Beautifully upgraded home featuring three California king master suites with ensuites and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. One of the master bedrooms is detached from the house, with its entrance in the patio area.

The bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, travertine floors, and custom travertine/marble inlays. The two children's rooms share a full bath in the hallway.

The partially open-concept kitchen has granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats ten people, with additional seating at a second table and the kitchen countertop. Adjacent to the kitchen are a half bath and a full-size washer and dryer for guests.

The main living room features high-speed wireless internet; all bedrooms have a 47' LCD TV. Through the sliding glass door, there is plenty of space for entertaining in the private rear yard, which includes a beautiful in-ground pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. The game room has ping pong, a pool table, and air hockey. The home also offers strollers, pack-n-plays, booster seats, and high chairs for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The property is a short walk to Disney and the Disney tram. The home has central air and heat. Our home lets you watch the Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.

This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102.

A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.
