Additional Parking Area: An Overflow Parking Lot is also available to Origin Beach Resort guests and owners, for those occasions when on-site parking is congested, and for large vehicles and trailers (trailers are not permitted in the parking garage). When exiting the Origin Beach Report property, turn right into westbound Front Beach Road, and then another right turn just past the first blacktop lot. DO NOT park in this first lot, as it belongs to Sharky’s and your vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense. Please park in the first section of the second lot, in a space depicted by the yellow lines.

Outstanding view. Security and staff were excellentHowever, Kitchen was not properly stocked for guests. not enough glasses, cookware, dish towels. as well as other itemsThe furniture was old and in poor condition. Bathroom lighting was very poor. Patio seating was for only 2 people, when the condo was set for 6. The patio floor was coming up, not well maintained. By far the most disappointing VRBO we have stayed in. The bed in the secondary suite mattress was not acceptable, so old and abused that we had to flip it to use it. There is no closet in the main suite. Locked for owner only. our Guests had to hang thing in the bathroom. It goes without saying that I will not be using this owner again. Very disappointed with VRBO listing that this was a very nice place. I question using VRBO in the future for vacation rentals.Attached pic is the ottoman in the main suite, just one example of the poor maintenance.This was definitely not worth what I paid. Very embarrassing to have invited guests to stay with us.

This was our second year staying at this property in the same condo. We love the condo and the location. Pros: condo is very clean, location is close to many restaurants and only 2 miles from Walmart. The floor to ceiling windows provide a beautiful view of the ocean. Host was easily reached when I had a question upon arrival. Cons: the furniture (both beds, sofa, love seat and ottoman) has been very well loved. It is all very clean but could definitely be replaced. One toilet required instructions to flush which made it a pain when our 4 year old would use it. We were constantly going in behind her to make it quit running. Overall we would return again and would pick this condo as our first option.

I love the rooms

It is perfect if you want to stay closed to family, but also want your own room with the second room being locked and it’s only kitchen area

Location great, condo beautiful, amazing pool. Easy access to beach. Resort very clean and well maintained. Cons: toilet in main bathroom runs if you don’t set handle just right, very limited kitchen cookware and utensils, limited towels, dryer takes at least 3 cycles to dry a small load of clothes and washer very loud, couch needs replaced so uncomfortable to sit on and mattress needs replaced in bedroom without bath. We had a great stay.

We loved the proximity to the beach and Sharkys - there are many other restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed how spacious the condo was; it was perfect for our family of 4. The only recommendation would be for the condo to have updated furniture. It was obvious the couch cushions, dining room chairs, etc., have been quite used as all the cushions were sunken in. The ottoman in the living room could also be replaced as there is a tear in the cushion. Overall, it was a really nice condo and we had a great time! Just a bit of updating the furniture!

Perfect Location! Stayed 7 nights.

This condo is beautiful and the owners were very easy to work with and got back to you quickly with any questions. After entering the unit you have another private private door with a key pad for the master bedroom which is nice! That bedroom consists of a large bathroom a kitchenette area with a sink, microwave, refrigerator and nice size table with two chairs! Only complaint I had about the master bedroom is the ceiling fan didn't have a chain you could pull to turn on. The view is amazing of the ocean while laying in bed! The kitchen is nice and big with about everything you need to cook. We opted to eat out every night so we never cooked in there. There's so many good restaurants in walking distance plus Sharky's is literally across the street from the entrance to the condo's. Another nice ocean view from the living room, dining room and patio off of dinning area. Second bedroom is a decent size with a dresser but no closet. The master bedroom closet is large enough for everyone to use! The guest bathroom is big only downside of it is there's only lights around the vanity area and the tub and shower area is kind of dark. There's a stackable washer and dryer if you need to wash clothes we didn't use it because I'm on vacation and I wasn't doing any laundry if I needed anything else I just went and bought it! LOL With all that being said if we ever go back to Panama City Beach I would 100% stay here again!

Kitchen needs updated. Only 1 glass, a couple wine glasses that you can’t get clean and about 10 Fat Tuesday giant cups. The balcony furniture was rusted. Had to wear flip flops all the time as the floors were dirty. Housekeeping needs to do a good floor cleaning. The layout of condo is great with good views of gulf. A bonus is there is an elevator right outside the door that goes to ground level saving a lot of walking through the building.

Great location and spacious condo

We had a wonderful stay at origin of seahaven. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. Everything worked as it should and the space was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the floor to ceiling windows throughout with a great view of the ocean. When we return again we will definitely booked this unit again.

VRBO will not respond to me. The host finally texted me and said he didn’t have anything to do with Emerald view to pick up keys and parking pass. I need a full refund! We had to find another place and VRBO has still not contacted me!

Vacation Perfection

This room was more than what we could've imagined. The pictures on the listing appear to be somewhat dated but that isn't the case with this unit. The room is up to date regarding decor and very spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for each of us to have our "own space" without feeling overcrowded. The room was also one of the cleanest we have stayed at. There was no residue on any counter surface and barely any trace of leftover sand, which is usually difficult to remove completely. Starter items (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, bathroom soaps, dish detergent, paper towels) are also provided which was nice, especially if you forget your own. There were also plenty of Sharkys cups in the cabinet, assuming left by previous guests, that are available to use. We left behind a few souvenir cups as well for future guests to use. This resort has 3 elevators so waiting isn't much of an issue, unless you want the main elevator every time but I recommend using the east elevator as it takes you directly beside your room. Parking has changed and the security is increased. You get one main garage pass and as long as you park correctly and within the lines, you shouldn't have any issues. As far as communication with David, he was very attentive and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. All in all, this was one of the best units we've stayed in, in our 12 years of vacationing and we will most definitely be back!

My wife and I are very excited to be a part of the Origin at Seahaven'. We really like the spacious design & romantic view from the oversized balcony! plus the idea of being able to walk to everything.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My favorite is the 4th floor Grand Pool Terrace and the HOT TUB. After a long walk on the beach there is nothing better than a relaxing soak in the foaming hot tub with the million dollar ocean view. LIFE IS GOOD!
We love the beach, sunsets and the fact that Origin was so close to the Pier and Pier Park shopping.
