Beautiful and charming home on Lark Lane! This wonderful home feels like you are outdoors, in the trees year round with a wall of windows in the sunroom area and several overhead skylights.

The beautiful kitchen, log pine furniture, and a pool table (3/4 size) make this the perfect house for any group seeking classic Sunriver flavor and fun.

This bright single level home features one queen bedroom, one bunk room with queen over queen beds, and one queen ensuite bedroom. Enjoy cable TV and DVD players in every room.

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. Soak under the stars in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of Central Oregon excitement.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 7 Lark home and have plenty of room for the whole family.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The primary drawback of this property is the lack of a meaningful view. While the rocking chairs are very comfortable, they face the windows that overlook a deck that is enclosed for privacy, which limits the overall atmosphere.That said, the property excels in many other areas. It is very comfortable, well-located, and includes great amenities such as a ping pong table and pool table, which enhanced our stay. The checkout and cleanup instructions were also clear and easy to follow.Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly consider staying here again in the future.

Nice getaway spot

Nice and private, dog friendly, decent amenities -- the grill was practically brand new too, which was cool.

This was a wonderful little cabin. Our kids loved the activities (ping pong and pool table) and the bunk beds. Very comfortable stay.

Cozy cabin

Just great for the 4 of us and our winter getaway. Loved the cabin feel and wood burning fireplace. A bit too chilly for us to play pool in the garage when we were there but the hot tub felt great.

Great home for family near park

We really enjoyed the home and all its amenities. The only thing we said was if this house had air conditioning it would be the perfect Sunriver house. With 89 degree days it was real tough to keep the house cool and the evenings were tough for sleeping but the fans really helped. The kids really enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub. Being near the park was nice to meet other family for pickle ball.

Loved this spot! Well maintained and super clean. Right across street from park. Appreciate a dog friendly spot. Front sunroom was great for morning yoga.

So much to do!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything about the house was beautiful, simple and fun. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather and of course the location is stunning. We loved that the pool table and pingpong table were in separate rooms. The bikes were in great condition. There was more to do at the house than we had time for. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! We would return in a heartbeat.

Overall - great place and location. Lots of options for teens (ping pong, pool table, hot tub). Best compliment = would definitely stay here again. Only minor con - SHARC passes not included.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

The property is listed accurately and was a cozy comfortable stay for my wife and I. The only issue we had was the hot tub didn’t work the second day but everything else was great. Thank you!

McCornack family get away

Wonderful pre-Christmas vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was impeccably clean. The wood burning fire place and hot tub were the perfect thing to come home to after a day on the slopes. This home was perfect for our family of 5!

The house was too small for a family of 5 they need to have a leaf blower or something .. The deck is built around a tree that dropped pine cones etc.. while trying to enjoy sitting outside .. some of them dangerous if hit on head .. No Air conditioning either .. Thanks
