This condo rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals for our summer season rates. This condo rents at a 3 day minimum for the spring and fall seasonal rates. For the months of January, February and March, this condo is ONLY RENTED on a calendar month to calendar month basis.

The potential guest may rent the month of January or the month of February or the month of March or any combination of those months (one, two or all three months) but may not "split" a month into a 5,6 or 7 week period. Please note that the monthly rate quoted is for ONE CALENDAR MONTH

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Refunds of 50% will be issued within 30 days of arrival date.

Owner strongly suggests that guests obtain trip/vacation cancellation insurance.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Fully appointed kitchen (with new granite counter tops) includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer with storage cabinets and shelves, freshly painted rooms, all with crown molding, other features include 9-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, central heating and air conditioning, a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space, guest bath with new shower curtain and shower head, separate bar sink area (including a new granite counter top). Also, brand new floors in the bedrooms (NO CARPET ANYWHERE!).

Two coffee makers (Keurig & regular), dishes, utensils & cookware, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, flat surfaced electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, new cabinets, fully stocked, with views of the Gulf while you cook.

Entertainment:
Books, DVD Player, Blue Ray, Games, Satellite / Cable, Over 100 channels, multiple flat panel TVs, living room has 55" 4K ROKU LED TV, blue ray, Wi Fi enabled for NetFlix, Video Library (video library in the cabinet under the TV).
