Welcome to Tommy's Blue Wave Beach House!

This spacious 1900 Sq Ft private home is family friendly located in a quiet neighborhood is an easy bike ride to downtown Atlantic Avenue as well as the Delray Beach off of A1A.

Home has lovely screened porch with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

Living room has comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV. A variety of reading material, puzzles and games available. WiFi is available in the house.

Beautiful kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook with plenty of space. Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen opens up through a bar that seats 4 to a beautiful dinning room with table that can seat 10. The dinning room opens up with double french doors to the back patio and lush backyard and large pool. Outdoor sectional provides a lovely seating area with large umbrella for shade. Outdoor dinning table has seating for 6 and pool shed has pool and beach toys. Landscape in beautiful lush yard is mature and ensures privacy.

Master bedroom opens onto back patio with french doors. Room is beautifully appointed with King size bed, large closet, sitting area and flat screen TV. Attached Master bath has a spa feel with a beautiful walk-in shower with seamless glass shower door and fantastic shower head.

Second bedroom has very comfortable Queen bed and large desk if you need some work space. Third bedroom also has a Queen bed and is very serene. Second full bathroom has been remodeled and is all white with a shower and tub .

There are bikes available (2 adult and 1 little kids) for use along with a 2 person kayak, and a surfboard.

"Freebie" is a wonderful free taxi service (just tip them) in the downtown area. They will pick you up at the house and drop you off downtown or at the beach (or anywhere else in their service area). Uber is also available for longer distances. There are fantastic restaurants, shops and things to see and do downtown Delray Beach.

This is a great house for a family, multiple couples, or a couple who might have friends or family come to stay with them.

We were so very pleased with our accommodations!! The home was clean, well stocked and in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were so cozy and beautifully decorated. The best part was, of course, the backyard/pool which we took full advantage of. Erin, our gracious host, was responsive whenever I contacted her. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great Stay

This three bedroom home was absolutely wonderful for our family of five. It was very clean, cozy and spacious. The backyard with pool was beautiful. We felt we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for getting around the area of Delray Beach. Would highly recommend!

Great holiday stay!

My Mom and I had a fantastic time at the blue wave! The property is exactly as advertised, beautiful and conveniently located to dining and the beach. Came fully stocked with everything you need to have a great trip to florida - beach supplies, bicycles, etc!! Would definitely stay here again 😊

Wonderful, comfortable home to stay in.

The house is furnished for comfort as well as style. The kitchen is very well stocked, which was great for us because we cooked at the house much more than going out. Everything is maintained really well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our Favorite Delray Beach Retreat – Feels Like Home!

This was our 4th (maybe 5th!) time staying at this amazing home, and we keep coming back because we absolutely love it. The house is incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing—it’s the perfect escape. The backyard is truly a private oasis—lush landscaping, a beautiful pool, and lots of seating options to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade. The entire outdoor area feels secluded and serene, and we love how peaceful it is. We can’t recommend this home enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect Thanksgiving! The house is everything and more than we hoped for. Erin is an amazing host with great suggestions and very accessible. Family Vacation

This is the second year that our family has rented Erin’s property. Our family enjoyed 2 weeks of great weather, great accommodations and access to the beach. Fantastic Property, Close to everything

We moved to Delray Beach in 2002 from Alberta, Canada. We lived in the house year round until 2014 when we decided to spend part of the year in Denver, Co. We love the beach!! We would ride our bikes to the beach on the weekends and spend the day playing in the sand, swimming and hunting for shells. We also love to go downtown for the great shops and restaurants, or just to walk around.

This was our first home and it was love at first site. Over the past 12 years we have lovingly cared for, built on to, and updated the property. We have loads of wonderful memories that were made in this house. We got married, had our child, and raised our pets here. We hosted our rather large family and lots of friends for summer fun, Thanksgiving, Christmas festivities and other visits. We simply love this house! We built an addition on the back side in 2005, put in the pool, landscaped the yard and have remodeled most of the house. Now we would like to share it with others.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When we first saw the house the inviting front porch seemed to be calling to us. We walked into the back yard and could picture palm trees with a big blue pool. We could imagine the possibilities inside the house and knew we just had to have it! We hope all of our guests will feel as much at home as we have.
