Beautiful house on one floor with three double bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry covered with drying, indoor playground reading and private terrace with pool and barbecue. also it has private parking, safe, satellite TV and wifi. The house is 300 meters from a supermarket and near the marina where there are many bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the beach.

Great location, close to Marina RubicĆ³n. Unexpected and generous welcome pack from the hosts. Some very minor updates/repairs required (shower head in bathroom, new toilet seat in bathroom, small loose tiles around pool edge and a temperamental kettle) however we did stay at the tail end of the season and would anticipate these being updated shortly.Overall a great stay!

Relaxing stay

Just returned from our second stay in Villa Andres. It was as lovely as we remembered & generous welcome pack very much appreciated. Great location, spacious villa with fabulous pool and outside area.

Excellent winter break

Lovely villa nice walk to the Marina or a couple of stops on the bus - the bus stop just at the top of the road. Really nice surprise to have a welcome basket would definitely stay again

A prefect week

An outstanding stay in this clean and wonderful accommodation. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble and we didnā€™t want to leave! We would book again without hesitation.

Lovely holiday villa

Lovely villa, very safe and secure. Great layout, sun on patio all day long. Shop and bar nearby. Only problem was had to pay extra for pool heating which was not stated within Vrbo advert

Fantastic, spacious villa.

We had a superb, relaxing week in Villa Andres, The villa had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool was fantastic, bigger than we expected and again clean and well looked after. The location is perfect just a short walk to Marina Rubicon with easy access to public transport. Alex is a great host, excellent communication and a lovely welcome pack.

Excellent property

We've had an amazing time. Beautiful apartment and good size pool. Food shop 5min away and restaurants 20min walk.Alex even supplied some food and drink to get you settled in. I can't recommend it enough.

Super property

Second time at this property and never dissapointed. Great communication with the owner, very clean and with everything needed. A nice welcome pack which helped us a lot as our plane was severaely delayed and nothing was open. Thank you and will definitely return when we come again to the beautiful Lanzarote.

Fabulous villa for family holidays.

We had a fantastic fortnight in VILLANDRES. The Villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. The outside area was fantastic. The pool was a great size and there was lots of outdoor furniture. Lovely extra touches like cool box and parasol for a day at the beach. The starter pack was excellent and very welcome. In a good location with a supermarket 5 mins walk and the marina within a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

The villa was spotlessly clean with good facilities. Check-in was easy and the welcome pack of basic provisions gratefully received. Pool area is large, clean and very pleasant, and the veranda provides a lovely shaded area for dining al-fresco. Location is very handy for the Rubicon Marina and Papagayo beaches. My only suggestion for improvement would be an pack outlining useful info like where refuse / recycling goes and the WiFi code etc, but we figured everything out quickly enough nonetheless. All in all a great stay and we would be happy to return.

Amazing

The villa was just perfect. Very spacious and the outdoor area with pool and sun loungers was so relaxing with the sun all day. We stayed for the Christmas week and were very lucky with the weather, but with the pool heated we could swim every day. The location is great with two supermarkets (one British), just a short walk away. We hired a car, but not necessary. We had a great supply of food on arrival and even a tin of quality street for Christmas. Our stay could not have been better.

Wonderful villa

When we walked into the property (which was ready early for us) the first thing anyone said was ā€œcan we come here again next yearā€! There was a marvellous welcome pack, everything was sparkling clean, the villa was well designed and well equipped, the pool was very big (and cleaned 3 times in the 9 days we were there). About a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops at the Rubicon marina, 2 minutes walk to the nearest local restaurant and supermarket, 30 minutes walk to Playa Mujeres which is pretty much inaccessible apart from on foot so very quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this villa .

Wonderful, as always.

Had another wonderful stay at Villandres. The villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a fabulous stay. The location is perfect. 2minutes away from a supermarket and a lovely coffee shop, and a lovely 15-20 walk into the marina along the coast and past the castle. For the last two years we have booked for the next year before weā€™ve even left. Alexā€™s communications are always swift and helpful. The perfect host. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Looking forward to next year already!

Enjoyable Time

Arriving at the villa to find a welcome pack was very nice. Good place to explore from with a car but walking to a beach was a bit much for a 9 year old in the sun. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning in the villa. It was around 22-25 degrees most nights and the ceiling fans did little to keep us cool. We really enjoyed the villa, the pool especially to cool down and exploring Lanzarote.

Another amazing stay

This was our second visit to this beautiful villa and hopefully won't be our last. We were welcomed by a very generous tray of provisions and also items in the fridge to get us started. The villa and pool were spotlessly clean and both were well maintained during our stay by a lovely local lady who came in to change the towels and beds and a really nice and chatty pool guy who came to check and maintain the pool three times - one of these times just to check that the pool was ok for us after the calima. Communication after booking, prior to arrival and after check out was first class. Thank you again for everything!

Stunning Villa

Just the 2 of us stayed in this villa. It was well equipped, and we didn't find anything missing, utensil or cutlery wise. The found the villa very clean, immaculately presented and very comfortable. The pool was lovely, however, it was 1.6 metres and no shallow end, I was unable to stand up, so this could be a problem for families with children. We also found it difficult to find as it was dark and the email gave us the incorrect street name. Overall we had a lovely week and would definitely return, and highly recommend the villa to others. metres

Klare Empfehlung!

Die Finca war sehr groƟzĆ¼gig geschnitten und bot ausreichend Platz fĆ¼r alle. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der groƟe, gepflegte Pool, der regelmƤƟig gereinigt wurde ā€“ auch wenn eine kurze AnkĆ¼ndigung der Reinigung wĆ¼nschenswert gewesen wƤre. Die Ausstattung lieƟ keine WĆ¼nsche offen, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wƤre die spƤte Information zur Poolheizung: Obwohl in der Anzeige angegeben war, dass der Pool beheizt ist, wurde der zusƤtzliche Kostenpunkt von 150/Woche erst fĆ¼nf Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Das hƤtte besser kommuniziert werden kƶnnen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt, und auch der Gastgeber war bei der Abreise sehr entgegenkommend, was nochmal positiv hervorzuheben und nicht selbstverstƤndlich ist. Kurzum: Ein Ort, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann ā€“ wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great villa

Lovely villa, very well laid out and in good condition. All mod cons you could need. Great position outside for sun all day by the pool. Location a bit out of the way with a 10 min walk to the coast, but 20 mins to the marina. Playa Blanca a bus or car ride away.
