Walk to the beach!
Featuring a wraparound porch, ocean views from every room, outdoor (and indoor) shower, grill, and outdoor dining space.

**Please Note: Sheets and towels are not provided.**

This comfortable two bedroom condo is very close to the GayHead Lighthouse and only slightly further to its local shops, which include a small grocery store, souvenir places, snacks, coffee shop, and restaurant. Walk to the most beautiful beach on Martha's Vineyard — 11 minutes door to ocean — or bike to secluded Lobsterville Beach. Take the bike ferry to Menemsha, where you will find fresh fish markets, more locally owned shops, kayaking, restaurants, and world-famous (for real) sunsets.

Enjoy easy access by car or bus to all the lovely small towns Martha's Vineyard is known for, and then come back to the loveliest of all for a quiet evening at your home away from home.

Truly the place for those who love the beach, treasure quiet time, and want to experience all the joy Martha’s Vineyard offers without the hustle or hassle (no crowds, no traffic) of down island towns.

We offer a simple place, hopefully lovely in your eyes. Not fancy but we have everything.

Although small, the condo contained all that we needed for our stay. The place was homey with lovely decor. It was obvious that the owners take pride in their home away from home and want their renters to enjoy it as well. We loved our time there relaxing, enjoying the views, and long walks on the beach.

We stayed 3 nights. The beds were very uncomfortable, and so was the furniture. The only thing that was good was the location. I was there for the Wampanoag Pow Wow. So being right there was great. On Sunday we were going to do laundry, but it was raining and the washer and dryer were outside. There was a leak in the room with the Queen bed. Couldn't figure out the TV. As I said location was great because I was right there for Pow Wow and close to my sisters store Bowens Arrow.

A great location in Aquinnah. Loved being able to walk to the beach and to the shops by the lighthouse. Next to everything, yet quiet and protected. The house is quite small, but fine for one or two people. Sunny and breezy.

Perfect vacation. Completely spotless clean, literally the cleanest outdoor shower I have ever showered in throughout my entire life. This location is incredible if you love being away from all the crowds and being with nature. Exactly as pictured in the photos. 10 minute walk to (in my opinion) the most magical beach I have ever been to in my entire life, exactly as mentioned. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. Could not have been more perfect. P. S. LOVE your kids books selection.

Cozy and comfortable cortage

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage was just perfect for two. We loved the outdoor shower and never used the inside one, even in the wind and rain. The cottage is very well equipped with lots of pretty dishes and silverware, as well as just about anything you would need for cooking. We will be back! .

Excellent location and convenient for exploration. Love the outdoor shower! Host was very communicative and helpful. This was the second time I stayed here and I will definitely be back!

Beautiful location in Aquinnah

Stayed here for a long weekend and we loved its proximity to the Aquinnah Cliffs Overlook where we watched a beautiful sunset over the Atlantic. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Overlook and a 15 minute walk to Moshup Beach. However, this location is a 40 minute drive each way to Edgartown or Oak Bluffs. You will need a car if you stay in this location. With regards to the unit itself, it's a great size for 3 people. The room with a twin bed and trundle is quite small, probably tight for 2 adults but perfect for kids. The kitchen is well equipped. If you like watching TV, the one they have in the living room is very small and pretty old without streaming capability. The biggest negative for us is the fact that linens and towels are not provided. You will have to pack your own bed sheets, pillow case, and towels for the bathroom and kitchen. Considering the rental fee is on the high side, this really should have been included.

Aquinnah was beautiful, the cliffs were magnificent the restaurants were incredible! Everyone on the island was very lovely and accommodating. The only downfall was no AC in condo

Great location and space

Lovely 2 BR unit directly next to the lighthouse. Easy walk to the beach. Very comfortable with everything needed for a short or extended stay. Easy communication with host. Definitely recommended.

Lovely, quiet, peaceful spot!

My husband, son (9years old) and I had a lovely time at this well-equiped, clean, cozy condo. The description is accurate and it is fully equipped with everything you need. Aquinnah is so special and you can feel the peacefulness of this area and the people. It is a drive (35 mins) to main restaurants in Edgartown and Oak Bluffs but we made the trip a few times for dinners out and shopping. Menemsha and Chilmark are both nice areas closer by where we explored as well. The beaches are beautiful and within walking distance. We highly recommend this lovely place. We hope to return again!

Wonderful location!

What a well maintained and fun property that offered exactly what we needed! The views, the well maintained out of doors and all that was needed to feel comfortable, made our stay great. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Very convenient for addition to larger family rental.

Rent on Lighthouse Road and needed additional space for a few nights, and proximity was primary consideration. Space worked well, as was quiet and close to beaches too and very convenient as an addition to house rented nearby. As advertised, and very well equipped.

Summer vacation 2023

We enjoyed staying at this nice condominium. It was very clean very bright and airy, very well supplied inside and out with all the necessary supplies in the kitchen that you would need to enjoy your stay. It was also very well decorated, quiet and clean. Overall we had a very pleasant week and we would stay there again Joan the owner was very pleasent and responsive to all questions. There are distant ocean views from the front and back decks. I recommend vacationing at this condo. Happy summer!

Perfect View

We loved our stay. The location was beautiful and very private. We loved being able to see Gay Head Lighthouse so well. The walk to the lighthouse and Moshup beach were very sort. We were also within close walking distance of a bus stop which made traveling around the island very convenient. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Absolutely amazing time with our Family

This property is exactly as it’s advertised! Joan, the property manager could not be more incredible to work with! She went above and beyond answering questions for us and giving us recommendations to beaches, food places, things to do etc… truly such a delight to work with! It’s a cute homey, cozy condo about 100 feet from cute little stores with absolutely breathtaking views of the cliffs/lighthouse. A beautiful part of the island we had not visited.. much quieter then downtown- we loved it! Joan had everything we needed! Our kids want to rerun every summer! We had such a nice time together! Thank you Joan.

Perfect little getaway

We have stayed at this property for a long weekend and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, the size is great for a couple (or even a family of 3). It is right next to the beach and beautiful scenery. Communication with property manger was quick and efficient and we had no issues with the condo. It is away from stores, restaurants and any other establishments, but to us this was the upside as opposed to downside. Little trips to nearby stores were not a problem and we drove to restaurants in Edgartown for either takeouts or dinners. We are already looking forward to coming back!

clean with beautiful views

Away from the busy-ness of Edgartown/Oak Bluffs, this was an awesome getaway. Gorgeous views, easy access to lighthouse and beach made for a wonderful stay. Beach wasn’t crowded at all. Not a criticism, but I’d emphasize for future guests is the stores close by are pretty pricey and small/close early; half hour drive to full grocery, so pays to go when you get off the ferry on the way to the property. Remote/beautiful location otherwise a perk!

Beautiful quiet stay

Perfect spot to walk to the beautiful aquinnah cliffs and lighthouse. Quaint adorable cottage with very kind owner. Out of the hustle and bustle of oaks bluffs. Hope to come back!

Peaceful and scenic

We were very comfortable at the property . It was very clean and well appointed. Stunning views of the cliffs and Lighthouse nearby made morning walks to the beach very pleasurable. We loved the quiet nights and being able to see the ocean from every room.

Quiet end of MV

Nice views from both front and back windows. Has everything you need (except linens). Joan is a very responsive host. Ideal location for those who enjoy the quiet end of MV. Walking distance to the overlooks and Aquinnah beach. Ideal for 3 adults or couple with 2 kids.

When we questioned why we kept returning to the same beach (the same spot on the same beach!) year after year, we answered our own question with -- when you've found the BEST, why change? We hope you will feel the same way.

This property is particularly wonderful if you are beach lovers. The accommodations are simple, the views are beautiful and the beach is spectacular. The path to the beach is two minutes from the property. Then another 8 minutes down the beach path and you are ON THE BEACH. No hassle with having to park a car. Come and go all day, easily. Wake up and be the first one leaving your footprints in the sand. Stay and watch the sunset over the Elizabeth Islands. Easy ten minute walk back to your property. Outdoor shower, quick seafood dinner available at the nearby shops (2 minute walk), or two minute walk in the other direction for a more "formal" dinner at a restaurant. Repeat the next day!
