Great pool/Gas heated

We enjoyed our stay here. The villa has everything we needed. The pool is terrific. The property manager responded to the problems with refrigerator ((all fixed). The only downside was very noisy neighbors who played music extremely loud.

Excellent place. But, a couple things you'll need to know.

We had a great time, we'd do it again in a heartbeat. We stayed over a month. Check in was seamless, gate code and door code worked perfectly everything was wonderful. A couple things we wish we'd known, whether or not we could do anything about it: 1) The biggest thing is being we stayed a long time, we had food and such delivered as usual from Amazon. SOMETIMES, Amazon delivers via US Postal Service. Mail doesn't come to the door, it goes into a locked set of mailboxes at the corner. This particular house never set up with the post office, so there is no key. USPS marked a package as delivered in Amazon tracking, so we guessed it was in the locked mailbox. We left a note for the letter carrier and they brought it to the house the next day, but with a nastygram, "NO MORE DELIVERIES" We took that note to the post office and they said, "Yeah, unless you're staying there 6 months, we don't have to deliver mail to you." that's kind of a big problem since we don't know how Amazon will ship our various things day to day. So, we/you either have to get a post office box or resort to shopping in stores like it's 1993. 2) Florida is buggy, so tell your family from up north who come with you :) We even bought roach traps and kept the house spotless (Florida requirement) but over the course of a month, saw two. No big. They're "Palmetto bugs" in Florida. 3) We went back and forth as to whether or not we should pay to heat the pool in March. We were there the whole month of March. They told us the timer shut off the heater over night, so early morning it might be a few degrees lower. I never went in too early but it was always nice. BUT, even the last day we were there (April 2) it was still a good day to pay to heat. There were several 90º days where it probably never kicked on, but it was worth it. No time wasted acclimating to the pool. 4) Bring some potholders (unless Rentavilla reads this and gets some) 5) There is room for exactly two cars. There are signs all over the neighborhood that any cars left in the street overnight will be towed. We had a third family member visit, and we were kind of panicking where to park him. We found a place. 7) Ok, it's kind of picky, but the tv's sound is kind of crappy, and since all the walls and floors are smooth, it's very echoey. My 32 year old wife kept turning the subtitles on for movies. We ended up moving the TV to the coffee table (it's very light) and that was a million times better.

Overall the stay was pretty good. We had a couple of hiccups with the door lock malfunctioning and a quick power outage throwing air conditioner breaker, but these are certainly where is circumstances. Aside from that, the property was great and Orlando rent-a-villa still got us through the situations that were outside of their control.

Eagle Management delivered in the clutch

Slow start, strong finish. ***A review from season travelers Your Comments Eagle Management really is the winner in this review. With their quick response to a number of issues, this would be a tough property to grade. Let’s get to specifics… As a renter, the property needs to be properly inspected after the last rental. This was not done properly at this property. Every single bed was broken. No fault to the owner or the management company. Last guests simply broke every box spring, and frame in this 4 bedroom villa. All were replaced or fixed. Carpets were not vacuumed. We bought a new machine at Walmart that did a great job. The pool leaked. A lot. I personally alerted management and spoke directly to the pool maintenance person. This was the only issue that went unresolved. We never could heat the pool as it lost a least 1k gallons every 2-3 days.(fyi: I own a inground pool) so it needed to be filled constantly… with very cold water. Except for the pool. The place was great! Eagle Management personnel were awesome and worked hard to address our concerns. The community is lovely and we used the tennis court and exercise room daily. Paul Ricciardi

Good location, nice house.

The house was nice although the air quit working upstairs but was quickly resolved. It was close to a lot of places and easy to get to the parks.

Spring Break Getaway

The property had a private pool which was nice. The space was good, but the appliances, carpet and bathrooms were dated/worn. The kitchen was nicely stocked.

Our staff is always nearby so if assistance is needed, we are quick to respond. We have extended customer service hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM, MON-SAT. and 8AM-4PM SUNDAYS. OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MON-SAT AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS) to better assist our guests that spend the daytime hours at the theme parks or other amazing local activities. 24-hour emergency service is also available so you should never feel like you are on your own.
