Do not miss staying in this beautifully renovated Lighthouse Road Villa featuring a unique upstairs loft area with a sleeper and television- ideal for multiple families or older kids. From the stunning kitchen remodel and lovely new bathrooms, the owner of #30 Lighthouse has spared no expense in creating a modern, gorgeous island retreat. A great location and golf view, open floorplan and fully stocked kitchen for cooking or entertaining makes this three bedroom one of our most exclusive Lighthouse Villas.

As with all of our rentals, enjoy a free family fitness center pass (just as for info and a swipe card) as well as free bikes, free WIFI and free tennis at South Beach. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

Your SeaPines gate pass will be mailed to you ahead of your stay, removing the need for check in and key pickup at a remote location or waiting in line at security.

Perfect location in Sea Pines with a beautifully updated and spacious townhouse. Hosts were committed to making the stay lovely, even leaving a bottle of red wine for us. They were great communicators and made check in and out simple. We loved the kitchen, with every tool and appliance you could want. Two bikes were supplied. A fitness center membership was included. The kids enjoyed the loft area and provided games and puzzles. My only (minor) complaints would be that the Keurig had water left in it, and the reservoir was moldy. We also found the bed in the primary bedroom uncomfortable, but that is certainly subjective. We had a blast during our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great location for biking and just a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the golf course. Owners responded quickly to questions. We would definitely return!

I can’t say enough good things about the property and manager. Communication is outstanding and condo offered everything you could want or need! Wonderful kitchen, location, bikes, towels, and so much more! We were there with 3 kids and 4 adults plus our dog—it was fantastic! Have already booked for next year!!! Ps—wonderful touch was the bottle of wine that was waiting for us after a 6 hour drive!!!!

Father Day Vacation

We had a great time. The place was so beautiful and well equipped. Very comfortable for family of 6. The teens enjoyed riding bikes. The beach was convenient as was Harbor Town and other shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay in the same unit again. My only disappointment was that I thought there was a pool for the complex we were in. But not that big of a deal in the end.

Fantastic stay! Great location - close to the beach and all amenities of Sea Pines. Highlights: check in process was a breeze (no need to go to a property management office or anything), communication with the property manager was quick and efficient (mobile might be better than the VRBO app), up to date kitchen is superbly stocked and the downstairs space is fantastic for cooking/eating/hanging out and there are plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. There’s also an outside shower for rinsing off. Plenty of puzzles for a rainy day (which we had none), and some toys in the upstairs loft area for kids. Bring your own: beach cart and extra beach towels. We had plenty of household supplies except dish soap (for hand washing dishes - not for the fish washer) and sponge/dish cloth. Everything else you could think to want was provided and when something that was listed accidentally in the property description wasn’t there, the property manager hooked us up anyway. Perfect stay for our extended family, would return any time!

Beach Celebration

We arrived Mother’s Day weekend. My mom and sister stayed in a condo in the same complex. My husband and I stayed with our adult children. We gathered to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Our condo was the main residence to gather. It was perfect!! Plenty of space, very clean and well appointed with all amenities you would need..I highly recommend this property, proximity to beach, easy walk. The owner was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. Recommendations for guest renting, bring extra TP, garbage bags, paper towels and dishwasher tabs if you’re there over a week (the owner did provide starters) There’s both a k-cup and filtered coffee pot. Beds and kBikes were provided, restraints in sea pines were all amazing. Publix is just outside of the complex. Great memories were made at Hilton Head!! Highly recommend!!!

Great layout and location

Had a wonderful stay at this SeaPines condo. The layout was perfect - kids upstairs, parents downstairs! 4 minute bike ride to the beach club with included bikes. The beaches there are fantastic. Had plenty of beach chairs to bring along too. Will stay again!

3rd time staying here

Great location, enjoy the layout and nice kitchen. Clean and simply nice. Easy bike ride to the beach and Harbortown from this condo.

Great Layout - Not as Clean as We'd Expected

This place has a TERRIFIC layout and a very usable and well-stocked, up-to-date kitchen! The bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful, and we utilized the loft too. Unfortunately, we warded off several roaches. One was 3" long. My daughter-in-law thought she had seen a mouse scurry across the floor, but it wasn't a mouse. Ugh! I'm sure it's hard to keep rentals clean food-wise, but something must be done. An exterminator, maybe? Spider webs in the windows, a master sink that from the start just couldn't handle the flow of water without plugging up temporarily. Upon arrival, we went to wipe up watery footprints and were dismayed with how dirty the paper towel was. Tons of dog hair on the living room furniture and rugs (and even dining room table) when we arrived. This place isn't receiving more than surface cleanings. With some deep (and I mean deep) cleaning, touch-up painting, attention to the insect problem, and some fresh living room furniture this place could be a 5-star place to stay at its price point. I think we would look elsewhere next time.

Amazing time

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! I took my 3 teenagers and their friends for the week, and everyone had a blast. I highly recommend this rental and will certainly be back.

Hilton Head Wedding

It was a perfect location and overall set up for us. We especially liked the kitchen, which was lovely, with all the dishes and such that we could ever need. My husband and I stayed there with our two daughters and their husbands, and everyone was comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic Accomodations

The property was clean and well appointed. The host thought of all the little details necessary for a great stay. We put the bikes and beach chairs to good use. I would recommend this property for other guests to Sea Pines.

Excellent family vacation

Our family enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful villa . Great location, close to the beach . Villa was spotless and have a lot of nice amenities. Very well stuffed kitchen… I loved the kitchen !!! Welcoming wine bottle was a nice thoughtful touch. We loved it so much that we ask Jessica to extend our vacation. She was very kind and helpful! Overall…Great villa and great location spot ! Highly recommend! We definitely would love to stay there again!

Wonderful Stay!

As "frequent weekenders" we've had the privilege of enjoying a lot of different spots. In this price range, this would be a top choice...everything was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, as was the seating arrangements. Great location and walking distance to the beach, but a very short drive to the Beach Club if you need to drive. The owners have been thoughtful in furnishings, and have made available everything you need, making it seem more like a vacation home, rather than a rental....which is not easy to do. The unit appears to have been recently updated and the kitchens and baths are very nice. Great water pressure! Would not hesitate to recommend 100%, and the property manager is very responsive, easy to communicate with and all around great!

Last minute beach vacation

This was our first time in Sea Pines and we absolutely fell in love with the area. This property is perfectly located to both South Beach and the Salty Dog. Bikes are a must to get around - and we were lucky enough to have 2 adult bikes provided. Owners were very detailed with instructions, etc. prior to arrival. The only issue we encountered were allergies. I know the unit said "pet friendly" but we didn't know that allergens from previous pets were still located inside the house. My daughter (7) is very allergic to dogs and I believe the blanket she was using in her upstairs room along with a blanket on the couch, may have had some pet hair on it. Just something to keep in mind when looking around. Aside from that, this place had everything you would need and was in an excellent location.

Fabulous stay and even better townhome. Not one complaint. Arrived a little early and townhome was spotless and very well cleaned. Easy access to beach and walking distance to the golf courses. Strongly encourage…. We’ll be back. And the A/C works exceptionally well.
