One of Crested Butteā€™s best houses for family gatherings, located on the north edge of town near the creek and the center of downtown, with great views of Mt. Crested Butte and the Maroon Bells. The house features comfortable, contemporary southwestern decor and handmade pine and aspen log furnishings.

The second story great room, perfect for entertaining, enhances the views and includes a large living area with gas fireplace, open kitchen with work island, seated dining for eight, a game/work area with hi speed internet access, a half bath and deck.

Large master suite, plus two bedrooms and another full bath, on the ground floor. The front entrance provides easy access to mud and laundry rooms, and the south facing sunroom leads to the lower deck and spacious back yard.

The great room fireplace is currently non-functional, please note that it may not be available for use when you visit.

Please note that air conditioning is almost non-existent in Crested Butte. This property does not have AC.

This property allows a maximum of 8 guests and has 2 private parking spots.

>> This home may allow up to TWO well-trained dogs. Please inquire in advance for homeowner consideration. If approved, dogs are subject to a $50 per dog per night fee and a signed pet agreement.

4th of July Fun!

This house is amazing. The dead end street, and absolutely stunning views from it, is spectacular.Family from 5 states came together here for the week of the 4th and had a fantastic time. Thank you so much for this gift! We plan to be back!

Great Location

Great home for ski trip!!

Couple with 2 grandkids stayed for 5 nights. Very nice, cozy home for our group. 3 other family members were staying nearby, and when we dined together, we had plenty of room at the large dining table. Fireplace made the "hang out" area warm & comfy.

Nice house in a great location for Nordic skiing and catching the bus to the mountain.

We would definitely stay here again. Comfy beds and everything you need. We were there for the super bowl and would have liked a big tv, but that was the only thing missing (maybe we're spoiled). The property management company was very helpful and accommodated our special requests.

Had a great time!

The house was so accommodating and I cannot think of a single thing that we needed that was not there. If I had to change one thing, maybe a larger tv. But it was not a big deal. We would stay again and again. Great location with beautiful views from the upstairs living room. We did not want to leave!

Great Location

We were in town for the ultra marathon with our adult children who are runners. Due to dietary needs we cooked at the house quite a bit. Took a few minutes to figure out the older stove, but once we did it worked just fine. This property is in a great convenient location, it is a short walk to downtown. I recommend you bring your own pillows, other that that everything was fine. The property manager was very helpful.

Fireplace wasn't working upon arrival but property management responded quickly with directions to relite the pilot light. The only recommendation would be more towels. We found 8 towel and there were 8 people so we ended up doing laundry so we had towels for the hot tub. Overall excellent!!

Charming house on quiet street with great views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in CB. It was on a quiet dead-end street that faced the mountains. Sitting on the porch in the evening you could enjoy the beauty of the area without any cars or noise. CB is a wonderful town, but the Main Street is very busy. We were glad to be off the beaten track. The only thing you heard were cows mooing in the open space across the way. The neighborhood was very friendly too and soon we knew all the dogs' names! The house is spacious and clean. The upstairs kitchen/dining/living is huge and open - great for relaxing and cooking. The back deck is great to soak up the afternoon sunshine. The only downsides were that the jetted tub did not work and leaked, and the gas fireplace was tricky to use (the pilot light to be restarted many times using a cumbersome process). But overall, a great property and wonderful stay.

Location is very good in a quiet section of town. Overall the house is small. There are three bedrooms but they are quite small. One bedroom cannot even accommodate a nightstand. The bedroom with the bunks is also small with one tall dresser and bunks. No floor space at all. "Master" bedroom has a tv on the dresser as well as a lamp. I think the owners need to scale down the western inspired furniture. Master bath isn't glamorous-shower curtain and fiberglass shell. Pillows in bedrooms need to be replaced. Upstairs living space is adequate. TV is a bit small for the size of the living room. Only 2 electric burners on stove. Says it sleeps 8 but only does so if 2 are willing to sleep on the futon which is out in the open on the first floor. Not in a room with a door. A bit disappointed this year. I have been renting in cb since 1993.

I liked staying here and have only a few things I'd change/didn't like- The mattresses were old and not comfortable both on the top bunk bed and in the master. The master has a queen.. it could benefit from a new mattress with a bigger bed. It was not easy to grill as the charcoal grill (no obvious bag of charcoal, although they told me ahead of time when I inquired to let them know if I wanted them to drop some off) was on the ground level on the wooden deck and the kitchen was on the 2nd level, where there was also a wooden deck. The dishwasher is loud and inefficient as it ran for many many hours.
