End unit located on the third (top) floor of, 'The Shore' condominiums with breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Steps away from a tropical garden landscaping that embraces a newly renovated swimming pool and jacuzzi. A few yards past the swimming pool is the white sands and the crashing waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch sunsets every night from your private balcony or put your toes in the sand and watch from the beach front. King size bed in the master and two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom to comfortably accommodate 6 adults. An inviting well-appointed living area, kitchen renovated with gorgeous quartz, stainless appliances and a wine refrigerator. Porcelain tile throughout living room, bedrooms and lanai area. Included for your comfort are updated TVs in living room and master bedroom, new A/C; Wi-Fi, FIOS, ceiling fans, Electric BBQ grill and covered car carport. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Walking distance to the famous Harry's restaurant, market and Deli. Short drive to St. Armands Circle and Anna Maria beach.

Sorry, No pets per HOA rules and No smoking. Minimum of 60 days rental required for low season (May-Nov) and 90 days for high season (Dec-Apr). Please see our contract for the cancellation policy. During the Winter season 120 days and during Summer season 90 days advance written notice is required for any cancellation.

Amazing stay!

Our stay at Longboat Key was amazing! The property was more beautiful than I imagined. Looking out on the garden, pool and gulf waters every morning was a great pleasure. Walking on beach, socializing at the pool or quiet time in a chair on the beach was relaxing. We watched sunsets from our deck. All our needs were met and the owners very accommodating.

A Post Card

Stayed 3 months ,JAN'FEB'MARCH; modern and very functional, appliances and furnishings are the best. Relaxing view of ocean and the beach a few steps from condo, could see the dolphins from master bedroom. Spent quite sometime on the balcony, reading, eating or simply watching the beautiful sunset. What you read in the property description is what you get, owners are gentle ,available and helpful. Would certainly go back.

Amazing beachfront condo

I just stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 months. It has been completely renovated and the owners did an excellent job of creating a stylish, relaxed atmosphere. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Everything that you need is there for a fantastic stay on the beach. The complex is very well taken care of and there is a large pool and hot tub that overlook the Gulf. The condo is located on a beautiful section of Longboat Key where there are a relatively low volume of tourists. Many nights I watched the amazing sunset and pretty much had it to myself!

A GREAT RENTAL!!!

This property is terrific and the location is EVEN BETTER. The pictures of the unit are NOT as nice as the reality. Everything in the property is very modern and ALL NEW. The appliances are new, intuitively functional and contemporary as are the furnishings. The views of the Gulf from the lanai, living room and master bedroom are spectacular, particularly at sunset. Wonderful landscaped green space behind the unit and in front of the Gulf. Great pool and hot tub. Having a Weber gas grill on the lanai was a really great benefit. This was our first experience with VRBO and the experience could not have been better or more pleasant. The owners of this property are very, very nice people and the response time between a question and an answer was minutes – not hours or days. If you want to TREAT YOURSELF WELL this is the property for you!!

We currently live in the state of Maryland and have purchased this beautiful condominium for our own use vacationing. After purchase we completely gutted the unit and renovated it to modern standards, raising the sealing, removing walls and completely renovate the bathrooms and kitchen. This unit is on the top floor and end unit with almost no noise from the neighbors. We have two teenagers who love using the pool and the beach. Tennis is our main sport and we frequent the public courts at the Bay Front Park. We love cooking in our new kitchen and also enjoy eating out. There are plenty of local and chain restaurants to choose from in LBK.

This property gives you a true feeling of tropical setting. Not only you have the beach and the sand steps away from your condominium, but you also have a beautiful tropical garden that is maintained immaculately almost on daily bases. There is a designated covered parking close to your unit and a great restaurant and convenient store walking distance away. There are number of full time residence at The Shore who make sure the complex is always safe, clean and orderly.

The island of Longboat Key has limited public access to the beach. Most coast line is occupied by private homes therefore seldom that the beaches get over crowded. Most traffic is also local traffic on the island. The island also has its own Police and fire department.

For bicyclist, there is a rental available a short walk away next to Harry's market.
