Phoenix 6 #801 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condos that sleeps up to 10 people. The condo directly faces the white sandy beaches and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is located on the West corner of the 8th floor.

The onsite management reserves the right to raise this rate without our knowledge.

Our stay was ok, there's some deep cleaning that needs to be done especially in the kitchen, while I was cooking grease started dripping from underneath the microwave into the pot i was cooki ng in. The pillow case in one of the rooms had dirt stains on them, the couch in the living room was torn on the bottom, The TV in the room i stayed in didn't work.

The property needs to update its pictures or update the condo. The condo needs some work. One of the dining room chairs was broken and had a leg missing and was pushed off to a corner. A lounge chair on the balcony was also broken and nearly caused one of us to fall backwards due to the arm that adjusts the back of the chair being broken and unstable. The bathroom sink had someone else’s hair in it. The overall cleanliness of the unit was just ok. You can tell nothing gets moved or cleaned behind things on a regular basis. But, the housekeeper left the vacuum cleaner in the living room in case we wanted to clean up. The floors were full of chipped or damaged tiles. The electrical outlet in the living room won’t let you plug anything in it due to the outlet cover sitting away from the actual outlet. The refrigerator has an ice and filtered water dispenser in the door, but the filter needed to be changed with a red warning light showing that on the door. However, the facility was nice. A great pool area for the kids to enjoy and the view from our balcony was amazing.

We sincerely apologize for the broken dining chair and, most importantly, the broken balcony lounge chair that created a potential safety issue. We’re also sorry for the hair left in the bathroom sink and the overall cleanliness concerns, including areas behind and underneath furnishings not being thoroughly cleaned. The vacuum should certainly not have been left out in the living room upon your arrival either. We appreciate you also bringing the chipped and damaged floor tiles, improperly positioned electrical outlet, and refrigerator filter warning to our attention. We will make sure each of these items is communicated to the appropriate cleaning and maintenance teams and to the property owner so they can be evaluated and addressed. We will also review your concern regarding the listing photos and whether they accurately reflect the condo in its current condition. We truly appreciate the detailed feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed, and we’re sorry these issues affected your overall experience. – Amanda with Prickett Properties

Nice place. Bathrooms are a bit small and master bathroom very slow draining on showers and sinks. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Good location and close to restaurants and stores.

It was not the worse but definitely not the best! The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower drains did not plug for kids to take a bath. The living room ceiling had what looked like blood all over the ceiling and wall art. The wifi and Tvs did not work well at all! The dryer did not dry clothes at all. The complex was fairly nice and the common areas were decent.

Great Location

Location was great, short walk to the beach. Unit was clean and equipped with everything that was needed. Would stay again.

Awesome month at the Beach

We loved every minute of our stay, even the few windy rainy days! The ocean and beach are so beautiful I could look and listen to it forever!

Nice location!

This condo was right on the beach! In reality, it looked just like the pictures! Great location, very nice building, lots of amenities, and my favorite…the multiple washing stations along the board walk! Overall, we had a great stay. Would stay here again!
