Quiet northeast beach apartment just 200 ft across the road to the beach access- Beautiful beach with good fishing & swimming. Ground level unit with kitchen/living room combo with queen sleeper sofa and one bedroom with king bed. Fully furnished kitchen items (no dishwasher). Towels and linens provided. Two Roku TV's & free Wi-Fi. Small back sitting area & shared lounging area in back of property with grills, outside shower and corn hole game. Sleeps max 4 (Rates are based on 2 guests. Over 2 is an additional charge of $20.00 per guest, per night.)
****Must be 25 to rent this property. No smoking or pets.

The Island has affordable taxi services for $5pp anywhere on the Island. We are a locally owned & family operated company. Our rental property is right passed the 2nd traffic light a couple houses behind the Sugar Shack on the left. We are also walking distance to Sundae Cafe, one of the best restaurants on the Island for dinner and other restaurants, shops, ATM, gas station and the Tybee Post Theater. The Lighthouse & Museum are also just a short few blocks away. AJ's Dockside has great food and a good place to watch sunset while you eat.

Come stay with us & enjoy our outdoor patios, grills, & Tiki lounge area! (This unit offers off season rentals for traveling nurses, traveling workers or if you just want to get away for a while for 1-3 months for 2 adults only, no pets, no smoking inside). Also, there is a damage deposit for monthly rentals and amount varies depending on how many months staying. Dirty sheets & towels will be picked up weekly for an extra fee and you will be given clean ones, unless you would like to use your own.)

This was a great spot to spend a few days right next to the beach! Not fancy at all, but located a very short walk to the beach in a nice, low-key area of the island. Note: The kitchen does not provide any staples (like salt/pepper/oil/etc.) besides pots and dishes. And there is no door separating the bedroom from the kitchen area, which was only an issue for us because our toddler went to sleep at like 7pm. We figured something out and we all had a really great little vacation. There are a lot of beach items (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, boogie board, etc.) to use in the back of the building if you don't want to bring a bunch of stuff, which is nice to know ahead of time.

Five days of comfort. We love the tiki bar and grill and put it to good use. The outside shower was a big plus. Of course the location was the reason we picked this place. Short walk to beach is perfect.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is perfect for 2-3 people. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach and you don't have to pay to park at a public access. We will definitely be coming back.

Awesome place

delightful place to stay quiet are of the island. Nice community area with cornhole and grill. Tv in the bed room channels doesn't work. But overall highly recommended place to stay!!!!

We do apologize that the TV did not work for you. We do ask guests to please notify us immediately of any issues during your stay so we can correct it for you ASAP. The rooms are inspected prior to arrivals and it was working at the time of inspection. Unfortunately, the cable box had burned out but it has now been replaced. We are glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise and hope you will return in the future.

Perfect Getaway!

The Seascape was an amazing place. The room was clean and stocked with all the things you need. The outdoor spaces were beautiful from the back patio, outdoor shower and play space with tiki bar and gas grill. The walk to the beach took 2 minutes. My family and I will be back!!

Nice one bedroom apartment

The apartment was clean and an easy walk to the ocean. The bathroom is a little outdated but clean and met our needs. The only thing we really wished was different was the sofa which was not very comfortable. Other than that it was perfect for our few days on the island.

Perfect location

Huge bonus is the tiki shower in the back courtyard. Even has shampoo and soap. Short walk to the nearest boardwalk and next door to Sugar Shack for nightly ice cream! Only drawback is the booking process us a little cumbersome bc you have to fill out a separate rental agreement and send it in. I haven't encountered this with any other Vrbo rental. And you must call or text prior to checking in and upon checkout, even if you're within the time frames the rental is guaranteed to be free. Had a small problem with the lockbox but the owner was there to help literally in minutes, which was awesome. Would come back.

Walker Friendly Apartment

The property is as described on the site. It was neat, clean, and located in a good central area to walk to just about anywhere on the island you may want. There are two sweet shops nearby if you have children (I recommend Pralines since their employees are friendlier), and beach access is only two houses down. For the adults, there is a brewery and several eateries/bars within a block of the apartment. There is an outside shower so you can wash off the sand before going inside and a shared area in the back to just relax in. Another plus to the area is that this part of the beach is not as congested as the north end or around the pier. We got to watch a pod of dolphins swimming in the area and overall it was just so much calmer than other parts of the beach. I used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch with no problem and there were enough dishes and utensils provided to cover just about any meal you could cook. The towels and sheets were soft, a pleasant surprise, and smelled wonderful. There wasn't that odd smell you get with some rentals near a beach, and the grounds were maintained. We plan to come back and hopefully be able to continue renting this particular unit.

Perfect location, great management

We were not ready to go home from our vacation and did a last minute reservation while traveling. Julie worked with us and even met us at the door to be sure that everything went perfectly for our check-in. The property has been in her family for three generations and you can tell by the cleanliness and care given that the family loves their home. The apartment was sparkling clean with a comfortable bed and nice linens and towels. This is a retro environment, so if you need fancy and new, find another place. We love the beach feel and found everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location is great- just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. We were on the beach for sunrise every day. Agave, the Mexican restaurant around the corner makes great Mojitos and did a good job with social distancing. Bubba Gumbo's had patio seating, fresh brown shrimp and good hush puppies. A late Sunday afternoon found room at the bar at Huck-a-poos for ice cold, $2 beer without too much of a crowd. A later visit was disappointing. We didn't go in because there was a crowd and we didn't feel as safe. The one thing that no one had any control over that was a big bother were the gnats on the beach. They bite and it hurts! If anyone know how to keep them at bay, let us know! We will be back- and we would like to stay with Julie again.

Beautiful fall break!

This is our second time on this property and we love it’s location to the beach and Tybee restaurants ( especially the sugar shack!) This time we also enjoyed playing cod hole in the common area out back!

Don't let the 4 stars discourage you

because 4 stars is my highest rating...there's only 1 thing that's 5 stars and that's the dude above. my wife and i spent our 26th wedding anniversary here and LOVED it. this is perfect for 2 people. and we slept like babies! communication with Pat was great!

Walk to the beach. Ride a bike to the shops. Quaint little cottage. Perfect for 2 adults. King size bed was very comfortable.

Other than being close to the beach, there are benches and bench swings in the front yard to sit on behind a private fence with confederate jasmine vine with tropical palm trees. The back yard has a shared lounging areas with tables, grills and one with a tiki bar and corn hole game.
