Located in the secure, gated community of Tuscan Hills, this welcoming two-story villa features four comfortable bedrooms—including two private master suites—and three and a half bathrooms. With a private pool and spa, Roku-equipped smart TVs, and open, inviting living spaces, it's the ideal home base just minutes from Disney, local restaurants, and golf.
During your stay, you'll also enjoy full access to the Tuscan Hills clubhouse, offering a TV lounge, fitness center, tennis court, beach volleyball court, and a playground for younger guests.
For added convenience, the home includes a landline with free international calling, ensuring easy access to emergency services and quick communication with our management team whenever needed.

My stay was Great

We really enjoyed the property it was very spacious and had a great location. I was unpleased that we had to pay to heat the hot tub I don't think that makes any sense at all because it is a hot tub so it should already be hot but other than that I don't have any complaints

Cleanliness of interior of house was OK - had to do some cleaning We swept up outside the front of the house Pool Deck needed cleaned - so we hosed it off and cleaned the outside furniture Pool itself needs a good cleaning Pool Pump went bad (it was on its way when we arrived) - however, this is out of anyone's control - we called - maintenance was sent within hours - pump was fixed within a day - pool was good after that All-in-all, a good stay

Vacation

The villa was nice we had a few problems with electric points but the management team were very prompt to fix the problem, the pool was dirty with twigs and dirty at the bottom I did email the management to say the pool hadn’t been cleaned they assured me it had, I did see the pool man a day before I left he was there for 5 minutes cleaning with a net and didn’t even put any chemicals in the pool or clean around the pool area, didn’t use the pool as it was dirty.

quiet and nice place to stay

Nice townhouse style home that ended up being a little further away from the parks than we anticipated. Management was very friendly and helpful when we called them and finished checking in the next morning. We did find dirty underwear under the bed, beer bottle caps on the pool deck , and broken glass out front on the bricks when we arrived, that we picked up and threw out with gloves. .. But overall a nice place to stay.

Tuscan Hills Courtyard Villa

We just finished our 42 day stay at this villa. Our experience was mostly positive. There was an issue with the king bed in the downstairs bedroom when we arrived, but that problem was taken care of within a two day period. There was also a small water leak in the ceiling due to a bathroom upstairs, which again was handled in a timely manner. There are several positive things that out weighed these two inconvenience. Positive includes: a gated community requiring an access code, quite community, clean home upon arrival, ample kitchen utensils, dishes, and appliances; ( except for a hand held mixer that owner needs to purchase) great pool area with plenty of privacy ( pool chairs and loungers are not very sturdy and should be replaced), nice laminate and tile flooring throughout the villa, and the management company was great to work with, which made our reservation and stay enjoyable. The only thing I would like to add is that the pictures of this villa on VRBO are not accurate. The two king bedrooms show nice looking comforters and bed skirts on the beds. That is not what I found. The bedding had been changed to duvets that did not even cover the mattresses. The bed skirts had been removed. If the owner is going to replace the beddings, it should be shown in the pictures on the web site. I voiced this to the management company and they said they contacted the owner. The owner just said the other bedding needed to be replaced with the present bedding. There was not any blankets for the beds, so I guess one was suppose to sleep under the duvet. I did not want to do that, so I was glad I had brought a blanket from home. The owner really needs to consider changing the bedding in the two king bedrooms. What is there does not reflect the quality of this villa. With that said, I would return to this villa again, if I decided to return to this area again, because the positive certainly out weighs the negative. I would just know what to expect the next time. Perfect Family Vacation!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay again this year! This villa is equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation. We especially appreciated having the afternoon sun over the pool area which extends our time in the pool and hot tub. It's evident that the owners take pride in the general upkeep of the villa (we noticed some updates such as new flooring, since the last visit & the property looked 'fresh' unlike some other places we've rented on multiple occasions). We would confidently return here again.
