My husband and I recently returned for our second stay at this villa and it was just as fantastic as our first time. This property truly remains our absolute favourite place to stay in this area.The villa is incredibly comfortable, wonderfully maintained and is in a lovely quiet location. It's ideally situated for easy access to local amenities and a great selection of restaurants.Communication with the owner Phil was excellent as always. We simply love everything about this place and are already hoping to return for another stay in the future.

This villa is superb, and the host was quick to check everything was ok, we had no issues. The villa was spotless, well cared for, has a great pool, and the games room kept the kids occupied during the storms when they couldn't swim. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from a publix and lots of restaurants and takeaways, which were a godsend after busy days at the parks, Fords garage to eat in and the Panda Express for a takeaway were our particular favourites. We will definitely stay here again if available, as we couldn't fault it.

I can’t praise the villa and the host enough!Lots of quick responses from Phil the owner and unprompted advice also that was very welcomeThe villa is perfect for what we wanted. 20 minutes to parks with easeAmazingly quiet area. The pool is lovely and clean with nothing behind except greenery and a pond to the side. Didn’t see any gators sadly TV has all channels you need Air con works as it shouldLovely showers. Internet works perfectly I’m at a loss to describe anything that we didn’t like. Our main criteria are privacy, quiet & a lovely pool and this has it allWe’ve done all the parks in the past and wanted to relax this time and this hit the bill perfectly. Would gladly book again. Thank you Phil !

A fantastic home with everything you could ask for. Close to lots of local amenities (supermarkets, restaurants etc).We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

This is the seventh rental we have used in this subdivision. It was, by far, the best rental we have had in Sandy Ridge. Clean and well organized. All furniture was good and the pool was great. Don’t expect coffee, spices or large amounts of paper products but this was no different from most of the rentals we have used. The property is on the end of a cul de sac and very quiet and private. We loved it!!!

Nice home that matched listing. Clean with plenty of room. Washer and dryer worked well. We purchased pool heat and happy we did. Appreciated the pool accessories.With having the retention pond on one side of the house and shrubs on the other, the pool felt very private. Would stay again.

Family Disney Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious villa. We were a short drive to all theme park and the pool/spa was so relaxing on our rest day! We look forward to booking it for our next Disney trip.

We had a fantastic 4 week stay at this villa - it truly ticked every box for us. The hosts were brilliant, really welcoming and accommodating throughout. The property itself is exactly as described and did not disappoint in any way. A perfect base for our trip!A note for anyone booking, the hot tub gets really hot not just slightly warmer so it was great going from the cooler pool to the tub but this only comes with pool heating (well worth it even in August)

This place is clean, quiet and private. It was perfect for our family’s trip to Disney. The pool is large and felt so good to relax in after a long day at the parks.

The home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and stocked with everything you need. The house being at the end of the street makes it very private. Would absolutely stay there again!

Had an excellent 2 week stay at the Villa, we absolutely loved it, it's very homely, and was a great base for both the Disney and Universal parks. Phil was a great host checking everything was ok, and helping with any queries. There's a fantastic games room and the pool is lovely and large, the kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, we wanted for nothing. We wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Great Vacation

Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. The pool and spa were awesome. The check in process was easy. The communication with the owner and the property manager were excellent. Thank you so much! When we come back to the area, we will definitely want to stay here again!

Great Stay

This home allowed plenty of space for our 2 families. The location was central to all of the activities that we had planned. The home was well maintained and comfortable. The pool, spa, and backyard area were certainly the favorite hangout spot for everyone. The owner was also very responsive in all communication. I would certainly stay in this home again!

My husband and I spent 17 nights at this lovely villa and only wish it could have been for longer. Having holidayed in this area for many years, we can honestly say that this has been our favourite rental property to stay at. It had such a homely feel, was well laid out, well equipped, spotlessly clean and overall very well maintained. The outside area was just perfect for us as it was private and so quiet with a fantastic south facing pool. We did have a minor issue with the pool pump however this was quickly resolved by the owner Phil who was a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again in the future and cannot recommend this home highly enough.

The home was in a good location, near Orlando, so there were plenty of things to do. I was not impressed with cleanliness. Overall, it was an ok stay. Unfortunately, I would probably not book again.

Amazing Villa, clean, tidy and a fantastic location. We have stayed in this part of Orlando many times but this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Only had to contact Phil a couple of times but he answered us immediately. I would recommend this villa to anyone staying in this area, Disney and Universal are just a short drive away and loads of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all near by.I couldn't recommend this villa more and will stay here next time we visit for sure.Dave & Lynsey.

Excellent rental home

We spent 12 days at this beautiful location with our family of 5. Home and pool were excellent. The garage was stocked with lots of things for our kids to play with, pool table, ping pong table, Air hockey table as well as lots of items to use in the pool. Home is well taken care of. Philip is excellent to respond to any question we had. AAA rental

Wonderful vacation.

This is a well keep property. Garage is well set up with games for the young and young in spirit. Laundry facility offers large washer and dryer.Pool area is enclosed with a large pool and whirl pool off to the side. 90% of our time was spent outside and in the pool. No neighbors' behind and to the side give you a lot of privacy. Shopping is close by.

Sandy Ridge

This was our first experience with a vacation home vs a hotel room. This was the best decision ever made! This home was beautiful and comfortable. Everything needed to feel right at home was at our fingertips. The best part was the private pool in our back yard. The owner was great to deal with and very friendly. The neighbors were all friendly. I plan to stay here again in the future!

Great stay, with a few hiccups!

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home on a cul-de-sac so as not to have too many neighbors. It was very tranquil with the preservation area behind us on a quiet street. We did have an issue with the pool heat, but Phil was very attentive and coordinated the service very well. We also had to contend with a small wildfire in the community but the interruption was short. The house was clean, every amenity worked, and our stay was pleasant. Again, Phil was readily available to help when needed. I would definitely stay again given the chance.

Florida Vacation

This vacation home rental was great! It is an older home but has been lovingly maintained. It has 5 bedrooms, but it was just me and my husband on this vacation, so we only used the master bedroom. The house was very clean, had no mice or bugs, had air conditioning, and was in a good location for traveling distance to various places we wanted to see. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, silverware, toaster, air fryer, coffee pot, and the refrigerator/freezer made ice and had filtered water. The house has a nice enclosed pantry area, so there is no need to leave food sitting out on the counters to attract pests. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and there was a bathroom with shower attached to the master bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great and the neighborhood is quiet, and much of the view from the pool and hot tub is wooded conservation area. There is a working grill outside, and on the days we went to the beach, there was an available cooler, canvas chairs, and beach towels in the garage/game room/laundry room, which was great because we did not have to buy them. The washer and dryer worked great as well. I would recommend this vacation home rental and I would definitely stay there again!
