Come stay at our lovely home 20 minutes from Bend, Oregon, 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor complete with skiing, mountain biking, horseback riding, river rafting, hiking, sightseeing, and plenty more for your outdoor needs.

Details:

4 Olympic Lane is a well-maintained 2-story 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 8 comfortably. Heat consists of furnace, wall-mount heat pump, and gas fireplace insert. The wall-mount ductless heat pump also provides AC controlled by guests for your comfort. Newly installed carpet and new hot tub surrounded by a new deck installed November 2023. It is located perfectly in a quiet cul-de-sac on the 13th green of the Meadow Golf Course. The house has a 2nd floor loft and comes with 8 passes to SHARC for daily use as permitted.

Master bedroom and bath on second floor has balcony overlooking the golf course with a king-size bed. Loft area has 55" flat screen TV with daybed and trundle with separate access to master bedroom's bathroom.

Two downstairs bedrooms offer one with queen bed and flat screen TV and the other with 2 twin beds.

Back deck and master bedroom balcony overlooks the Meadows Golf Course and is outfitted with hot tub with extra specific towels for hot tub use, grill, a picnic table and 2 chaise lounges and chairs for those beautiful summer and fall days! Supplies for the grill are in the kitchen pantry.

PLEASE NOTE: Six cruiser bicycles, helmets & bike locks are available for free use! You are welcome to bring your own bicycle and store safely in the garage. We do not ignore our bikes needing repaired, but it is needed often and appreciate being contacted right away with any issues. Sunriver rules for bicycles is to stay on paved bike paths and not ride on roads or dirt pathways. If you want to do mountain biking, please bring your own bikes as ours are simple cruisers for the Sunriver bike paths only.

Less than 5-minute ride to The Village or SHARC. With 8 SHARC passes available that renew daily!

This is a NO PARTY/EVENT house, so plan on deposit being held if you choose to do so.

House was amazing! Location was perfect - 10 minute walk from the Village! Well stocked and very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable! We will be coming back.

Great host and easy check-in. The kitchen was stocked, which was really nice and they thought of everything - even a first aid kit in the bathroom.On thr golf course waa peaceful. Its amazing how much maintence goes into it. We were thankful they didnt mow too early.

Wonderful location near the village, SHARC and, of course, the many bike/walking trails. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes that we needed. The AC was a plus as it was pretty warm during our July stay. The bikes were such a bonus as we really didn't want to drive our car while there. The only suggestion (or maybe heads up for renters) was the lack of personal supplies. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, body wash and tissues. These were not provided and cost a pretty penny at the village store.

Perfect family get away

Super spacious spot, convenient to the village and just what we needed for a family trip. Hot tub was great, and a huge selection of bikes to use in the garage.

Great stay!

We had a great experience at 4 Olympic. The house was clean, location was close to SHARC and the village, and we enjoyed the bikes and hot tub. The house does not offer many bathroom amenities (only bar soap - no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc) and it would be helpful for that to be included in the listing, as we then had to go buy some items that I assumed would be available. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Labor Day Trip

This house was exactly as listed and so great! Big but cozy house right on the golf course. Short ride to SHARC and The Village. Hot tub was so nice with deer walking right up to our deck. The host was a great communicator and was so easy to find and get in. We will try and book next year!

Great location and house

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and we’ll be back. Communication was great with the host and we love being on the golf course and close to bike paths. The new deck is a big improvement too. One suggestion we’d have would be adding more cooking utensils and baking pans— oh and a dish cleaning brush. Thanks!

Disappointing

The location is ideal, but that is about the end of the positives. The house leaves a lot to be desired, especially at the price we paid. Here is our list: - The master bath toilet is broken. We constantly had to take the lid off to manually re-engage the flap to flush. Even when it does work, there is a leak, so all night long the toilet randomly refills, and is quite loud. It kept waking us up. - There is black mold/mildew all over the house. There are large patches in the drywall of the master bath, all along the grout, and in the kitchen. - We constantly found other peoples hair! It was in the bath, on towels, and all around the house. - The dryer does not dry effectively. We reduced load sizes, and even with small loads, the clothes came out smelling moldy and were damp. - The porch has nails that stick up. We were lucky that our kids didn't cut their feet on them, as that would warrant a trip to the hospital for tetanus shots and probably stitches. - The AC does cool the upstairs or the bedrooms. It is simply a box in the wall and on hot days cannot keep up. With the master upstairs, we were sweating in the heat with the AC at full blast. Overall, the house was less than ideal. It was a great location, but so many of the amenities were broken, or ineffective. We will be looking elsewhere for our next trip.

Great place

We had a great stay at this home. The location is the best! Short biking distance to lodge, SHARC, the village and the nature center. The air conditioning kept the gathering area nice and cool. The loft area was nice for the kids. We enjoyed watching the golfers on the par three. Sometimes their balls would get very close. The king bed was very comfortable, the queen quite firm. We have already booked for next year!

The porch had nails sticking out and a lot of loose boards. Leftover drink bottles were left in the cabinets above fridge. Only one pool towel available.

Great location- close to all the things Sunriver is known for. House was well stocked with everything we needed - kitchen, bikes, hot tub, bbq. Owner was fast to respond with our questions. We’d gladly rent this house again!

Quiet, comfortable beds, & close to village

Quiet, comfortable beds, & close to village. I would just bring extra pool towels next time and consider spacing out showers as 5 showers ran out of hot water.
