This 240sq meters villa, built with natural local stone, offers luxurious accommodation, privacy and a stunning outdoor living area with a 75sq meters swimming pool, spacious terraces and a tennis court/ 5×5 football pitch. The villa, which is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for 8 people, has a large living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a master bedroom, two more comfortable bedrooms. There is also a separate guest room with its own kitchen and bathroom. Quality outdoor furniture offers guests an opportunity for sunbathing and ultimate relaxation with a stunning view of Vourkari bay and the surrounding hills. The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Other Amenities are Flat screen TV in living room, DVD player,books, internet, stereo with music surround in the house, round the pool area, the BBQ area and the main veranda, fireplace, heating, air-conditioning throughout both the house and the guest house, an extra freezer. The Kitchen in the guest house has hobs, kettle, espresso machine, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils.
