This is a Newly Renovated 9 bedroom Waterfront Beach House! You get a boat slip, dock, with spectacular sunset views! Located on the bay, less than 2.6 miles from the Atlantic City Casinos (ie: Borgata/Harrahs/Golden Nugget ). Walk to Beach, Bars, Restaurants, Shopping, and Marinas. This non-smoking, no pet house that is available seasonally, weekly, and long weekends.

This Waterfront Beach House has 9 bedrooms, (12 Beds) that includes: 2 master suites, double ovens, 2 barbecue grills, beach chairs, 4 bedrooms with sinks, internet service. This house is a great house for family/friend vacations, reunions, Golf trips, or Atlantic City events.

Amazing Stay!

Awesome house for my annual golf trip. Bill was very accommodating, extremely easy to work with and helpful with tips for the area. Plus, he is great with communicating from booking and during the stay. The house is immaculate and in a great location. Can't wait to stay again!

Fun Bay House!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Bay House- our girls basketball team and parents all had plenty of sleeping/bathroom/sink space. We loved the bay view and sitting on the dock. The hosts were fantastic and had the place all ready and well stocked for us. We would come back and stay again. Thank you!!

Great location

We had the best time, the house was great and well stocked, The host was super accommodating. This was a great location, super easy to walk for food and grocery store. Don't let the only 1 bath upstairs scare you away. With the sinks in the individual rooms we absolutely never had an issue with anyone waiting for a bathroom.

Amazing location right by several local establishments. Wawa right down the street. 5 minutes to AC. Incredible sunset outback on the dock. Great house with plenty of space!

Large home. Room for all.

We had a group of 15 women stay at this property & it was great. Mr Black was very helpful & the property was very large & could easily house all of us with lots of room. The view out back is wonderful. Would definitely rent again & likely will.

Night in Brigantine

Bill was very helpful during this process....let us know of great local spots/food recommendations. Place was very clean and extremely spacious...loved the backyard and the deck with stair access between floors. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun night down the shore/a short ride from AC.

Great Stay!

My friends and I booked this place in early spring for a quick trip to AC and it was perfect- it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and less than a 10 minute drive to AC. There were beautiful views of the bay and the place was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Bill, the host, was extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful- since we booked off season he allowed us to have a late check-out which was very nice of him. We really enjoyed our short stay and would love to come back at some point in the summer for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect for Families

What attracted us to choose this place for my 70 th birthday celebration was the size of the kitchen and family areas. The reality was even better than our imagination. We had a truly wonderful weekend with a family of 18, siblings, nieces and nephews and a granddaughter for good measure. Bill, our genial host made every effort to aid in the weekend's success. We would highly recommend this place for any family gathering. The view from the back deck of the bay and the sunset was spectacular. A great weekend in a great place!

Charming place on the bay met our needs

We booked with two other families. There was plenty of space for more than that. It was very clean and the owner was very communicative, checking in to make sure we had what we needed and answered our questions. While we were there in March for sports competition our kids had in Atlantic City, the views and vibe were great and I could see how this would be a wonderful spot to spend a week in the summer. Its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and 5 min drive to AC made it easy for us to navigate. Would book again! Thank you Bill for giving us a great place to stay for the weekend.

Nurses Night Out

My friends and I had a nurses night out with an overnight stay in Brigantine. I wanted everyone to have their own space, but still be able to gather as a group. The house offered a lot of space, and has a beautiful bay view, there are great restaurants nearby, but the shining star was the host. Mr Black was a wealth of information about the area and was invested in making sure our group had the best time! And we did! Thank you Mr Black we enjoyed our stay at your home! It was just what the doctor ordered!

My family love this house is so big and clean,the kitchen have everything you need for cooking and the have watching machines.the view is amazing,the supermarket, bank,restaurant is only 5 minutes away from the house.we have good comunication with the owner, he is so nice.

Perfect spot for a large group

The property was very clean and comfortable. Bill, the owner was very helpful and gave a lot of great local advice. I would recommend this for any large group visiting the area. There were plenty of beds and accommodation for everyone in our group. The best part is the dock in the back to kick back and have a beer!

Great birthday weekend stay!

I was looking for a weekend in Atlantic City with my friends and family - this house was the absolute perfect accommodation! The house is in a safe neighborhood and a quick 10 minute drive to the heart of Atlantic City. You think the house is big in the pictures, but trust me it is much much larger! This house is perfect for a large gathering as there are so many rooms for sleeping a lot of people - also tons of parking right in the front. Bill is more than accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for my birthday weekend - and he had nothing but great recommendations for places to visit in Brigantine. I hope to stay here again!
