Welcome to our peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon! This charming retreat is perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. Here are some highlights of your stay:

Property Highlights:

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This detached home features two bedrooms on the main floor, offering great privacy as no bedroom walls are shared. The main floor bedrooms come with lofts accessed by ladders, adding a unique touch to your stay. Please note that the lofts are not recommended for small children, and their use is at your own risk. The master bedroom is located upstairs, providing additional privacy, and it comes with a full bath attached.

Open Vaulted Great Room: The open and spacious vaulted great room creates a welcoming atmosphere, connecting seamlessly with the adjoining dining area and kitchen. Relax with your loved ones in this cozy setting.

Private Hot Tub and Deck: Unwind on the large deck equipped with a private hot tub. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding trees and the added privacy from the expansive common area backing onto the property.

Kiddos Welcome: For families with little ones, we have a high chair and a new pack and play available for your convenience.

Pet-Friendly: Furry family members are welcome too! A 2ft x 4ft by 6ft pet enclosure is provided in the garage for your pet's comfort.

Climate Comfort: Stay cool in the summer with the newly installed Central AC. There are fans in every bedroom and nighttime mountain breezes.

Guest Access: You will have exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring a private and relaxing experience.

Nice location for families

Enjoyed the two family rooms downstairs (each with bunkbeds and a queen) and the separate space for grandparents upstairs. Close to Fort Rock Park, loved having SHARC passes!

Very cozy place

The place was very nice and relaxing. Has a vey nice and cool hot tub. Nice place to go walking, it was the first time to go see snow it was amazing definitely going back again. we are going to book this cozy place again 100%recomended

We came at the start of the Fall season. It is a serene location as advertised. The kitchen is well set up for preparing meals. The hot tub worked great and is nice and private. The living room is comfortable and there were lots of TV and streaming options which were nice to use during the cool weather. Also, Sunriver has repaved the bike paths and they are in great shape.

Perfect for what we wanted and needed

Perfect for our little family getaway

The house is wonderful and the area was great for our little getaway. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for 4 hungry teenagers and there were more than enough beds to accommodate our family. We felt at home while there and 100% will return.

Spring break getaway

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Sunriver and this house was just perfect for our stay. It was super close to the playground and we use the bikes for a couple days of bike riding. We could not have had a more positive experience.

The house was a great size and had a nice back deck that allowed our dogs to enjoy running about. The house itself I needs some updates and the floors were not very clean.

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was very communicative and everything was just as we expected. The only issue was the deck which needs some maintenance. We had lots of little kids playing outside, and there were several pretty significant splinters in toes and bums.

Simple Sunriver Getaway

Convenient and clean, this property exactly met the needs of our family. While the property would benefit from some upkeep to improve exterior esthetics, those looking for simple accommodation in Sunriver can find it here. An unexpected joy was the exercise trail just out the back door.

Housekeeping issues were addressed immediately, and hopefully everything will be resolved before the next guests arrive. Front doorstep mats need replacing, as one is old and frayed, and the large one is terribly dirty.A relatively good quiet location, and is pet friendly. Guests should know kitchen sink faucet and upstairs bathroom faucet hot and cold settings are reversed.
