Our reverse living, air-conditioned home is conveniently located a short distance from Fort Rock Park and the north-end grocery store. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, plus a spacious great room, it's the perfect place for family gatherings.

Upstairs, you'll find the living area, complete with cozy furnishings, a wood fireplace, a newly remodeled kitchen, a half-bathroom, and the King's ensuite bedroom, featuring a Smart TV and workstation. The updated ensuite bathroom has a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.

Downstairs

Bedroom 1 is a King-Sized Bedroom with a Smart TV and an attached Jack-n-Jill bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 is a queen bedroom with a full futon. and TV. Bedroom 3 is another queen bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Take a ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this home, or stay and enjoy games with Ping Pong, cornhole, and oversized Connect Four included. Have fun at Fort Rock Park, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats are all accessible within a few miles of Sumac 9. Fishing enthusiasts will love the convenience of the nearby Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 22 miles from your front door.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

We loved this property! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was located close to everything. We cooked two dinners and three breakfasts at home, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The appliances are new and everything was very clean. The primary bathroom is newly remodeled and is gorgeous. The downstairs rooms fit all of our older kids perfectly. The dining room and upstairs living room are spacious and were perfect for big, family meals and game nights. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Excellent rental

Our stay was wonderful and the property management was extremely responsive and helpful. Property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and delightful. Hot tub and kitchen appliances were solid. No need to bring kitchenware as there was a massive surplus of every utensil/gadget you could imagine. Felt very comfortable throughout the stay and will definitely be back.

Awesome stay!

Stayed here with two other families. Plenty of room and amenities. Fantastic location and the ability to text Bennington with questions was extremely convenient (response time was quick). Will look to stay here again as this is an annual trip for us.

A very well appointed place for a group stay. Plenty of open space to gather and eat!!

Communication was prompt and checkin was easy. Home had a large open living/dining space that was perfect for a group stay. Well appointed kitchen, great two decks, good hot tub. Was close to Ft.Rock and the gas station/grocery so good location.

Just as described, a pleasant stay!

The home was just as described. We had 8 total staying in the house, three different couples and a single friend all taking up the bedrooms. It was plenty big for all of us. The back deck was lovely and was our main hang out location in the mornings and evenings due to the heat. There's no AC in the house, and it can get warm during the day. I think it got up to 85 degrees upstairs when it was about 95 outside, but the lower level with three of the bedrooms stayed much cooler. We really didn't have issues at night opening windows (all screened) and putting fans everywhere. The house had plenty of fans but feel free to bring your own, it's always nice to get the air moving. We were easily able to get 4 vehicles in the driveway without sticking out in the road at all. Bennington was super communicative and responded almost immediately to all text messages even on off hours and the weekend, they were really great to work with.

Spacious and comfortable

We had a really nice stay at this property. The layout is very spacious and perfect for extended family. We had an issue with cleanliness in the beginning (the kitchen counters and floors had not been cleaned, and there were no cleaning supplies left to do it ourselves) but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. There is no AC so keep that in mind if you go in summer (it was VERY HOT in the late afternoon). Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. All in all we had a nice stay and loved visiting Sunriver.

Perfect Sunriver Getaway

House was perfect for a short weekend away with a small group of friends (9). Plenty of space for cooking and lounging for everyone and a short drive to the incredible lava tube / Newberry National Volcanic Monument. We all had a great time cruising around on the bikes provided. Excellent stay, we'll be back!

Wonderful house in the heart of Sunriver!

This property was great and we really enjoyed our weekend stay in Sunriver. It's in a great location in the middle of the resort and was clean, had all necessary amenities and was adequately stocked. My only complaint is that the electronics could use some updates. The living room TV is decent size but could be bigger and the bedroom TVs were quite small. HD cable would also be nice. Overall, we really enjoyed the house.

Well equipped and great for families!

We had 8 adults and 6 kids in our party and the house suited us just fine. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was equipped with a high chair and pack n play which ended up being very helpful.

Perfect house for law office conference.

We are a small law office of 4 ladies and this year we decided to bring our spouses. This vacation home was perfect. Each room fit each couple's needs and the common spaces were fabulous. I loved the Jack and Jill style bathroom downstairs and the master suite was a real treat for our senior partner and her hubby. We enjoyed the hot tub and spent time together cooking. The dining table was for 8 and we visited for hours over dinner, desert and drinks. Very happy about a bbq being available and tons of fire wood for a cozy snap-crackle-pop. The house was exceptionally furnished and had everything we needed.

Sons Wedding

Our son and his soon to be new wife chose Sunriver in October to get married. So we all rented houses in Sunriver and it was a blast. Only thing I wish we could have had them all a little closer.

Sunriver summer fun

My family of 5 had a great time in Sunriver/Bend with this property being our home base. Each access to hiking/biking trails right within Sunriver and an easy drive to Bend for lots more. The house was clean with everything we needed for meals, and lots of seating for everyone. We also loved the hot tub and made use of the ping pong table. The only thing we wished for was some AC as it was in mid/upper 80s every day, but it cooled down sufficiently at night and the property had fans to help cool everything down. Would definitely stay again.

Acceptable for price and pet friendly but needs work

This property worked fine for the 8 Adults and 2 dogs however it is in need of some definite updates. The most bothersome things were easily fixed. Coffee maker is ancient and doesn't work well, toaster only worked on 2 of 4 slots. The back yard was in need of some tree maintenance and just needs some clean up. Also the upper deck was in need of some repair and definitely either staining or paint work. This is surely a rental that the owners are not putting money back into the property to upgrade. One negative due to the fact that there is no air conditioning was the Master bedroom did not cool down at night until about mid-night or later. Even with being conscious about the shades/windows and doors the upstairs would get to 87-88 degrees each day and made it hard to sleep until 1:00 am - we chose to lay out on the upper deck to cool off until the bedroom was bearable. 3 downstairs bedrooms were nice and cool the entire time. This is probably better suited for Winter rental rather than summer until they update the place. Bushes next to driveway could also use some trimming so 4 cars can park in the driveway and still be able to enter both sides of the cars. I realize many of these are minor things and that is why they should be fixed. The other big issue is that Bennington Properties doesn't have affiliation with Sunriver and thereore you do NOT have access to the SHARC and limited options on River take out process for floating the river. When we go again I will pay whatever is necessary to get these amenities.

Clean and beautiful, this house had everything we needed for a family thanksgiving.

Instructions were clear and helpful. This place was wonderful with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and a hot tub. There were TV’s in every room. Deep soaking tub in master bathroom. We loved the ping pong table which provided hours of fun. The amenities at Sunriver can’t be beat. This added up to one of our best holiday experience.
