We are offering our fully air conditioned 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa with a heatable pool. It is fully furnished to a high standard and can be comfortably occupied by up to 8 people (plus a baby in a cot).
The accommodation has all the conveniences that you would expect to make your stay 'home from home' which include:-
• Washing Machine
• Tumble Dryer
• Dishwasher
• Fridge Freezer with Ice making facilities
• Microwave
• Cable TVs in 3 Rooms
• DVD / VCR and CD /Radio Cassette Player.
• A Games room with a pool table, Dartboard and Air hockey table.
• Heatable pool with underwater lighting overlooking Golf Course. Please note
pool heating is charged at an additional cost .
• Free Broadband wireless Internet access. (Wi-Fi)
• Books, toys & board games. DVDs & Videos to play.
• Child's cot, Highchair & Pushchair.
• Covered lanai area with ample seating.
• A Disney’s Winnie-The-Pooh themed bedroom.

The villa is located on the Esprit / Fairway Oaks Estate, Davenport, which is only 10 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants. A 24hr Walmart is less than a mile from our Estate – perfect for those late night & early morning arrivals.

Our villa backs onto a 9 Hole golf course which is open to public use (at a fee) so why not play a few rounds whilst you have the chance!

Through renting our villa you will also gain access to the Estate's private Tennis and Basketball courts and you can use the large outdoor Communal Pool at no extra cost.
Due to its location you can enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of your own pool before experiencing the magical world of Disney and the other theme parks.

It’s an amazing place to stay very clean, very spacious, and the pool was great, the weather was not the best, but the games room was very nice too. We really enjoyed it The only thing I got surprised was that was no even sugar for the coffe, or salt to cook anything But not a big deal, we had a great experience

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. MY DAUGHTER REALLY ENJOYED THE POOL. (WILL OPT FOR THE HEAT ON NEXT VISIT) THE PROPERTY LOOKED JUST LIKE PICTURES ON WEBSITE. HOST WAS VERY PROMPT WITH RESPONDING. HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. DIRECTIONS GIVEN MADE IT EASY TO FIND PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED CLOSE ENOUGH TO SHOPPING, DINING AND GAS W/O HAVING TO SIT IN TRAFFIC ON I-4. Great Christmas Stay

House was great and host were attentive and responsive even during holidays. The only was the pool didn’t get warm until our check out day but the weather was cold so it’s beyond their control.

We are sorry that the pool was not warm enough and wish that you had contacted our management company to advise them so that it could have been rectified. Our pool pump was found to be leaking and needed replacing which was possibly the reason why the pool was not getting sufficient heat. The pool pump was found to be faulty and immediately replaced..

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our week vacation. Disney and Universal were easy drives. The pool was great after long days at the parks. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Owners were very quick to respond to any issues. Great property!

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation in Florida. The house was a perfect size for our family of 6. The location was very easy to get to Disney and Universal and groceries are a close drive too. The rooms were cosy and the pool was perfect for us. Thank you!

Carol was so kind but it was not possible to get with the management property that a broken window be repaired or to turn up the tempeture in the pool. The trash cans outside were completely full overflowing the containers.

Relax to the max

This place was great! Exactly as advertised. This place is perfect for people going to Disney. A haven for relaxation after long days at the theme parks. Carol was amazing with timely and accurate communications. I will definitely book the place next time we come to Disney!

Nice place

The house was just as described. The neighborhood is older but quiet and pretty well maintained. The house is very comfortable and laid out well. Carol was very good with communication throughout.

Nice home near WDW

This home has lots of space for a big family to be comfortable if visiting the area. Quiet neighborhood and close grocery store. Might need a couple of small updates but very good for the price and location. Owners were very kind and accommodating. Thank you.

Excellent way to do Orlando!

The house was exactly what we saw in the pictures. The pool is perfect for the entire family and my teens loved the game room. Daniel and Carol were very easy to work with and I appreciate your dedication to our stay. The golf course behind the house is neat to watch and outside of the house is pristine. The location is prime! When we come back to Orlando, this will be where we stay.

Vacation 2019

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in a home away from home. A lot of room for the family to sleep comfortably and have space to spread out. The pool area was nice and loved that it had a covering with table and chairs to sit out if raining. Spent a lot of time in garage playing pool and darts with the kids. Thank you Carol for providing everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

We didnt have internet for 2 days and a half. We need to spent 10 dollars each (per day) on 3rd party internet, because we needed to work and monitor the babies. Old house, old appliances, pool doesnt heat much. Owner doesnt live in US and the person managing the property, doesnt care to help when we needed. In overall, dont recommend this house

Unfortunately the problem with the internet was out of our control and our management company got somebody out to fix it within 2 days. We were not told that the pool was not warm enough for you and things cannot be rectified unless the management company is notified. No mention is made of us accommodating your additional requests and the management company were not happy with the state you left the villa in. No additional charges was made by us..

the house was fully equipped, nice swimming pool, but the outside sunbeds were dirty the lock of the master bedroom was broken on arrival, you had difficulty opening the door, but after 1 phone call with the management it was quickly repaired

We had a good stay. The house had plenty of space. The pool and lani was great for relaxing. It was a little far with traffic from all the cheer activities at ESPN, but over all was as advertised. Could use some baking sheets for cooking, but had plenty of other kitchen stuff.

Stay and relax or go and play

My family and I loved having our own pool as we stayed at this villa. This is a very spacious villa, reasonably priced, and accurately pictured. My boys enjoyed having their own rooms. The location is perfect if you want to spend a day in busy Orlando. While being located just on the outside of Orlando, inside the villa, it's calm and relaxing. Management was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive when I had questions during our stay.

Relaxing and convenient

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is great and literally half an hour from Orlando WITH traffic. The pool was the best part of my kids stay. With the heated pool we were able to swim early in the mornings and late at night. Definitely bring more essentials if you plan on staying awhile with a full house. Michelle and the Horsley’s were very responsive and answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. We’d definitely book with them again when we visit FL again!

We decided to take the plunge and purchase a new build property set beautifully on the fabulous Esprit Estate in Davenport. Located a mere 10 minutes drive from Disney yet only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants, we instantly felt at home.
