This tastefully updated efficiency at Sugar Beach is just what the doctor ordered for a great, affordable getaway to the Gulf! Check out our photos and pricing, then book online before someone else takes your target dates. This condo is very popular!



The Space:

This unit has a brand new AC system, so you're sure to be comfortable during your stay. A new ceiling fan was recently added. And, there's also a new 32" Smart TV  which will give you all the conveniences of home, while you enjoy the beach in this perfect studio space that is just steps from the beach.



Studio/Efficiency with new memory foam mattress for King bed. Sleeps two comfortably. Unit also has a new bathroom vanity, and stove and vent in the kitchen!



1st Floor (not ground floor, great views of the pool) indirect beach view studio condo at Sugar Beach Condominiums in Orange Beach, AL. FREE WiFi. Sleeps 2. Beds: 1 king in living room. Approximately 400 square feet.  Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, new 32" Smart TV, DVD player, blackout drapes, washer and dryer, Indirect Gulf view patio. High-end cotton bath towels and linens.



Complex Amenities: 3 Outdoor Pools, Tennis Courts, Snack Bar, Children's Pool, and Beach Service.



Parking is limited to one (1) car per unit. You will need to purchase your parking pass onsite at Sugar Beach. As of 1/1/23, Sugar Beach charges $35.00 per parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.



**Please note that exterior construction work is taking place at Sugar Beach until September 2026, weather permitting. Periodic noise will occur during this time. Rent rates have already been discounted.**

Wonderful rental

So amazing on so many levels, bed was comfortable, condo was clean, pools were clean. Area was good, last 7 days at rental couldn’t not have been any better

Cute and very livable for a couple

Small and clean, a few steps to the Gulf and 3 adult pools and a kids pool. Right between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Seafood, souvenirs, grocery stores and entertainment all close by.

Orange Beach 2024 Trip

Enjoyed our trip. This was our first year to stay at Sugar Beach. The building itself needs some TLC. And parking spaces are tight. But overall was a memorable vacation. Already looking for next years vacation stay.

Comfortable

This was perfect for what we needed. Stayed for a festival weekend. Bed was super comfortable! For the most part it was clean but could use a good deep clean. Stains on sliding door curtains. Access to beach and multiple pools. We would stay again.

Very private

We felt very private and secure on our stay. A few tiny hiccups with quick responds. There isn't much cell service in the room, which is not a complaint while on vacation. There is only one pool out of 3 that was heated and no hot tub. We had a fantastic time and no complaints. Only suggestions would be invest in heating the other pools. Great day, would recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: everything was clean and fine . The only problem we experienced was that the wifi only worked occasionally in the condo and when it wasn't working the phone was also out of order.

Condo was cute. Could have been cleaned a little better. Parking garage is terrible. Elevator was out of order during our stay. The bed was comfortable but the window unit could not keep the temp as cool as we preferred.

What could be better than a condo on a beautiful beach across from a state park with miles of bike trails across the road? We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay which included biking (we had our own) and geocaching, playing pickleball both outdoors and indoors and going to different seafood markets in the area to get steamed shrimp for dinner every night. The internet was slow and we couldn't figure out how to get the ceiling fan to work but otherwise the condo more than met our expectations.

Overall good stay

The unit was clean and updated enough to be comfortable with our stay. The tv/internet did have some problems, but we feel it was related to the fact the unit is located in an older concrete building. The location was great, and there was easy beach access. The building the unit is located in needs some major updates. All the pool furniture has mold/mildew on them, and when walking through the hallways there’s just this odd “old smell”. However, like I said the unit itself was perfectly fine and we would stay in the unit again.

Sugar Beach

Everything was great! We had a few problems though. We couldn't access Netflix through the TV. There was something wrong with the internet connection to the TV. The air conditioner also didn't get as cold as we would have liked and we had it turned down. Other than that, our stay was great and we enjoyed it very much.

poor management, but fair room

of course we love sugar beach. we've been many times, but usually with Meyer realty. this time we did not get any answers when calling about problems with the condo. upon arrival we turned on air and it smoked and set off the fire alarm. turned off and then tried with it on cooler and it quit smoking. red button said replace filter. called that night and told person what had happened. no results. called again a day later. told that they would send maintenance to access problem. no one came. we will never use this management company again and think that they need to be replaced if they can't perform even this kind of service.

Great little place but needs some work

We enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach. The mattress was the best ever! And the cheeseburgers at the Sugar Shack are gourmet however, #122 needs a few fixes—sliding glass door has no handle and cannot be locked, faucets in kitchen and bathroom drip Constantly, we could not open the dishwasher and the WiFi never connected. We still enjoyed our stay and the decor of the studio was great. Fix these little things and we will Be back!

Convenient to the beach

We enjoyed the easy direct access to the beach. The bed was clean and comfy. All we needed was a shower and a bed to sleep in. We spent all our time on the beach. We would use this beach house again. Wonderful price made it possible to stay longer.
