Unique upper level 3 bedrooms 3 baths beach home in prime location on the Newport Oceanfront.

This beautiful home boasts incredible ocean views and is just steps to the sand and Newport Pier, and is adjacent to top restaurants, shopping, entertainment and points of interest, and activities.

Located on the boardwalk, adjacent to additional guard gated parking. The bay, harbor, and marina is a short walk away as well. The home features 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 5 full size futons.

Enjoy panoramic ocean views of the beach, pier, park, boardwalk, and Catalina sunset.


I have reviewed the floor plan for the property addressed as 510 E Oceanfront, Plan B, Newport Beach, CA and understand the furniture configurations including the provided as follows:

3 King Beds, 8 Full Size Futons

Our stay was awesome! The home was beautiful, clean had all the amenities that we needed. The bedrooms were spacious as were the other rooms. The most popular room was the patio, with its view of ocean! The location of this property was perfect. In between the beach and the FunZone and close to the ferry to go to Balboa. Shauntelle helped make the check in process easy and she was quick to answer questions. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and of course ice cream shops! I would definitely stay there again!

This place was a dream. You can't ask for a better location in Newport and everything inside the house exceeded our expectations. Great natural light, vaulted ceilings, and deck area that looks out over the ocean. The host Shauntelle was a gem as well. Super responsive and thorough in her instructions and communication. I would easily stay here again. We had 9 guests stay the night which was the perfect amount. Highly recommend staying here.

You'll have a wonderful time at this very competitively priced property! Shauntelle's service level and communication was great throughout the check-in and checkout process. We stayed at the upper level of this property over a weekend. The lower level also had wonderful guests at that time checking in and out around the same time. Shauntelle managed everything so well and worked accommodated all our requests promptly!With the VIP experience booking, Shauntelle provided us with enough beach chairs umbrellas, canopy etc. that made it an unforgettable vacation! There is a really nice view of the oceanfront from the deck. The Balboa parking lot is also right in front which makes it so convenient for carrying stuff in and out! There are a couple of tight spots for parking in a garage behind the house. Bring some firewood and marshmallows if you want to use the fire pits which, again, are only a very short walk from this property! You'll have lots of fun!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Shauntelle’s beautiful beach house. Shauntelle is an incredible host, was very attentive, and ensured we had a “VIP” experience. We enjoyed walking to the beach, the ferry taking us to Balboa Island, and all the nearby restaurants. We’d love to be back soon.

Absolutely Perfect!

The house was gorgeous and clean and the location was awesome. In walking distance to lots of great food and shops and the bay. Shauntelle is the best. We were treated like VIP’s. She walked us through everything and made sure we had everything we needed and were all set. Even checked on us a couple times to make sure we didn’t need anything else. We had 13 people stay and felt like we had plenty of room. The balcony was one of our favorite parts. Gorgeous views. I highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Amazing Location and Stay!

Spectacular home

From the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The home was perfect for our family’s needs and we loved the views especially. Our host was very friendly and took me on a tour of the home when we arrived making sure we knew where everything was for our stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to all the places you’d like to visit. This home and its lovely location is perfect for those all day beach days. We were just a few steps away! VIP experience is an understatement We can’t wait to go back!

Birthday Beach Getaway

All I can say is WOW! This experience I had this weekend was wonderful! Our group of 16(9 kids, 8 adults) stayed in Newport Beach last weekend and we were so impressed by the lovely beach house we got to make memories in. The house was so clean, well equipped for whatever we needed, comfortable beds, easy walk to the beach/restaurants, and Shauntelle was amazing to work with! We will definitely be planning another trip to their property in our future!

Great location and host

Shauntelle was a very attentive host, ensuring a smooth check in and stay. She was very communicative and provided everything we needed before the stay and throughout it. Beautiful, bright and comfortable home next to the beach

We needed an accommodation for our big family for a family memorial. Shauntelle's house (We were on the top floor) was the perfect setting for this occasion. We sat on her lovely deck viewing palm trees, the beach, and the sparkling ocean while playing guitars and ukelele - truly idyllic. Coffee on the deck at sunrise was fantastic as well! There's very nice patio furniture and a barbecue on the deck. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep (3 King beds and 5 double size futons available!). Shauntelle provided the sheets and towels (Including the extras we needed for our large group). And with 3 full bathrooms, we never had any pile up when it came time to get ready. The kitchen is stocked and would be easy for meal preparation, but we did not do much cooking there. We did use the wonderful oversized wine glasses though! ;) Parking can be tricky, but Shauntelle explains it very well and we were able to park 3 cars for the weekend without any problem. I would strongly recommend a stay at this beautiful beachfront home!

Cheers to 60 years

My husband asked for one thing last year on his birthday and he wanted a 60th bday party with his children, grandchildren and a few friends so I found this beautiful home and say I home becasue describing it as a house just wouldn’t do it justice it felt just like a home away from home right on the beach in Newport we went for bike rides enjoyed the sand and surf had a bonfire and s’mores and lived like kings without a care in the world and Shauntell was a great and wonderful host who was responsive and caring to make sure that we were having a wonderful weekend

Great Place, Better Location

The property was amazing and everything was quite nice. The patio was the real winner with an awesome view. One of the best parts though was the communication with Shauntelle, the manager. She made sure that we had everything that we needed for a great time including extra sheets and blankets for the futons, beach equipment, etc. The location was about as good as it can be if you want to be walking distance to all the things, bars, restaurants, The Fun Zone, and most importantly, the beach. Totally recommended.

fabulous location

We had a great time with this beautiful property right on beach front. Easy accesses to all the restaurant/shops parking lot right in front of property. Very nice and clean equipped with all your needs Shauntell the owner was very nice and pleasant with an easy check in and out process.

Good location, but a complicated place to stay.

We were booked for a group of 12, and I was sent a document for linen requests a couple of days before our stay. The only linens listed were for 3 king beds, which was not enough for our group. I had to ask multiple times to have enough sheets for the beds for all of our group. This was the same for towels. I had to talk with the property manager multiple times in the days leading up to the stay to ensure we had adequate linens. Laundry was listed as an amenity, but it is a coin-operated washer and dryer, with no change machine. No stores in town could make change and provide quarters, so we were unable to do laundry. The electricity for the kitchen appliances (including the fridge, microwave and dishwasher) went out intermittently. There was only 1 parking spot, and we were asked to move by the other occupant of the house (lower level occupant). No broom was available until we specifically asked for one, to be able to sweep sand on the floor from the beach.

Great location and Great Host

If you know the area, this is not only a prime location, but gorgeous view. I can't say enough about our host. She was so pleasant and quite frankly we chatted for quite a while at check out but only because she was so fantastic. Highly recommend this location for 3 couples!

Fun location on the beach!

It was so easy breezy with the wonderful Shantell, she was so kind, friendly and absolutely so professional! She made my check in easy. Oceanfront Newport Beach

Amazing location, walkable to the beach, restaurants, shopping, anything you could need! Shauntelle was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to reach with quick response. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again! RECOMMEND getting the upstairs unit. The balcony view is Amazing.

This beach house is in a very good location and so conveniently located next to lots of shopping and restaurants. The layout of the house is great and very spacious. Shauntelle is great to work with. We give this place two thumbs up.

Great House

Great house, super clean, should use a professional booking service. Way to much back and forth to book and arrive. Also, they should look into the electrical service, limited lighting, exposed electrical panels. Besides thank, I would recommend this house to anyone. Great layout, location, and super clean.

Newport spring break

We’ve stayed in a different property in Newport Beach previously and we definitely prefer this one over the house we stayed in last year. Shauntelle was an amazing host and super easy to work with. The property was as advertised and there were no surprises.

Great place!

We really enjoyed this spacious home right next to the beach and shops. Plenty of room for our family of 16. The host was very accommodating. Great balcony and beautiful view. Our only drawback is that although we were clearly warned about the amount of towels and bedding available, we found it a little inconvenient to bring extra bath towels to avoid a large rental fee. Thank you for a wonderful overall experience!
