Our Luxury Portofino 2 Bedroom GULF FRONT condo is located in TOWER 5 at Portofino Island Resort. Tower sits closest to the gulf and is about 200 yards from the beach! It is a short walk to The Spa and Lifestyle Center located on near the Santa Rosa Sound, Tennis Courts and restaurants.

The open floor plan features 40 feet of breathtaking Gulf views. You can see the Gorgeous Gulf and pristine sugar sand beaches from each and every room! Our condo features floor to ceiling windows in the living area and both gulf front bedrooms. Elegant Tuscany columns, domed entryway, 9 ft ceilings, crown molding and granite counter tops only begin to describe the distinct upscale Mediterranean feel.

Our unit is professionally decorated, furnished with a comfortable Coastal Beach theme throughout. The Kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances and cookware. The bar overlooks the dining room into the living area. Relax in the living room on the comfy sectional and 50” Samsung Smart TV.

Master has king bed, 43" Samsung Smart TV, tile floors and ceiling fan. The Master bath has dual vanities, whirlpool tub and separate walk in shower. Second bedroom has a private bath, ceiling fan, 43" Samsung Smart TV, tile floors and glass door with low profile door jamb access to the balcony.

Balcony faces Southeast and has breathtaking views of the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. Your Portofino Island Resort view includes nothing but spectacular of beach and seashore. Balcony has seating for 4 along with electric BBQ Grill.

Our unit is equipped with a full size washer & dryer, secure Wifi and a reserved, covered parking space. We also provide beach chairs and an umbrella for the use of our guests. There is a selection of books and board games for your enjoyment. Each of the five towers at Portofino Island Resort offer their own large swimming pool and hot tub, along with umbrellas, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Portofino Island Resort is very family oriented, activities are offered for every age group (young children thru teens).
