Blue Coast Villas is a brand new, sea front resort which is located in Agia Irini, only 5km from the port of Parikia and 7km from the airport. The complex consists of 4 independent villas with private pool each one, built on a hill with a panoramic view to the sea and the sunset. The closer sandy beach is Agia Irini beach and it is just 200m away (around 5 minute by foot). The villas are ideal for families with kids (better to be elder than 5 years) or group of friends. They are built in the minimal and traditional Cycladic architectural style and provide all modern comforts for pleasant holidays.

The villa is 230 m2 in two levels. It is ideal for 6 guests but it could also accommodate up to 10 guests. At the ground floor there is a spacious living room with an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and guest toilet (WC). In the same floor there are also 2 of the bedrooms and a large veranda with an outdoor dining area and garden, BBQ area and stunning sea view.
The first floor consists on the master bedroom, one bathroom and a seating area with a double sofa bed. There is also access to veranda with a cozy seating area and panoramic view to the sea.
