Welcome to our home on the water at Lake of the Ozarks. We have created a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy. This four bedroom home is nestled back in a beautiful calm cove. There are tv's in all rooms with one larger tv in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There are books, games, dvds ,floats ,lily pad, two blow up paddle boards and two kayaks . Enjoy your time on the dock !!! This place is amazing for all your lake activities . Fish, float ,boat, hike and relax! Perfect for families!!!! The kids will love it! We turned the garage that connects to the house into a great kids space with four beds and a pullout bed, it is loaded with toys and games. Looking for a house for good family fun you found it!!! We are at 4mm close to the dam. By boat close to many bars and restaurants. We are in a nice cove great for water skiing, fishing , floating and enjoying the lake. There is great fishing right off the dock.
Enjoy the Kayaks, blow up paddle boards, lily pad and floats.
For quick shopping just down the road about 5mins is a Dollar General store 27505 Hwy W.
Also there is North Shore shopping center also about 5 mins 19554 Wonderland Rd.
They both have groceries, bait, gifts ,toys, water floats, supplies, and alcohol.
NorthShore also has gas.
Your closest free public boat launch Coffman Beach 2969 Coffman Beach Rd just past NorthShore Shopping Center about 10mins from the house. Returning to the house by water , when you launch you will be in the Gravois Arm , stay to left till you get to the main channel, then stay left in the main channel, the house is at mile marker 4 turn left stay left all the way to back of the cove.
When boating the coves are marked with markers this lake is 92miles long... its BIG! You have to look for the mile markers at the beginning of the coves.
Coming out of our cove to the left will take you to the Dam, where there is boat parking, shops, restaurants, bars, activities for the kiddos and whole family!

Weekend get away!

We were very happy with our stay! We were a little disappointed there was no hot tub as the listing stated, but overall we’re very happy with our stay!

Fabulous Family Weekend!

The accommodations were everything and more than what we expected. The location was pristine for the lake activities that we had planned for the weekend. Nice quiet cove with almost no wake at all. The kids room was a complete bonus! We had an absolute blast swimming and fishing off of the dock. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a week or weekend rental. Thanks again.

Amazing!

We had so much fun! The house was amazing! Our teens loved the room in the garage so they could all stay together and in beds! Loved the close access to the water. The location was perfect for kids to swim in as there was not any boat waves, very calm water! Lots of stuff to do in the water for the kids. We very much enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the dock! Hosts were so nice and helpful! Will definitely come back!

Family fun at the Ozarks

We had a fantastic time at this home. There were 11 adults ranging from 27-63. The younger adults shared what they named “the frat room”. There was so much laughter coming from that room every night!! We ate all our meals there and spent a lot of time in the lake. It was so much fun and relaxing! We even got to meet the home owners and their puppies. They were so kind and accommodating! We also spent a lot of time playing games at the kitchen table that we could ask for around! If you’re looking for a fun family getaway, this is the place for you!!!

Beautiful Cove

The best part of our stay was the dock and all the items for the kids to use. The host has (2) Paddle Boats and (2) Kayaks that my kiddos absolutely loved! The inside of the house was very clean some parts of the house are dated but looks like the host is working on updating each level. The kitchen was very cute, newly updated, and has a large dining table for sitting. All bedrooms are located in the upper level which really helped being on one level with all our kiddos. The outside needs some yard work/clean up and the bbq pit wasn't in the best of shape/clean so we opted out on using. It was very hard to get the temperature regulated in the extra garage bedroom even with keeping it at 75 the kiddos were not thrilled but made the best of it. We had family just three houses down so the convenience of location was really nice!

Quiet cove

We chose this property for a family reunion and had a great time. The house was very clean with plenty of room to sleep and plenty of space to relax on the deck or in the basement. The property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is settled into a nice quirt cove to enjoy swimming and fishing. Overall, it was a great experience.

Amazing stay for quality time with family

This was our home away from home. The kids actually put down their phones to play board games and have fun in the water. There was plenty of space to spread out when we wanted our own space but also come together to eat as a family. Having a place that welcomed our dog as well sealed the deal. Thanks for being amazing hosts!

Nice people, great amenities

The house is very spacious, plenty of parking and places to sleep. The kitchen had everything you would need. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the kayaks and lily pad too! Thanks for a great stay🙂

Wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean!

Love that it is walking distance to the lake. Very quite cove and easy to get to. House is set up for multiple families. We would recommend this property.

We are located at mm4 on the lake about 15mins from town by car. Bring your water toys boat/jetski we have room for trailer parking at the top of the road. The closest boat launch is coffman beach 5.9 miles from the house. This house is very much setup for families . The driveway is a nice paved road down to the house. The three bedrooms are on the first floor with a full bathroom and washer and dryer, nice big upper deck that two of the rooms walk out to. We turned the garage into a big fourth bedroom.... great space for the kids !!! It has four queen beds and a sofa bed, its own big tv with dvd player. There is a play area with toys! Lots of family board games ,cards ,books, kid books and lots of dvd's adult and kid movies. Down stairs is the open kitchen and living room area with a big table and lots of chairs , a nice sectional sofa and a big 65inch tv with dvd player. Fully loaded kitchen with all your cooking needs. Just outside the sliding glass door is another big outside table also with lots of chairs and nestled under a big covered deck with beautiful views of the water. There is a propane grill and a nice size doggie area. This is a great shaded fenced area with a nice private area outside. Heading down to the dock is a few step down , but and easy path to a nice sitting area with a firepit , one slip boat dock with swim ladder, floats, life jackets, a big floating lily pad and two kayaks. We are close by on the other 5 acres next door and are around if yall need anything . We live here full time and know the area and all the fun things to see and do. Unlike most houses here on the lake you are not on top of each other, last house in the cove ! Our cove is great for swimming, fishing, skiing. tubing, floating, kayaking and RELAXING!!!!! ya'll come enjoy!!!!
