The home has a one level layout and is ideal for a family or group booking. It is located on a beautiful estate with stunning views of the sea, the island of Nevis and the mountains. The estate is located in Camps in Trinity Palmetto Point.
Very close to the Ross Universities of Medical Sciences and School of Veterinary Medicine and therefore has a number of oversea students and return residents. Due to this the estate is safe and has security patrols.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property set in large gardens with a number of fruit trees including Mango and Coconut and is therefore frequented by wild monkeys who feed off the fruit. The home is close to the sea and benefits from a cool breeze to the back of the house.
There are AC units in all three bedrooms. There are hot water facilities available that should be used responsibly.

The home is conveniently located just over 5 minutes drive away from the Bradshaw airport and is a 5 -10 minute walk away from 3 supermarkets, a food court and the Islands cinema complex. It is a 5 minute cheap bus ride into the centre of Basseterre town from the main Island road which is a short walk away. From Basseterre private taxis are available to transport you to the beaches in the Frigate Bay area or anywhere across the island. A car is not essential but is highly recommended to be able to explore the sights and what the Island has to offer.

The home is owned by the Swanston family who are mainly based in the U.K but is closely managed by their cousin Janette who is a St Kitts resident and knows the island well. She can provide advice on what to do and where to go on the island.
The house comes with home from facilities such as WIFI, washing machine, pots, pan. Plates, cutlery, etc. We have bedding and towels for your use also.
