Enjoy all that Sunriver has to offer with this 2 bedroom updated cabin within walking distance of the Sunriver Village.

Enter this home to find an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The ground level of this home features a stunning full kitchen. With beautiful countertops, wonderful wood cabinets, and new, gleaming appliances, the cook in your group will love spending time here! Sit down together at the dining room table and enjoy a home-cooked meal while the kids have their own space at the two-seat breakfast bar.

The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, including a full hide-a-bed, cable TV and DVD player, will leave you feeling pampered, while the vaulted ceilings, wood siding, and décor gives that classic cabin-in-the-woods warmth. Dine inside or step through the sliding glass door onto the back deck to BBQ on the gas grill.

There are two ground floor bedrooms, 1 king bedroom and the 2nd with a pyramid bunk, twin over full. Both have their own flat screen TV's. A full bathroom, with shower/tub combo, is conveniently located downstairs.

Head up the stairs to find a private sleeping loft complete with a king platform bed, small flat screen TV, and a full bathroom also with a shower/tub combo.

When you are ready to explore, take a short walk or ride on one of the 2 adult bikes provided to the shops and restaurants at the Village, two award winning golf courses, scenic Deschutes River, Oregon Observatory, Sunriver Nature Center, and more are found within a few miles of 6 Pole House. What a wonderful home for your Sunriver get away!

This home welcomes 1 dog at a maximum of 50 lbs. per reservation. No other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Everything was great. The family had a great time. We definitely recommend this place. Our families have come here for the last five years every year and it just gets better thank you so much for everything. Beautiful home. Perfect location from all the main places to bike to not just the village. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook all meals. The secluded back patio with table and chairs is the perfect place to escape from the kids for a little while.

The staff at Bennington Properties was extremely helpful in helping me make an adjustment to my stay due to a personal situation.(I believe it was Lisa I spoke too). Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Truly enjoyable weekend. Thanks for all your help to make it happen.

Great Stay in Pole House6

This cabin is the perfect place for any type of getaway, well equipped, private and very quiet. Sunriver is a great vacation destination, and it is wonderful to have such a nice place to return to after a day of adventure. Clean, quiet, beautiful. Especial shoutout to Gabrielle of Bennington Properties who helped amazingly with check in details. I highly recommend!

Family stay

We loved staying at Pole House 6. The house seemed plenty big for our family of four plus two grandparents and one small dog. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all that we needed as far as dishes/pots/pans/utensils/appliances (except saran and foil which we had to purchase). The king bed on the main floor is very high off the ground so just be aware if you have aging folks with you that need to be on the main floor. The AC was a nice plus. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

The house was great! We definitely lucked out because it wasn’t too hot, as we would have been miserable without air conditioning. I also wish that at least 1 of the patios weren’t completely fenced. It would have been nice to see the views. We had the entire house closed up trying to keep it cool. Other than that we really enjoyed our time in Sunriver!

Great spot

House was great for our needs. The hot tub was very clean. We had to google how to turn it up past 90 degrees but it was easy. Kitchen had what we needed. Appreciated the garage to borrow a bike and store our own bikes in. Very quiet and secluded space. Beds were comfy. We were able to keep the house cool in the hot weather by having the sliding doors open in the morning and evening and closing everything up when we were gone for the day. Thank you for the great stay!

House is okay but not great for couples

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The arrangement of the bedrooms, with both downstairs bedrooms having twin beds and the only Queen being in the loft, which is hot and open and lacking privacy, makes this house ok for a family, but not for couples. There is also some maintenance needing to be done, such as paint on the decks. But the house is functional and not bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week is Sunriver the location of this rental was perfect! Right next to the SHARC and minutes away from the village. We loved not having to use our car to get around as biking everywhere was so convenient and fun. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. The Wifi was fast and we loved the convenience of TVs in every room. Having the garage to store bikes and other things during the week was also a plus! We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for us and our three kids.

Cozy cabin

The cabin was very clean and quite comfortable. The hot tub was very private, clean, and perfect for relaxing in. The cabin and hot tub could comfortably accommodate six grown people and have room. I only cooked in the kitchen once. It appeared to be well stocked for making meals for a group of people. I tried out the beds for firmness. The bed in the log bed was soft. I thought it was like Mama bear's bed. Just a little too soft for my liking but still nice. The bed on the loft was firm. A bit closer to my preference. I called it Papa bear's bed. I did sleep on the loft bed the most. Though, I didn't sleep on the bottom bunk bed in the bunk room. It seemed like it would've been the closest to my liking. Thus Baby bear's bed. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay. I was look at booking it again later, and bring the family the net time.

Cozy Pole House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was cozy and perfect for our family of four. I don't think it could have accommodated any additional people because of the smaller size of the common areas. We enjoyed our stay and Bennington was quick to correct the two issues we had. Please note that this property is not located on Pole House Lane as Bennington and Google Maps indicates. (I think Bennington will be correcting this in their app.) Secondly, the fire place pilot light was faulty and we needed to have Bennington come out every time we wanted it lit. Probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, we liked the cabin-y feel and proximity to the sledding hill.
