The villa is characterized by a swimming pool which enjoys an enchanting panoramic view of the hills. The rectangular-shaped pool, externally paved, measures 10x5 and has a depth of 1.5 metres, and is characterized by a solarium area equipped with an external shower, sunbeds and umbrellas which will help make every aperitif even more special at sunset. Guests also have at their disposal a panoramic terrace that runs along three sides of the villa: one part is furnished with a long table, umbrellas and barbecue, ideal for outdoor barbecues and one part with sofas, armchairs and a ping pong table. Parking on the property, shared with the owners who live in a second villa on the same property.Interior
The villa (150 m2), equipped with every comfort, develops entirely on the first floor and is furnished in a refined manner with design elements.
