This four-bedroom plus den, four-bathroom home in Blue River — just minutes from downtown Breckenridge — offers a quiet, affordable getaway for your family or group of up to 10. The living room offers lots of seating with a large couch and 6 power recliners. After a long day out on the town or hitting the slopes, everyone can relax by watching a movie on the large Smart TV in the den!

The living room opens to the fully equipped kitchen where seating is never a problem — there are 12 seats at the table and six more at the bar. The upper level, overlooking the living room, boasts four bedrooms. The king master suite features a king bed, gas fireplace and a private bathroom with a corner tub and stand-up shower. There’s also a queen master suite with a private bathroom, two more bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed, and a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower. With two master suites, the home is ideal for two families to share!

The three-car garage gives everyone a parking space out of the snow, and there’s a spacious mud room for putting on and storing outdoor gear. Outdoors, there’s a large deck spanning the width of the house, a gas fire pit and a large, fenced-in yard. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
