This wonderfully decorated, air-conditioned Sunriver vacation home is perfect for your summer or winter getaway.

This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is bright and open. The great room layout keeps the whole family close together, with an open-concept design. The cabin is perfect for 2 couples or a family getaway.

On the main level are a queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom. Head upstairs to the primary bedroom with a queen bed. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub.

The wrap-around deck is a great spot to hang out with a gas grill, deck furniture, and a private hot tub. When you are looking to cool off, a community pool is within a short walking distance from your front door.

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided. 

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Family Fun!

We stayed at this house because our boys had a motocross race in LaPine. The hot tub was clean and well used, they had fun cruiser bike in the garage for the boys.

November 2016 Stay

We had a very relaxing stay thanks. The house was clean and had all of the cooling equipment that we needed to eat some meals there.

Maintenance issues and not accurate to description

The house was quite clean, even the toaster looked like new. The hot tub was very clean and at 102 degrees, waiting for us. The use of the Sage Springs Club was very pleasant - we went lap swimming in their Salt-water 3 lane lap pool, then used the steam room and the hot tub. We encountered the following problems: 1. The downstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was very loose in the wall, and came out of the wall the first time it was used. 2. When you turn on the cold water at the kitchen sink, there is a BANG. I believe this is called the water hammer effect, and there are devices that should be installed in plumbing systems. 3. There was no water, either hot or cold, to the tub/shower combination in the bathroom on the main floor. The property managers and/or the owner must have known this, as the housecleaning service would have reported it when they tried to clean the tub/shower. Yet they advertised this house as having 3 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2 baths, and suitable for at least 8 people. Yet in reality, there was only 1.5 bathrooms. This would have been rather unaccommodating for 8 people. I would hope, that in fairness, they refund a portion of the fee, and base it on what the average for a house with 1.5 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms, goes for. 4. Of the 4 adult bicycles, only 2 were able to be ridden. The other two had problems with the wheels and brakes binding. 5. When I was looking at similar houses, the description usually said that passes to the SHARC were included. I assumed that this would apply to our selected house. I don't remember if they mentioned it or not, but when we arrived, there were no pool passes. I acknowledge that it is the owner's decision whether to include pool passes, but if the majority of arrangements offer the passes, then those that do not should explicitly say so in the house, description, as in "Pool passes are not included.." On the positive side, I can report that I discussed this issue with a staff member of Bennington properties, and she provided 2 passes to the Cove, which was most enjoyable. 6. On a personal note, I found the bed pillows a little too firm for my comfort.

Sunriver Visit Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit to Sunriver and the the house we rented for the week of June 29, 2015. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking, bathing and enjoyment. We liked having a swimming pool near by. The bikes in the garage needed to be updated as no one could ride them and the windows were hard to open. We would suggest new windows, bikes and air conditioning to make visitors a little more comfortable. The service for more bath towels and for the hot tub was fast and very much appreciated. We would certainly stay again and rent from Bennington Properties. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation. Bobbie Cohon
