Beautiful, new vacation rental property. Located in the heart of the resort area of Stanhope. The location is the best in Stanhope, as quoted by all our guests. Borders on the PEI National Park. Park your car when you arrive and walk to PEI's beautiful warm water beaches. The Covehead wharf is a 5 minute walk away for deep sea fishing or one of PEI's best seafood restaurants 'Richards'. If golf is your pleasure, the18 hole Stanhope Golf and Country Club is 2 km away.
A new and integrated trail system starts at your front door and includes over 20 km of walking, cycling activity.
This brand new vacation property accommodates 6 comfortably. The master bedroom is on the main floor and the 2nd floor bedroom accommodates 4.
Lots of indoor and outdoor living space. Watch some of the most spectacular sunsets on the island as the sun sets over the dunes and Covehead bay on 1 of the 3 large outdoor decks. One deck is screened in. The second story deck offers a view over the dunes and bay to see the lights of Rustico.
All amenities are provided, all you need is your food and drink…we supply the rest.
We offer wifi for our guests, Smart TV's, National park visitor pass during you stay, a beach trolley you can take to the beach with umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels and enjoy the outdoor shower when you get back from the beach. The kitchen appliances are all brand new and W/D. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings the house is well appointed with everything you need.
We operate 2 other very popular and highly rated vacation rentals so the formula for happy guests will be applied to our newest property!
Enjoy the beautiful area of Stanhope and all it's wildlife and coastal charm.
Experience and watch eagles, red fox, hawks, coastal birds, etc all from your front deck.

Beautiful designer home in fabulous location of PEI. Patti-Sue and husband are right across the street, lovely people with an adorable dog, Fetch. It is ten minutes from the Dunes, the most impressive restaurant with amazing gardens and pottery and only a few minutes from Richard’s, the infamous seafood stand. Brackley Beach is just minutes away! You couldn’t ask for more!

Beautiful Cottage. Everything we needed was provided. Tons of fluffy white towels, family of four and never ran out. Owner was quick with communication with any questions we had. Will be happily booking again.

THE place to relax on PEI

If you’re looking for plenty of beach access, sunny weather, quiet surroundings and literally walking distance access to the North Shore of PEI and its National Parks, this is the place. Comfy, very well equipped, with charming and friendly hosts, you cannot go wrong with this quiet, relaxing get-away.

Better than expected

From the point that we entered the neighborhood to the pulling onto the perfectly manicured grounds our anticipation grew and as we opened the door and saw the home we were blown away. There was soft music playing, fresh cut flowers and the house was like a model home. It was perfectly clean and better than advertised. The beach is a very short walk away and everything was perfect

Amazing! What a beautiful place!

This was a perfect place for us in the island. Great location. Central to many beaches and amenities. The beautiful touches did not go unnoticed. The wine, fresh flowers, fresh breeze through the home and beautiful music playing when we arrived were more than welcoming. The kids loved and felt comfortable in the space. The outdoor shower after our beach days were a hit. The quick walk to the beach just topped off the stay. Thank you so much Patti Sue. It was so nice to meet you and we will be back 😊

Amazing views, beautiful property

We really enjoyed out stay here in PEI. P.S. was very quick to respond and it was great to meet the host as we were leaving. The house is gorgeous and provided a wonderful view of the coast and sunsets. There was plenty of space to spread out, including a wonderful screened porch and a second floor deck (perfect for setting up a camera or binoculars for bird watching). The location was very central to everything on PEI, and being literally just across the street from the beach made access very simple. The kitchen was well stocked (both with utensils/cookware, but also with basics like salt, pepper, sugar etc) As we were planning out trip, we considered staying in Charlettetown, but we are so glad we decided on this place (besides it was only a 20 min drive back into the main town area). Highly recommend!

Cottage stay

This cottage and location were beautiful. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful view and sunsets. The cottage was fantastic, had all the amenities that you would need. It was comfortable, lots of space, great outdoor space. The screened in porch is perfect for sitting outside without bugs. A great find in a beautiful spot. Will look to stay again in the future.

Great Location

Clean, modern cottage in an excellent location. The host was very helpful and even stopped by to drop off drinking water and lanterns during Hurricane Lee. We had a great time despite the weather!

Ocean + National Park Oasis

We stayed for a week mid-August and had an exceptional time. Location was unbeatable with walkable proximity to the beach and national park. The screened in porch was a very appreciated and useful space. Would absolutely re-book or recommend to others.

The perfect vacation home!

This is a great house in a fantastic location. We loved the multiple porch options for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and ocean breezes. The house is light, airy, and clean. The house has tall ceilings, nice finishes, and a very comfortable bed. While fairly close to the road it was extremely quiet. The walk to the beach was shorter than expected. We love Cape Side!

Great cottage near the park.

We had a lovely time at this cottage, enjoying coffee every morning on the screened-in porch, adventuring close by to several beaches and national parks, plus golfing at the Stanhope Golf Club. Very comfortable stay.

Great family vacation!

Lovely cottage, perfect for my senior parents (70s), myself and my 12 year old daughter. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach, excellent, flat cycling routes. Cottage has an ac unit in the loft bedroom which was very helpful. Nice breeze came into the downstairs keeping it cool. The mosquitoes were quite aggressive, so we did not enjoy the lawn or upper deck. But the screened in porch was lovely. Bring bug spray!!! Kitchen had everything we needed. The loft beds were amazing. The main bed downstairs bothered the seniors backs a little. We did not see ‘Mama Fox’ but there was a resident eagle on the rooftop across the street. Beautiful stay in pei, would return for sure.

Beautiful home in an amazing location! Exceeded all expectations!

Capeside is a gem of a vacation property. The location to great beaches and delicious restaurants could not be better. We travelled with our 4 kids (6,8,10 and 12) and every detail from beach towels, toys, a wagon and boogie boards supplied by the host made the easily accessible beach that much better. The friendly foxes also captivated their attention! This was our first time visiting PEI and thanks to Capeside and some incredible weather we fell in love. Thank you for making our experience memorable and very special.
