*Perfect little getaway on the Northeast bend of the Island in a quiet family friendly location, just steps to the beach. Great for a couple. (Sleeps 2 max)
*King bed & full kitchen (no dishwasher or icemaker)
*Ground level apt. with 1 parking space.
*No smoking in unit and no pets.
*This unit offers off season (Sept. 7 - Mar. 7) 1-6 month rentals only per booking for 2 people only. Cleaning fee will be more than posted and damage deposit. Great for traveling nurses or workers.
**Must be 25 to rent & staying in the property-No parties-Major Credit Card & Our signed Rental Agreement required upfront with payment.
*Grills, & picnic tables, on site for all renters to share and outside beach shower and corn hole game.
*Local family owned & operated.

This place is great! With private parking and within walking distance to the beach (East Gate), it saves on parking fees! Ice cream shop is right on the corner and it's within walking distance of a couple restaurants and surf shops. It's outdated but it's clean and the bed is comfortable. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay again! Owners very responsive!

The key to this space is location! Beach access visible from front door, Sand Cat Coffee a 5 min walk, pizza and brewery 3 minute walk! It had everything we needed at a bargain price for the location. Downside was extremely spotty wifi/internet access - to the point that we just stopped trying and watched a movie on our phone bc we could not get TV to stream without constant glitching. It was a good stay and basic beach living in a great location

Couldn't be happier

Communications with them was womderful. They were always quick to answer any question we had. Surfside Seaclusion was the perfect place for our much needed rest. There were absolutely no negatives in our opinion. Anything we needed we could go to Walmart or Target and get. We will be back sooner rather than later. Also, there is a laundromat just across the way.

Good place & close to the beach

Loved how close this was to the beach and it was a quiet street. Bed was comfy and there is a community outside area with corn hole boards, grills, a bar, table with umbrella, and beach items (a wagon, chairs, buckets & shovels, and a tube). There was plenty of ice trays in the freezer so we never had to buy ice, which was nice. I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom since my 17 yr old daughter and I stayed there. The inside shower also wasn't great (water leaked out of the knob, not all went up to the shower head, and wasn't very hot) but we just used the outside shower which was great! Definitely would go back and would be perfect for extended family trip, cuz you each could have your own unit and not be on top of each other!

Love this property’s location Chest of drawers probably needs updating as 2 of the drawers are kinda janky. Love, love, love the outdoor shower and Tiki bar area. Plan on staying here again In future!

Great Beach Access

The beachy cottage like touches from shells on mirror to tiki roof over breakfast bar, swing benches out front under palm tree as well as outdoor shower for after enjoying the beach made this place special to us. The owners were there taking care of the grounds and very nice to speak to.

Great location for North Beach at Tybee

The apartment is one in a fourplex. It is an older property, but has the basics that you need. I talked to the manager twice on the phone and she was very cordial and wanted to help. The apartment is about 200 feet from the beach, so we walked over twice in the morning for the sunrise. It is close to a really nice park with massive oak trees and bike paths. (It is also about 200 feet from the Sugar Shack, for those with a serious ice cream addiction.). We brought our bikes and rode to restaurants and the main "touristy" area at the South Beach and the Tybee Pavilion. The king size bed was really comfortable. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner in the bedroom was very noisy when it came on and sometimes woke me up. Again, the location and ease of getting to the beach and other spots was a major PLUS! Would certainly recommend it for that!

Great little get away with Wife

Great location on the island. Wonderful access to the breach and dining options. Wi-fi was spotty but we were there to enjoy the island mostly anyway. Would recommend.

Quiet place, great location

Quiet street, just a short walk to the beach. There are also a convenience store and ice cream shop within walking distance. As seen in pics, it's nothing fancy or modern. A hodge-podge of vintage decor, super clean and cozy. Screened windows in every room allow for great airflow when it's not hot out. The pre-check in process required printing things out to sign, photograph, and send in an email. The owner is very helpful and communicates quickly. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!!

We loved the quaint cozy vibe. It was the perfect place for my husband and I for our anniversary get away. The beach is right up the road so it’s just a quick walk or you can go right out the back door and enjoy corn hole and the bar area!

Weekend Stay

I booked a last minute getaway to Tybee and wanted somewhere centrally located to the beach. The beach access was a very short walk from the Vrbo. The host was helpful and answered all questions related to our stay. It is perfect for couples or a couple of friends.

Perfect Location by the Beach

Stayed for 2 nights on labor day weekend. First and foremost, Pat was understanding and accommodating when I was cautious about the reservation in the days leading to Hurricane Idalia. She updated me on the status of Tybee in the storm's aftermath, and was patient to receive confirmation from my party. The location is perfect, it is 200 ft from the beach. The owner has beach chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and outside shower for guests that work well. Shout out to surfside tybee!

Beach getaway

This is the second time staying here for a girls beach getaway. The best part is the proximity to the beach, which is great for the price! Property manager was responsive when we had needs/questions. We were even able to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Unit is a bit dated, but it met our needs....we just wanted an affordable place to sleep so we could spend our days at the beach. Bed was very comfortable! They also had beach chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use. We'll be back!

Great Location to Beach

We enjoyed a nice, quick mother/daughter trip before she returns to college. It was perfect for the two us and so easy to get to the beach. We really did not spend much time inside. The biggest issue was the WiFi not working or it being hit or miss. We weren’t able to watch either TV due to the WiFi and it was really tough to look up restaurants/activities.
