Complete 100% remodel and new modern layout, you will feel like you moved into the model home with all the latest in comfort and function.....high end appliances, jacuzzi tub, 2 large flat screen TV's, and did we mention, views of the entire Pacific Ocean while you sit in your family room or on the back deck. The condo is located on the main level, so NO climbing stairs up and down to parking and activities. 2 assigned and covered parking spaces are just outside the back of the condo, and with 2 patios with chairs, you can spend hours just relaxing and watching/listening to the waves crash below on the coastline.

Ocean breeze

This ocean front condo was a perfect escape from the Arizona heat. Very comfortable and clean. Take a short stroll down the stairs to beach or sit on patio and watch the dolphins. Loved it.

Beachfront fun

This property was clean and modern with beautiful views from the living room patio. The beach is less crowded and private, located steps down from the property. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

You can hear the crashing waves from the living room and enjoy the views and sunset. Very nicely furnished, clean, well cared for and comfortable. We will definitely rent again.

Lovely location!

Steve was super responsive, and the property was lovely. The view was just as pretty and dramatic as the photos looked. Beds were comfy, and maintenance to fix beeping fire alarm was very fast. Loved having the full kitchen; plenty of dishes. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect escape

My husband and I needed an escape from the CA desert and this property exceeded our expectations. The view is spectacular, the location could not be better and the unit itself was modern, updated, clean and provided everything one could possibly need while staying there. We hope to return again soon!!

Great location!

The location is probably one of the best in all of Del Mar Beach Club! Beautiful view of the ocean and only a few steps to the stairs down to the beach! The parking spot was close to the door and there were no stairs to climb with luggage. Everything was as expected and Steve was very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very convenient location! View is amassing. Place was clean but kitchen could be supplied a bit better with cooking utensils & towels, drawers smelled a bit musty. Just needed more time in dryer before stocking. A few small quirks during stay but response from host was very good.

Sunsets on the Pacific!

This VRBO was outstanding. The perfect location.. right on the ocean.. lovely sunsets. Walks on immaculate beach.. the water surprisingly warm! Everything inside the condo was high end. And check in and out a breeze.. Iā€™m hoping we can return next year.. we will definitely stay here! Thanks Steve!

Breathe in that Ocean air, soak up the sunsets

An excellent choice as the condo overlooks the ocean making it tough to miss those idyllic sunsets. Love hearing the sound of the waves crashing during the day when stuck on laptop. Better, still, to walk right down the steps to the beach for a long walk. Congo is up to date, well appointed with a great kitchen, dining and hang out area. Easy parking and convenient location. Walk to restaurants too. No reason not to book!

Perfect Beach View

Very pleasant condo and a good siize for 4 adults and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to questions|concerns. One drawback: if youā€™re a bit mobility challenged: itā€™s a long flight to f stairs to get up and do an to the beach but the view of the Pacific Is unobstructed and dramatic. If Iā€™m in the area, I would stay again.i

Del Mar Beach Club

Beautiful unit and beautiful views but unit had a ā€œmildewyā€ smell ( I think) from the jetted tub in the master bath that we didnā€™t use for a variety of reasons one of which it was built in and not easy to access. And the owner sent a handyman to turn up the hot water temperature in the kitchen and fixed the sliding door screen. We also went across the street to use the heated pool, spa, and pickle ball court because the main pool and gym in our area was under renovations. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing!

This VRBO is as clean and beautiful as it looks in the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms clean and amazing, beds were a dream, and the couch was so comfy. Steve was attentive and quick to respond. There were no steps to enter the VRBO, as it was on the main floor. The view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area was breathtaking! I would note there are three flights of stairs to the beach. Which was absolutely beautiful and not busy (in May.) The pools didnt seem to be heated, or weren't warm enough to swim in. But that didnt matter to us at all as the weather was cooler. Absolutely beautiful place, and if the need arises to stay in Solana Beach again, I will be returning!

The appartment could be much better. The photos are from long time ago. So here are the negative points the owner should look into: - Kitchen cabinets and ustensils all sticky - Clogged sinks in bathrooms - Dirty bath joints - Old pillows smelly need to be trashed - Both rooms' mattresses are shot and totally horrible - Curtains half broken in leaving room - Fireplace broken - Several light bulbs broken - Windows dirty - Very humid appartment, with humidity smell...

Beautiful views

We did not get our check in info before we landed on the night of check in. Host was quick to get us the code to get in but we couldn,t connect to the wifi so i couldn't pull up the documents that had the wifi info. The info in a picture frame on the wall is old log in information. After we got settled everything was pretty good. The jacuzzi tub did not work. My husband tried to fix it and the owner sent a handyman but it never worked during our stay. My kids were very disappointed but still managed to have a great time at the property. It really is a beautiful view.
