a day of sight seeing. Will request to stay there again if we take another Maine vacation. Owner was fantastic and very informative.

Wonderful stay

The house was immaculate and the property was stunning. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool during the day, and roasted marshmallows by the fire pit a night. My kids enjoyed picking fresh vegetables from the garden daily and my granddaughter loved looking for frogs in the pond. The location was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. Ken was a great reference source and provided us with lots of local information. It was the perfect place for our family vacation and I highly recommend it!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was immaculate with a wonderful layout for the two families who stayed here. Beautiful grounds as well. Ken was also extremely accessible and helpful when needed! We would love to rent this property again. Thanks Ken!

Great house for family vacation!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again with my entire family. We had such a great vacation, the house was perfect for us and the owner was super helpful and easily reachable when needed!

Amazing Property

I stayed here as part of a week long multi-generational family vacation. We all enjoyed everything that the house and property has to offer and were sad to have to leave this oasis when it was over. Plenty of room for us to all spend time together or spread out and do our own things separately. The yard and pool are as amazing as they appear in the pictures! We actually decided to stay in a couple of the days on our vacation just to enjoy the yard! Ken the owner was very quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up both before and during our stay. He has really thought of everything to help you make the most out of your time at the property. The house is close to all the best things that Southern Maine has to offer. It is in a secluded neighborhood and sits back on a big lot so you almost feel like your deep in the middle of the Maine woods. We spent many late nights around the fire pit! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time here. Great place to stay with a large group. Large yard with a pool and hot tub gives you a great option from the beach. Owner was terrific! Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Rental!

Wonderful experience! 5 Stars across the board! I rented Ken’s property for a family vacation (6 adults & 4 kids) and we had an great time! The location was great with easy access to the beach and near by towns pile Ogunquit. Ken met us at the property the first day and gave us the run down and he was very attentive during our stay to all of our needs and questions. The house was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. The house is very kid friendly with everything needed to accommodate children of all ages: high chairs, pack ‘n play and locked gates around decks and the pool. The pool and outdoor shower were perfect for relief from the summer heat. I would definitely rent this property again!

Beautifully landscaped large home close to everything!

12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids) stayed here for a week in August and had a great time. The house was plenty large enough for all of us with a number of different areas to relax in. The landscaping was stunning - the kids loved the frog pond and also being able to pick some vegetables in the garden. Ken met us at the house and gave us the tour, and was also available quickly by cell phone when we had some simple questions. Overall I can't recommend this property enough!

Backyard Oasis

Luxurious Vacation

Our stay at this amazing property was fantastic. Our family of 12 fit perfectly into the six bedrooms (with comfortable beds) and 3-1/2 baths. The owners met us upon arrival to show us around, and were responsive to questions during the week. The house is beautifully decorated, and with family members ranging from 1-70 we all found places to be together and alone when we wanted. The pool was well equipped, hot tub clean, grounds and gardens gorgeous (we loved looking for frogs and fish in the ponds and enjoyed fresh cucumbers, squash and blueberries), fire pit well stocked and basic kitchen items plentiful/in good working order. The location was great -- beach and restaurants/local attractions were an easy drive, and we loved that there was a "back way" around much of the traffic on Route 1. If anything, the beautiful and relaxing house kept us from going out as much as usual! We would highly recommend this property for a small group or large family looking for posh vacation surroundings!

Absolutely Fantastic week!

This home is wonderful. At the end of a cul-de-sac it was perfect for my family to ride our bikes without any fear of traffic, etc. The large kitchen connected to the main living room was perfect as we are not a dining room table kind of family (although there is a great dining room!) The yard, pool and hot tub made it awesome to come home from beach and relax. Owners are fantastic people and made themselves available at any point if we needed any assistance. Thanks Ken & Family!

Maine Vacation

We have yet to stay at The Webb house but are excited to have our first family reunion in Maine this coming July 2015. Ken has been a pleasure to deal with and if the pictures and Ken's response time are any indication to what our experience will be like .... I am expecting nothing less than an A+ experience!

This is the second time we have built this style of house and really refined this one to what we feel is perfection. The locations of the property allows us to quickly get to the many local beaches or the hustle and bustle of so many beautiful towns like Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, Ogunquit and York. We can also sneak inland for a drive to the white mountains within an hour.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I have personally done all of the landscaping on the property and I think that is what everyone will say is the highlight of the property. The house is gorgeous, but when your here in the summer, it is all about the outdoors and this property has so much to offer. The pictures can give you a good idea what to expect, but it is so much better in person. After staying a week in our home, I would be willing to bet that you will want to come back.
