Location and beach view were perfect The accommodations were sterile and off setting finding a jkt and towel left on desk when enteringThe area is very busy, with lots of activity and fun people watching The entertainment venue on the first floor was exciting but very loud until 12am and the bar down the street until 2:00 amThat was not mentioned in reviews or description that I saw If you are looking to party all night long this is the place Don’t expect to sleep much though because the loud music starts earlier then expected We have checked off s beach ,fl as a place to visit but we won’t be back

My stay @ Ocean Drive

Everything were GREAT. Except the elevator takes forever & slow. Besides my Stay at Ocean Drive was fantastic. The pool, The Views, The Gay Club and restaurants Near by is amazing.

Short Miami trip.

Poor wifi connection entire stay and refrigerator does not work properly. Location is great, Great ocean view from room and rooftop pool area. We were able to walk over to Giannis for our reservations. I enjoyed staying close to the Palace and its entertainment.

Do not stay here

When we arrived the room is over top of a bar very very loud. Drag shows every 30 mins. The room itself was ok. We did not get the address until a few days before our stay. I called rob and explained we are Christian’s and on our honeymoon he said there was nothing he could do a few moments later I got a call from Val she was screaming and calling me names telling me I was racist and I needed to repent my sins and was very very rude we decided to leave the property after only a few short hours then the next day Val was still texting and calling me screaming at me and calling me names!

The cleaning she needs to mop the floor and sweep underneath the couches. I don’t think the floor was mopped at all.. a lot of outlets did not work

Nice location if you’re into a lot of nightly noise until 12:am

Some plug sockets not working. Dusty shelves in the kitchen, closet and behind the TV’s. Unit needs to be checked for tacky caulking in bathroom sink and kitchen. The unit just needs to raise the bar several notches on detail!

Will NOT be BACK didn't deserve this treatment

The covers smelled like feet and old bleach. We pull the cover off the bed to check the sheets. The sheets and the pillow case had a few strands of hair that were not the color and texture. I looked in the closet and found a spare set of sheets and a cover. They smelled better and appeared to be clean. We made up the bed with the spare set that was in the closet. I went to the front desk with the dirty sheets I was told I needed to contact the host if I had an issue. We decided to NOT call Val and Rob because it wasn’t a big deal. Val calls me. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a host until this moment. I assumed she was checking on us to see if everything went smoothly. Instead, she calls and asked me what was going on with the sheets. NOW I’m confused because I didn’t call to complain. I told her what was going on with the sheets. She starts raising her voice and “saying that she knows what I’m trying to do. On her daughter’s soul it irks her when people lie about hair being in the bed.” Her voice is raised and my voice is of confusion because 1. I didn’t call and complained to her about anything, 2. Why am I being accused of getting over on you when I didn’t request a refund or nothing. The whole time she is going off on me; I am saying VAL I didn’t call you and Val we love the place. Nothing is wrong we simply changed the sheets. Called to ask about TV no response. Called asked about checkout responded right away. Poor treatment!!

It was alright won't stay again

First and foremost, we book this because of the private balcony that it clearly states in The picture description. We showed up on one of the busiest days Saturday night. We know that Miami is a nightlife town, but we did not know that this hotel was located right over the palace which is one of the loudest bars on the strip 7 days a week. Multiple shows a day. That wouldn't have been as bad as the parking description is definitely not accurate. You have to pay the valet $40 a day to park your car or park at yourself in the parking garage at the parking garage managers price at whatever he decides. Then most of all the elevator in the hotel has not been inspected on paperwork since 2020 on top of that our hallway outside our room smelled like straight vinegar the whole week we were there. The bathroom fan does not work nor does the outlet in the kitchen doesn't work and the microwave.Both exterior sliding doors from the balconies did not lock. The pictures showed here are of their building B or A and we stayed in building c which is right above the bar so the pictures don't match the room lay out nor did that building come with private balcony as stated. And what really top all this was the TV in the living room never worked? It would turn on and stay on the DirecTV screen and the bedroom TV worked but it was very difficult to turn on along with turning up the volume. You definitely needed to turn it up due to what was downstairs. Good location for those that don't mind noise

Nice place

My family and I checked in for one night, we drove in from Key West t and had an early flight so we just need a place to sleep! The view is beautiful and well as the beaches.The owner was awesome and very responsive. What I will say is that we the front desk staff was not helpful or friendly. I feel that because it is a party hotel they do not care, other than that it was fine.

Middle of the excitement

Reviews said it was loud until 1:00am’ish and it was. We expected it and had no issues. Had issue with booking price not the same as the listed price. Paid the extra and enjoyed Miami.

Best Ocean drive views

Perfect location where your noise level isn’t a issue. Surrounded by lots restaurants and shops in walking distance. Ocean view with the perfect warp around patio. When I’m Miami THIS is the place you want to stay.

It is what it is

Upon checking in..was told the unit I thought I was booking in the adjacent building, the owners sold that unit. I didn’t want to stay in the main building on top of the bar. So these are not the correct pictures . The refrigerator had sand in it. Very little to no cooking supplies. The mid stay cleaning service never came. Had to call owner to at least get new towels. Lots of mold in the unit. The whole unit needs a makeover. Felt uncomfortable the whole stay. You pay for what you get and the best part is the Location and the view. If they do some upgrades..this unit would definitely be top tier and of course wouldn’t mind a jump in renting cost. Views and location are amazing

Not the greatest

The room is pretty sparse and not up to date or very clean. There’s mold all over the bathroom. It’s just not kept up very well. The tub is a mess. This has nothing to do with the room but it’s important to note that the bar downstairs plays outdoor music and a live show until well after midnight. Also the pool is falling apart All this to say if you are looking for an affordable spot and like the atmosphere of ocean on full blast stay there.

Check in time was 4:00 the room wasn't ready until 6:00 pm

The pictures on the booking doesn't reflect the room. The tub leaked so we needed extra towels so your not standing in water. Mold was on the walls and from the fan that didn't work. Only one burner on the stove worked and the oven didn't work at all. The room is over the Palace Bar witch you should Google before booking. The music is very loud to 1 AM every night witch the TV can't drown out... when it works! I wouldn't recommend it to someone I didn't like! Worst room ever

The unit was clean. Excellent location. Room needs a face lift. Chair was broken. Sparse utensils and glasses. Insufficient shampoo and soap.

Bait And Switch

Almost every picture shows a room located in what is referred to as the "A" building. This property is located in the "C" building! This is a corner property directly above The Palace, one of the loudest spots on south beach. When I contacted the Property Manager John to get some resolution I was met hostility and a extreme lack of professionalism. First I was told I got exactly what I had asked for. After going back in forth over he false pictures which he pretended like he couldn't check the listing and see, his argument changed to "Oh your in a better building! The A building is old!" and "No one has ever complained about that property before!" Neither of which addressed the issue of the false advertisement. He then offered to switch me to a smaller room in the back of the building. After I had already paid a premium price a Ocean View suite. I went back to the front desk and showed him this listing and he agreed that it shows the Balcony, Bedroom, Bathroom and Kitchen from a front Ocean facing in A Building and nothing of the room you are getting in C building. I had the front desk call John back to explain and was still met with the same hostility and downgraded room offer. I refused and conversation was end when John used profanity. Which was witnessed by the front desk clerk. I ended up staying in the room because it was already paid for and there were few other places available. But I will never use this Property owner again! It is a shame because I stayed at two of their other properties in both 2018 and 2019. In which I enjoyed my stays and wrote reviews saying as much

Great view

Other than the broken sliding glass door handles, the cigarette butt and shoe that were found the place was awesome. Great view of the ocean which was right across the street. Awesome location where all the action is and everything was walkable.

Not good

Its not clean. Bad smelling. They do not give you the room that they show you in the photos. There were like three clients complaining about the room so it was not just us that did not like the room nor the only ones that got lie about the room.... the beach itself was great though....

Manager Sucks

I enjoyed my vacation because the location, the staff, cleanliness, and room was on point. The person Rob that own it is very disrespectful and rude. My toilet wouldn’t flush on the second night and I told the front desk about it and it seems that they forgot to tell him. I went to tell them again on the third day and she must forgot. Then the afternoon of the third day I ask could they call someone to do it and they call him. He call me being very rude and disrespectful saying that I am lying about making the report to his employees and they would never make a mistake like that. He even went to say I should have followed protocol and call him. First of all if we really want to follow the chain of commands you tell the front desk what is going on and then they contact you. If people are there and they been helping me with everything else why should I be criticized for telling them about my toilet problem and then get accused saying I never did it. Plus talking about I should have contacted him too of course I got them to contact him on the third day when they forgot to tell you previously, When I put this room on social media I gave people his info and where to book but going through it with him and he kept harassing me by calling telling me what I should of did and how I’m a liar made me tell people that he literally tried to ruin my character and blame me for everything. I understand that the front desk forget but don’t blame me for something they mistakenly did. Other than that everything is great even the people at the front desk was great regardless of the careless mistake they made but he just made my experience suck. I have never in my life experience such disrespect from an owner and I stay on the beach all the time. I would rent the room but I wouldn’t want to go through him so therefore I would never come back!

Amazing

So we picked this hotel because other reviews said it was a loud hotel. That was exactly what we wanted. We didn't want neighbors that would complain about how late we were up or how loud we played music. This is is my new favorite hotel for Miami. The only problem we had was getting fresh towels quickly. Very spacious ❤
