This top floor, end unit at Duneridge Resort, Wrightsville Beach's premier oceanfront complex, offers the best views on the island!

Nicely decorated and lovingly maintained, this unit has been recently updated and continues to please its numerous repeat guests. This unit truly has the most incredible view on Wrightsville Beach. You can see all of Wrightsville Beach, Shell Island, and Figure Eight Island. There is a breakfast nook that oversees the ocean and marsh. Enjoy a movie in the large living room with plenty of seating for the entire family. The master bedroom has a full size private bathroom and ocean views. The two marsh side guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twins. These bedrooms share a full size hall bathroom.

The oversized oceanfront balcony is perfect for your morning coffee, or simply taking in the evening ocean breeze. Take a dip at the centrally located pool. Feeling active? Pick up a game of tennis at the on-site court. With all there is to see and do at Duneridge, you may never have to exit your vehicle from the covered parking!

Located near the beach, this condo is in Shell Island, a neighborhood in Wrightsville Beach. Battleship North Carolina and Wrightsville Beach Museum of History are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House. Enjoyed it all

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The views couldn't be beat and the location is very nice. The unit is as advertised and will hold a lasting memory for all of us as we got to watch our son propose to his then girlfriend on the beach with us on the balcony!

Beach time at Duneridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No instructions on how to turn on ice maker-no manualNeed instructions for how to use complicated TV set up!Need light bulbs in 60 watt range. Mostly 25 watt-baskets of bulbs do not fit lamps.In Master, sheets do not fit mattress, spread for queen, not KingNeed broomPool Toilet- In women's handicap stall, does not flush properly. Need to check TP and paper towel supply

Beautiful but not up to past Duneridge standards

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent a Duneridge condo every year. It is a great location, perfect view, but each year I am more disappointed in the cleanliness. This year the comforters were stained, cobwebs, dirty screens, wasp nest outside patio...I was disappointed as Duneridge usually has higher standards. Made our 2 families discuss other options for next year

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was in general very enjoyable and successful. The property was clean and well-appointed.On arriving Saturday we noted two issues - the ice maker was not functional and the dishwasher was unanchored in its cabinet, so that when the lower dish rack was pulled forward, the unit would tilt forward, out from its cabinet, leading us to conclude that the plumbing connections might also be loose, rendering the unit unusable. I phoned these in to the office on Sunday, and received assurances that these would be addressed. I called again Monday and Tuesday, and received a call on Tuesday indicating that work orders had been let, but either issue was ever addressed.Washing dishes by hand and buying ice every day while on vacation was not fun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wrightsville Beach is a great location for a visit to Wilmington, NC. Lots to do in the area and it's easy to get around to all the major attractions including downtown. Intracoastal Realty is a terrific organization to work with for vacation rentals with lots of properties to choose from and a very knowledgeable and hard working staff.
