This home has been fully remodeled. With 1000 sq ft of living space, this apartment comfortably sleeps 5 in 3 separate sleeping areas. The Home Features a Master Loft Suite with a separate In-Suite Full Bath w/ Refrigerator and Microwave.

This versatile, well appointed home is perfect for the Family, Friends and Corporate Retreats. Private Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths await for your Dream Booking!

Laundry Facilities - Complimentary Washer/Dryer room located on the 2nd floor. Features a High Efficiency washer/Dryer and folding table for your convenience. (Laundry Room is Shared with Sister unit next door)

There are 12 foot ceilings throughout, Pocket Doors, and hardwood floors. The large sun room also has a desk for working. The main bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, towels, soap, etc. There is also a beautiful half bath. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. There is also central AC and heat, free wifi, a 48” Smart TV in the family room and A 32” ROKU Smart TV in the Master and Middle downstairs bedroom. a Blu-ray DVD player, wifi through the house, Keyless Networked Locks and appliances using state of the art Z-wave technology, and local coffee.

The heart of New Orleans is the French Quarter and Treme known for its high energy, eccentric night life, phenomenal restaurants, rich history, diverse architecture, and good music around every corner.

Cancellations:

Book with Confidence!!!! Confirmed Reservations canceled within 24 hours grace period of booking will not incur a cancellation penalty. Cancel after grace period and a 30% cancellation fee on booked reservations cancelled more than 30 Days before check-in will apply. No refunds on cancellations made within 30 Days of check in.

Upgrades to Furnishings and Decor may be slightly different on this site as we are constantly refreshing our property.

Changes to Reservations

Please confirm number of guests occupying unit at time of booking. No decreases to extra guest’s fees allowed. 30% re-booking fee charged to reservation date changes and cancellations due to non payment. Re-Booking is subject to availability and possible rate increase.

It was very clean and as the pictures portray

I stayed here with a group of girls for my bachelorette party and we had a great time. The location was a short 15 minute walk to bourbon street which was nice. The owner/manager was very accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful home, there were some cracks in the floor and the bathrooms were a bit stuffy, but overall a good home to stay on.

Clean, great location, lots of space for guests

We enjoyed staying at Treme- tons of space for our 10 person party. It was about a 10-15 min walk to Bourbon Street, great location. I will note that the showers were very small and clogged easily. Other than that, a great stay.

Unforgettable NOLA trip

Great location. Great house. Felt safe. Easy to get to anywhere in the French Quarter. Celebrated our company xmas party here, and had a proposal. Loved it.

Labor Day Nola Stay

Great house for group of 6. Could have handled several more people if needed. Plenty of space and beds for each person. Just a few blocks to Bourbon St. We walked everywhere. House is well stocked with towels, sheets, and coffee.

Friends vacation

This home was perfect for 8 friends spending time together. It was a nice walk to downtown. The home was very clean and accommodating. The owner was very easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience and we all agreed to stay at this same home if we ever go back.

Excellent Place for a Large Group

This unit was perfect for our group of 6 guys in town for a bachelor party. Plenty of space for everyone and the location was close enough to the action yet far enough to get some sleep at night without interruption. Parking on the street was a breeze, something uncommon in New Orleans proper. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Fun Stay in Treme!

I recently stayed here with a group of 10 people for a bachelorette weekend. The house is spacious and the location is wonderful- James and his team did a great job of communicating throughout our stay. Some of the appliances could use updating as well as the downstairs shower. Overall, we enjoyed staying in the quiet neighborhood of Treme with the French Quarter right around the corner!

Bachelorette Weekend

This place is amazing. Tiffany is amazing. We will continue to book this house for any future vacations. Every room is so pretty. We had everything we needed to accommodate everyone in the house. Tiffany came over, walked us through the entire property. I highly recommend this property.

Great place close to the French Quarter, but without the hustle and bustle of the FQ

Nice, spacious place. We stayed with 6 People and felt very comfortable. When we came, the downstairs shower was broken (there is another upstairs one), but was fixed within hours, with very good communication with the property Manager. Therefore 5 stars.

Perfect!

The home was absolutely perfect. Had a group of 15 girls and we all fit perfectly. House had so much charm and was so close to everything. The house manager was beyond helpful and accommodating and readily available any time we needed something. Would definitely go back!

Treme House

We had an excellent stay at the Treme House! There was plenty of room for our party of 7. Close enough to the French Quartet and Frenchman St. The house and neighborhood full of character. The only downside was we came in late, and leaving, lol! I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone for a great stay in New Orleans.

Pleasant and convenient

We had a small family gathering of 8 people for Thanksgiving and this property was such a blessing! So conenient to the French Quarter. Be sure to visit Lil Dizzies while you’re there. Everything was clean. the neighborhood was safe and friendly. Wayne and LaShonda were attentive and responsive.

Our family had a wonderful experience. Our children age 19, 16 and 13 ,all loved the house.The decor is beautiful. Very clean. The welcoming gift of snacks and sweets was enjoyed by everyone. The free coffee was great. Location was great. Lil dizzie's cafe was close by and has a great breakfast buffet. Overall 5 stars.

Can't say a single negative thing!

The house was perfect! We went down as a family for a pre-christmas stress relief vacation. There were 10 of us and we all slept very comfortably and had room to spread out. The location was wonderful and we walked everywhere but we all love to walk and look at all of the houses. Very clean, smelled good and decor was great. Honestly not a single negative thing I can say. Thanks for letting us stay there!

BEAUTIFUL!

I stayed in this adorable house with 9 other girlfriends for a bachelorette party. It was the perfect walking distance from Bourbon street- but far enough away that we got our quiet time at night. The house was PERFECT- we tripped a circuit breaker when we turned on all the AC units, but someone came and fixed it within 10 minutes of me calling. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

Covid-19 Cleaning Procedures

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have teamed up with our third-party cleaning service to develop a very stringent cleaning protocol. Our plan includes personal protection guidelines and upgraded housekeeping cleaning products to kill the mandated 99.9% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
Personal Protection
• Operations personnel and housekeeper’s temperature is frequently checked for fever and required to stay at home if fever is 100.4% or higher and feeling Ill.
• Operation Personnel is required to wear recommended personal protection and maintain 6ft social distancing guidelines. Masks, Gloves and shoe covers are worn at all times while servicing the unit. All employees have been trained on cross contamination procedures as new Personal protection wear is changed between servicing other units.
Prevention
• Housekeeping uses high grade cleaning products approved to kill 99% of Germs, Viruses and Bacteria.
• Housekeepers now use a more enhanced cleaning procedure targeting “High Touched” areas including Doorknobs, Light switches, electronic knobs and remotes, kitchen appliances/ Handles and bathroom fixtures/ faucets etc.
• Disinfectant spray applied to all hard surfaces and furniture after through cleaning.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of everyone involved. These necessary precautions also ensure you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in a fresh and clean environment.

We will pay the first day's rental (a $25 value) for any of our guest and the guest is responsible for the other $25 for the minimum two day rental.
