This luxurious and large three-bedroom apartment has private outdoor pool, spacious terrace, free parking lot and landscaped garden with orchard and vegetable garden . It's is located in the immediate vicinity of ancient Salona ruins in small town Solin, just 5 km to the center of Split and its famous ancient Diocletion's Palace, Ferry Port or beautiful beaches as well.
The apartment 'Queen Helena' with private pool is situated on the ground floor of the villa.
This spacious apartment (100sq meters or 328 sq ft) contains an open plan large living room/dining room and a spaciuos, fully equipped kitchen.
It consists of three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with its own air conditioning.
The large sofa in the living room converts to one double bed (160x200cm).
Two baby cots and two baby seats are available upon request.
There is a shower bathroom with toilet and washer, another separate toilet and outdoor shower near pool.
The apartment is air-conditioned throughout, free of charge.
Flat-screen TV with cable international news, movie and sports channels and free Wi-Fi internet access are also available.
The apartment is directly connected with a spacious covered outside terrace (60m2) and swimming pool (30 m2).

Olive trees surround the outside terrace and guest can relax and enjoy a grilled meal from barbecue or home cooked meal with seasonal vegetables and fruits.
There is an organic garden with fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers and fruit trees like fig, cherry, lemon, orange always at disposal for our guests completely free of charge.
Our guests has their own privacy, separated entrance to the apartment and free parking lot for 2 cars.
The apartment Queen Helena has been located in small town Solin just 5 km from city center of Split and even less from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Split airport is a 20-minute drive away.
Within few hours drive you can visit some of the most famous places in Croatia such as National Park Krka (1 hour of drive) and Plitvice (3 hours of drive), ancient towns like Trogir (30min), Šibenik(1 hour)and Dubrovnik (3 hours) as well as islands Brač and Hvar..(1 hour by ferry or catamaran). Klis with famous fortress, Games of Trones filmming location is just 5 km away.
If the guests arrive without car, it isn't a problem at all. The bus station is 50 meters from the house and the buses drive every 15 minutes. the ride takes approx. 15-20 min to the city center of Split.
