This top floor, end unit at Duneridge Resort, Wrightsville Beach's premier oceanfront complex, offers the best views on the island!

Nicely decorated and lovingly maintained, this unit has been recently updated and continues to please its numerous repeat guests. This unit truly has the most incredible view on Wrightsville Beach. You can see all of Wrightsville Beach, Shell Island, and Figure Eight Island. There is a breakfast nook that oversees the ocean and marsh. Enjoy a movie in the large living room with plenty of seating for the entire family. The master bedroom has a full size private bathroom and ocean views. The two marsh side guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twins. These bedrooms share a full size hall bathroom.

The oversized oceanfront balcony is perfect for your morning coffee, or simply taking in the evening ocean breeze. Take a dip at the centrally located pool. Feeling active? Pick up a game of tennis at the on-site court. With all there is to see and do at Duneridge, you may never have to exit your vehicle from the covered parking!

Enjoyed it all

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The views couldn't be beat and the location is very nice. The unit is as advertised and will hold a lasting memory for all of us as we got to watch our son propose to his then girlfriend on the beach with us on the balcony!

Reviewer Comments: Most of all enjoyed the view, spending time at the pool, and ocean. Extremely happy with the complex overall. This specific unit itself could use some updating. There was a subtle smell, the carpet was stained in many places, the sliding door to the outside was hard to close, and the kitchen was a bit outdated.

Not up to all the past years I have rented

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was definitely not clean. I have been staying there with my parents, and now I bring my children for over 30 years. This was a disappointing trip. The condo was dirty, hair in the shower, cob webs in the light fixtures, carpet gross, etc.

It is a great location, perfect view, but each year I am more disappointed in the cleanliness. This year the comforters were stained, cobwebs, dirty screens, wasp nest outside patio...I was disappointed as Duneridge usually has higher standards. Made our 2 families discuss other options for next year

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great unit. We have enjoyed renting this condo many times. Just a couple of items would make spending a week in this condo an even greater experience. The cleaning crew may need to slow down enough to vacuum under the blinds and clean out bedroom drawers. The carpet may be beyond cleaning. May be time to replace, especially in the main sitting area. Also, a hallway tile needs to be repaired as it is sticking up above the rest. Finally, the new aggressive parking enforcement is a bit over the top. i received two $75 parking tickets despite having the pass displayed from my mirror as I was instructed to do. This matter was corrected, but I should not have to take my vacation time to deal with such.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and staff were good. This particular unit is in need of a complete makeover. It is old, dirty and has two very dangerous issues. First, in the hallway to one of the bedrooms, the tile is up and we tripped...Could be a lawsuit waiting to happen. We had to place the dirty throw rugs on top of it so that we would not continue to trip. Secondly, the clothes dryer door doesn't open very far and it hits the hot water heater creating sparks....potential fire hazard. The throw rugs were so spoiled and dirty that we had to put towels down on them to walk on. I am surprised you would attach your name/brand to this unit.

The property was clean and well-appointed.On arriving Saturday we noted two issues - the ice maker was not functional and the dishwasher was unanchored in its cabinet, so that when the lower dish rack was pulled forward, the unit would tilt forward, out from its cabinet, leading us to conclude that the plumbing connections might also be loose, rendering the unit unusable. I phoned these in to the office on Sunday, and received assurances that these would be addressed. I called again Monday and Tuesday, and received a call on Tuesday indicating that work orders had been let, but either issue was ever addressed.Washing dishes by hand and buying ice every day while on vacation was not fun.

We apologize for your concerns that you incurred while staying with us. We have checked into your concerns and the owner has agreed to replace the refrigerator instead of just fixing the ice maker. And the dishwasher was just waiting for the appliance vendor to have an employee scheduled to come out. Thank you for staying with Intracoastal.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Million dollar views but this property is definitely in need of a deep cleaning and updating. Cabinets, floors, counters are all sticky. Old furnishings, bedding etc should be updated.

The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The management company did a poor job of checking the unit before we arrived as light bulbs were missing there were cob webs and dead bugs around the windows. This is a beautiful unit with an awesome view and we will come back again!

Best Condo Views in WB But Not Safe During COVID-19

We had a lovely stay with two issues that any other renter should about. The 4th floor condo had views all the way from Johnny Mercer pier to Topsail. It was convenient, clean, and well stocked although the furniture is worn, faded, and dated. I mean mid-'80s dated! Two major issues though. First and foremost, the woman manning the check-in is not wearing a mask and seemed rather insulted when I asked her about this. There was no hand sanitizer or signs asking people to keep their distance. She interacts with renters from all over and IS NOT FOLLOWING REGULATIONS DURING COVID-19. It says a lot about Intercoastal that they do not have a policy about keeping their clients or staff safe. The other issue is that the seals are broken on numerous windows in the unit and you can't see out of them. I would not rent this unit again until these two issues are fixed.

Ample living and bedroom space made the layout really great for our group. We had a great time and the management was lovely to work with. The condo had pretty much everything we needed! A few call outs: - one of the beds (the queen) was very uncomfortable - we didn’t think the water was drinkable so bought our own jugs - small TVs if you like watching - didn’t matter to us as we were mainly outside!
