Step on to the large, covered deck from the Great Room to enjoy the breathtaking views of Lick Branch Cove as well as the main channel. The deck has 2 bar height tables/8 chairs, L—shaped sofa and a Weber BBQ grill. Relax at the water's edge around the new firepit area.

Enjoy swimming and fishing off the dock which offers additional parking along side for boats. Obviously our personal boat, wave runner and lifts are off limits. Swim platform has a table/chairs for entertaining and soaking up the sun. Laundry room with washer and dryer are located in the unfinished lower level. We have all of the normal amenities in the kitchen which include coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, etc.
